Abstract

This study is aimed to analysis how the implementation of muraja'ah method to keep the Holy Qur’an memorization and the factors that influence its processes of implementing Qur’an learning method at Tahfizh Qur’an An-Nuur Sekayu.The type of this study is a field research. This study is presented in a descriptive qualitative method with the aim to describe a process occurs in the field setting. The approach applied in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are including: interview, observation and documentation methods. To analyze the data obtained from the results of the study, the writer used Miles and Huberman's interactive model data analysis techniques. Whereas to obtain data validity is determined by four criteria, namely the level of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study are (1). The implementation of the Holy Qur’an learning at Tahfizh Qur’an An-Nuur Sekayu emphasizes the students to always apply muraja'ah method to keep the memorization of the Holy Quran. (2). Some factors that influence the implementation process of Tahfizh Qur’an learning are including: internal factors (the spirit within the students, health of students, intelligence, interests and motivation) and external factors (support from parents, teachers and friends).

Abstract

This paper aims to find out what innovations exist in the management of public relations in schools and madrasas. This paper uses the library research method by critically and in-depth examining library materials that are relevant to paper material such as books and journals that are worthy of being used as references.  From the results of the research it is known that the innovations being carried out by Public Relations at this time include using various information technology facilities, such as creating websites, creating several social media accounts, such as YouTube or Instagram.  With these various tools, it is easy for public relations to socialize and introduce various programs and activities in educational institutions.  For example, uploading various extracurricular activities on social media, so that many people can see them.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss innovation in the field of education and educational staff. The progress of the times and the challenges of today's increasingly rapid era, ideally educators and education staff must still learn, be creative in developing themselves with new discoveries in the world of education. Teaching and learning activities as a system, always get attention, both in the family, school, and society in general. Even so, teacher education graduates have not been able to fully improve the quality as aspired to. This is understandable because the problem of the quality of education is strongly influenced by many factors, including the quality of teachers, students, methods, tools, learning facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, costs, media, and environmental educational facilities. In the world of education, teachers have multi-role functions, namely as educators, instructors, and trainers. That is, the teacher as an educator refers to fostering and developing the affection of students, the teacher as a teacher refers to where the teacher conducts training and development of knowledge or intellectual brain teasers while the term teacher as a coach refers to the coaching and development of students' skills.

Abstract

The concept of innovation includes activities that involve innovation and positive change. The models of educational innovation that will be discussed are several models of innovation that have been used in the United States as an example of how to implement the process of diffusion of innovation in the field of education. Educational innovation is innovation to solve problems in education. Innovation in the world of education can be anything, product or system. Products, for example, a teacher creates mock up learning media for learning.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss and analyze the factors that cause Al-Qur'an illiteracy and the steps to liberate it. Al-Qur'an is the holy book revealed by Allah SWT to be a life guide for Muslims. On the other hand, the Al-Qur'an is also a blessing for the entire universe, so that its contents are always appropriate and can be used as a guide for human life anytime and anywhere. Al-Qur'an is not only the pages that are read, but must always be understood and practiced, it's just that you need to know that reading the Al-Qur'an also has a practice that gets rewards for its readers. Therefore, besides understanding the Qur'an, learning to read the Qur'an is also very important, or what is referred to in this paper as eradicating Al-Qur'an illiteracy. The eradication of Koran illiteracy has actually become a national program for the Indonesian people. However, the program on a national scale does not seem to have achieved satisfactory results. This is shown by the tests carried out on 3,111 Muslims, where 72.25% were categorized as unable to read the Al-Qur'an properly. In fact, coaching on reading and writing Al-Qur'an has been going on for a long time, but these efforts have not been able to touch people's awareness to learn to read Al-Qur'an. The Koran teacher coaching activities seem less exciting for the community. The problems that will be presented in this paper will discuss the factors that cause many people to be illiterate in the Qur'an, and alternative educational efforts as liberation from illiteracy in the Qur'an which is expected to provide solutions for the community so that they can continue reading and writing activities Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This article discusses the characteristics and strategies of educational innovation, innovation in education is needed, so that there are changes and provide something new that can improve the quality of education both nationally and internationally. In realizing educational innovation, a characteristic is needed that can provide color in the innovation itself. And in its implementation requires a decision process that is really mature and not in a hurry. Before becoming a decision, the innovation usually starts from a diffusion which is then systematically arranged and designed to conduct a trial which later turns into dissemination, which is a process of applying innovations that already have results and are considered successful. And the success itself requires a strategy so as not to miss the target and can be used as well as possible, so that the innovation itself really becomes something new and has a positive impact.

Abstract

The issue of forming the moral character of students is an issue that continues to be voiced in the world of education. However, students as objects that are formed require assistance from stakeholders. Stakeholders are not only educators such as teachers in schools, but also parents. However, nowadays an educator is in the spotlight, as if he is a milestone that can shape an individual's moral character. Related to the notion of educators as a pillar of individual moral formation, this makes it a challenge to create moral individuals as the Indonesian generation.

Abstract

Education is a process of giving humans various kinds of situations that aim to empower themselves. One type of education in Indonesia is boarding school. Boarding school is an educational institution that provides a place to live for students. Boarding School has a history at the beginning of its formation. In the process of developing a boarding school there are influencing factors. In addition to mapping the factors that influence the development of boarding schools, this paper also discusses their strengths and weaknesses. This paper is based on data collected through library research. The results of the study show that there is a historical background behind the formation of boarding schools, showing several factors that influence the development of boarding schools, and the advantages and disadvantages of boarding schools. This paper suggests the need to expand the cases studied, and discuss more comprehensive data sources.

Abstract

The Real and One Supreme Being, the Powerful and Omniscient Creator, the Eternal, the Decider of Destiny, and the Judge of the universe. Islam emphasizes the conceptualization of God as the Sole and Almighty. The concept and nature of God in Islam is very broad.The method used in this article is using library research, which is a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literatures related to research.In the context of discussing the nature or form of God, philosophers put forward five arguments, Cosmological Arguments, Ontological Arguments, Design Arguments, Moral Arguments and Teleological Arguments. Whereas in Islam, God as Ilah, Dan Malik and Allah with His Attributes of Perfection (Asmaul Husna). There are 3 things that humans need to remember to understand the existence of God, namely: Everything other than God, including the universe is always dependent on God, God the Great and Mighty is basically the Most Compassionate, and Things that definitely require the existence of a proper relationship between God and humans, namely the relationship between the Beloved and His servants, which consequently gives birth to the relationship between humans and humans. A person who has pure monotheism will be able to easily achieve the goals of Islamic religious education, namely creating a monotheistic Muslim with perfect faith and being able to transfer his religious values in everyday life and making a Muslim who behaves well in hablum minallah and hablum minannas.
