Abstract

Abstract All management activities in schools require letters in their operational activities. Management of letters and archives does not always run smoothly and often encounters problems. Problems in managing letters and archives in the era of technological development can be overcome by using various systems and applications. This study aims to analyze existing problems and help to use applications and systems that can ease the management process. This study uses a qualitative method. Data were obtained through direct interviews which were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the problems that arise, namely the absence of a system to manage archives. The researcher then created an archive system called E-Patr to overcome this problem. Abstrak Segala kegiatan manajemen di sekolah membutuhkan surat dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. Pengelolaan surat dan arsip tidak senantiasa berjalan mulus dan seringkali menemui permasalahan. Permasalahan dalam pengelolaan surat dan arsip di zaman berkembangnya teknologi dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan berbagai sistem dan aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang ada serta membantu untuk menggunakan aplikasi maupun sistem yang mampu meringankan proses pengelolaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung yang kemudian dianalisis secara dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah permasalahan yang muncul yakni tidak adanya sistem untuk mengelola kearsipan. Peneliti kemudian membuat sistem arsip bernama E-Patr untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract: Various learning models in the era of society 5.0 must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. School facilities and infrastructure are used to facilitate students' understanding of the material presented, by using appropriate educational facilities and infrastructure in teaching and learning activities to make them more effective and efficient. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was chosen by the authors in this study, so that study materials related to the implementation of supervision of school facilities and infrastructure are in the form of books, articles and other sources that can be collected and conclusions drawn. . . This study resulted in the conclusion that, one aspect that is the main concern of educational supervision is related to educational facilities and infrastructure in schools. This research was conducted on the basis of the author's awareness of the importance of supervising school facilities and infrastructure in Era Society 5.0 in supporting learning activities so that they can run effectively and efficiently.Abstrak: Berbagai model pembelajaran di era society 5.0 harus ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Sarana dan prasarana sekolah digunakan untuk mempermudah pemahaman siswa tentang materi yang disampaikan, dengan menggunakan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang tepat dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dipilih oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini, sehingga bahan-bahan kajian yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pengawasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah berupa buku, artikel dan sumber lainnya yang dapat terkumpul dan ditarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah simpulan bahwa, salah satu aspek yang menarik perhatian utama dari pengawasan pendidikan adalah terkait sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang ada di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar, penulis menyadari tingkat urgensitas pengawasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah di Era Society 5.0 dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran agar dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main focuses in developing the national education system. The PBD program emerged as an innovative solution that integrates the use of data in the educational planning process. This research aims to: (1) determine the process of implementing the Data Based Planning (PBD) program at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban, (2) determine the obstacles faced in the process of implementing the Data Based Planning Program (PBD) at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban, (3) determine the impact of implementing the Data Based Planning (PBD) program on the quality of educators and education staff at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban. The approach used in this qualitative research is a case study type of research. The informants in this research were the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, school operators, and students of SMA Negeri 1 Tuban. Data collection used in this research was interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the following research results were obtained: (1) the implementation of the PBD program was carried out through a series of activities which included PBD socialization activities from education and school offices, simulation activities and AN rehearsals, implementation of AN activities, downloading and understanding the results of report cards. education, IRB activities based on education report cards, formulation of school activities in the form of RKT and RKAS based on education report cards, approval from all parties related to the RKT and RKAS that have been determined; (2) Obstacles during implementation include the implementation of AN where there are problems with the server, types of questions that are not relevant, random selection of students which is less relevant in describing the competency of all students, and the time for preparing the RKT and RKAS coincides with other school activity schedules; (3) the impact of the implementation of the PBD program felt by schools includes improvements to the school planning process as well as improvements to the quality of educators and school education staff. Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To analyze the service etiquette of school administrative staff at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (2) To analyze the quality of school administrative staff services based on the 3A concept (attitude, attention, action) at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (3) To analyze the satisfaction level of Vocational High Schools students in Tuban Regency; (4) To analyze the relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (5) To analyze the relationship between the quality of school administrative staff services and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (6) To analyze the relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and quality with student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational type. The population in this study consists of Vocational High Schools students in Tuban Regency, with a total population of 11,490. The sample was selected using proportional random sampling and consisted of 400 students. Data collection was done using questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive correlation analysis with Pearson product moment correlation, tested using IBM Statistics 22. The results of this research show: (1) The level of school administrative staff service etiquette falls within the good category; (2) The quality of school administrative staff services falls within the good category; (3) The level of student satisfaction falls within the good category; (4) There is a positive and significant relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (5) There is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of school administrative staff services and student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency; (6) There is a positive and significant relationship between school administrative staff service etiquette and quality with student satisfaction at Vocational High Schools in Tuban Regency. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, and evaluation, as well as the supporting factors, obstacles, and solutions of the traditional extracurricular dance management at SDN Dinoyo 3. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. The data collection methods used in this research include interviews, participatory observation, and documentation techniques. The main informants for this study are the extracurricular coordinator, school head, dance instructors, assistant dance instructors, Asmoro Bangun Dance Studio, teachers, guardians, and students. The research findings include (1) planning involves considering the background, determining the objectives, formulating the benefits, meetings with teachers and guardians, allocating facilities and equipment, drafting programs and materials, selecting instructors, and planning external collaborations; (2) organization involves an informal organizational structure and task and responsibility distribution; (3) implementation includes conducting activities, maintaining order, achieving achievements, preparing for competitions, appreciating achievements, developing dance habits, and creating a supportive environment for male students; (4) supervision and evaluation are carried out; (5) supporting factors are divided into two categories: general factors and factors related to male students participating in traditional dance extracurricular activities; and (6) obstacles include the assistant's lack of experience teaching elementary school students, students' interest in participating but guardians' disapproval, unequal practice times, lack of transportation during practice, ridicule of male students participating in traditional dance extracurricular activities, and negative perceptions of male students. The solutions proposed are the extracurricular assistant should be more firm, approach guardians with empathy, one party should compromise, offer transportation from Mr. Budi, provide encouragement and motivation to students, and gather guardians to provide understanding. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to describe and analyze the development of literacy culture at Sumbersari 3 Public Elementary School, Malang City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing, observing, and documenting school coordinators, teachers, and students. According to what will happen in the research, it can be seen that 1) literacy activities play a role in increasing students' interest in reading, 2) obstacles to carrying out literacy activities in schools include that every teacher must be able to embrace every student, every teacher must be able to anticipate if there are students who has less fast catching power, 3) the rides and infrastructure are sufficient. The quality of education at Sumbersari 3 Public Elementary School is a priority for the school, due to the assessment of the surrounding community by looking at the quality of the results from the school.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengembangan budaya literasi pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumbersari 3 Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan studi perkara. Analisi data menggunakan model interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap koordinator sekolah, pengajar, serta peserta didik. sesuai yg akan terjadi penelitian bisa dipandang bahwa 1) kegiatan literasi berperan pada menaikkan minat membaca peserta didik, 2) kendala pada melaksanakan aktivitas literasi pada sekolah antara lain ialah setiap guru wajib bisa merangkul setiap siswa, setiap guru wajib bisa mengantisipasi apabila ada peserta didik yang memiliki daya tangkap yg kurang cepat, 3) wahana serta prasarana telah cukup memadai. Kualitas mutu pendidikan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sumbersari 3 sebagai prioritas bagi sekolah, sebab penilaian masyarakat sekitar dengan melihat kualitas hasil asal sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru sekolah dasar tentang kurikulum merdeka dalam konteks pengajaran di era society 5.0 dan dampaknya pada kualitas pengajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan model penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan guru memiliki pemahaman yang cukup tentang kurikulum merdeka namun perlu adaptasi dan peningkatan dalam penerapannya. Dampak positif dari penerapan kurikulum merdeka antara lain adalah peningkatan partisipasi peserta didik, nilai rapor, dan kualitas pendidikan sekolah. Namun, dampak negatif dapat timbul jika tidak seimbang, seperti ketergantungan pada teknologi. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan guru sudah memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang kurikulum merdeka dan mendukung konsep tersebut, sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan kemampuan teknologi, kreativitas peserta didik, keterlibatan peserta didik, hingga peningkatan nilai rapor. Namun, tantangan dihadapi dalam manajemen waktu dan administrasi. Saran yaitu pelatihan, dukungan sumber daya, dan evaluasi berkala

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan secara rinci mengenai Optimalisasi School Branding Program Smanda Cup Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Animo Masyarakat dalam Menyekolahkan Anaknya di SMAN 2 Malang yang dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, faktor penghambat, solusi fakror penghambat, faktor pendukung dan strategi optimalisasi faktor pendukung program Smanda Cup. Penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian studi kasus untuk memperoleh deskriptif secara alamiah, komprehensif, dan insentif. Hasil pada penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, faktor penghambat, solusi fakror penghambat, faktor pendukung dan strategi optimalisasi faktor pendukung program Smanda Cup Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Animo Masyarakat dalam Menyekolahkan Anaknya di SMAN 2 Malang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen Program Zikir Bersama Kekasih dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Mojokerto. Mengingat tantangan krisis moral yang dihadapi generasi muda saat ini, program ini diharapkan dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai positif seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan disiplin. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Program Zikir Bersama Lover telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual siswa, yang terlihat dari keterlibatan mereka dalam kegiatan zikir dan perubahan perilaku positif yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai spiritual; (2) Struktur organisasi pelaksanaan program telah diidentifikasi, meskipun wewenang dan tugas disampaikan secara lisan. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya upaya untuk mengatur program secara sistematis, yang perlu didokumentasikan secara formal untuk kejelasan; (3) Partisipasi aktif siswa dan guru selama pelaksanaan program terlihat jelas, dimana siswa secara rutin mengikuti zikir bersama dan guru berperan dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung; (4) Program dilengkapi dengan mekanisme monitoring dan evaluasi yang melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk kepala sekolah dan guru, dengan indikator evaluasi meliputi perubahan perilaku dan kedisiplinan siswa; dan (5) Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya motivasi siswa dan masalah koordinasi antar pihak, antara lain: peningkatan komunikasi dan pemberian motivasi melalui penghargaan untuk menjaga semangat siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini untuk mendiskripsikan terkait: (1) Program kerja OSIS dalam pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Probolinggo; (2) proses pelaksanaan program pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kota Probolinggo dengan menerapkan model kepemimpinan demokratis;dan (3)ragam strategi kepemimpinan demokratis ketua OSIS dalam melaksanakan program pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis rancangan studi kasus tunggal di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Probolinggo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kredibilitas dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik yaitu triangulasi, pengecekan data dan kecukupan referensi. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini dapat mendeskripsikan secara mendalam sesuai dengan tujuan-tujuan yang telah ditentukan.
