Abstract

Isu dan fokus pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pertama, petani di Kelompok Jaya tidak memiliki administrasi pembukuan sama sekali terkait dengan modal dan pemasukan yang dihasilkan dari proses pertanian yang dilakukan. Tujuan pengabdian memberikan solusi atas isu/permasalahan administrasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan tentang pencatatan tata kelola administrasi, Pemberian alat alat administrasi. Kesimpulan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah secara umum kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Kegiatan PKM ini mendapat sambutan dan dukungan dari pihak Kelompok Tani Jaya

Abstract

Plankton are aquatic organisms that live floating with passive movement and cannot fight against the current. Plankton consists of phytoplankton and zooplankton. Given the very important role of plankton, research is needed. This study aims to analyze the condition of plankton (phytoplankton and zooplankton commodities) in the waters of Batu Kumbu Bay, Batu Kumbu Hamlet, West Sekotong Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency. Water samples were taken using a plankton net and analyzed using a Sedgewick Rafter Cell (SRC) using a microscope. Data analysis in this study was in the form of the number of species, density (ind / L), dominance index, diversity index (H '), category, evenness and category. The results of this study showed the richness of phytoplankton species, it was found that the number of species found around coastal waters was relatively more, namely 37 species with a density of 159 individuals / liter. While around the jetty/pier there are 21 species with a species density of 91.3 while the richness of zooplankton species, it was found that the number of species found in the pier area, namely 2 species with a species density of 1 individual/liter and in the coastal area 3 species with a density of 2 individuals/liter. As for the level of species diversity (H') both phytoplankton and zooplankton in both locations, where the jetty tends to be low, while in coastal waters it is classified as moderate.

Abstract

Studi ini adalah studi tentang resolusi konflik yang terjadi pada proses rekrutmen Perangkat Desa di Kabupaten Demak dengan rentang waktu Tahun 2017-2018. Fokusnya membahas tentang bagaimana politik hukum dan implementasi kebijakan rekrutmen perangkat desa di Kabupaten Demak, kemudian pada tataran konfliknya (sumber, manivestasi, dan durasi) Rekrutmen Perangkat Desa di Kabupaten Demak, serta Resolusi konflik yang sesuai terhadap persoalan yang dimunculkan dalam studi kasus ini. Temuan studi ini antara lain terdapat upaya penyalahgunaan wewenang pada saat perumusan dan implementasi kebijakan rekrutmen perangkat desa. Kemudian pada taran konflik pasca analisis muncul jika sebabnya karena penghilangan pasal dalam perda, dalam hal manivestasi muncul berbagai demonstrasi dan gugatan di PTUN terkait seleksi perangkat desa. Resolusi yang digunakan yang sesuai adalah 6 metode, seperti yang dikemukakan oleh Forsyth. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan kualitatif lebih dominan.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of inclusive learning strategies for students with intellectual disabilities at SD Negeri 009 Sangkulirang East Kalimantan, Indonesia, using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis reveals that teachers' readiness for inclusive education is limited, necessitating further training and support. Key challenges include insufficient resources, professional development, and time for designing effective strategies. Multisensory and individualized instructional methods are found to be more effective compared to traditional approaches. Additionally, visual aids and educational technology enhance student participation. Although the school has made efforts to provide supportive facilities, these are not yet optimal. It is vital to strengthen parental and community involvement to create more inclusive environment. The study underscores the need for clear school policies supporting inclusive education, ongoing teacher training, and adequate resource allocation. The curriculum should be flexible to accommodate the needs of students with intellectual disabilities while upholding educational standards. Recommended strategic initiatives include developing teacher training modules, fostering collaboration with inclusive education experts, and optimizing the use of technology and adaptive learning tools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the managerial competence of school principals—comprising technical, human, and conceptual skills—in enhancing teachers’ pedagogical competence for the implementation of the Eight Dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) at SMAN 1 and SMAN 2 Mutiara, Pidie Regency. Employing a qualitative field research design, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with source and technique triangulation to ensure validity. The findings reveal that technical competence is manifested through collaborative lesson planning and reflective evaluation, while human competence is reflected in democratic leadership and dialogical communication that fosters a supportive school climate. Furthermore, conceptual competence allows principals to formulate contextual visions and adaptive policies aligned with student characteristics. The discussion highlights that the integration of these three competencies empowers teachers to become more professional, reflective, and creative, particularly in executing project-based learning. Ultimately, the study concludes that a principal’s ability to synthesize these managerial skills is fundamental for the effective and sustainable implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile, ensuring that teachers are adequately equipped to navigate modern educational frameworks and improve student outcomes holistically.

Abstract

This article examines the role of Sufistic values in shaping models of political leadership through a socio-political analysis of Syech Mustofa Husein Nasution, a prominent Mandailing ulama whose influence extends from spiritual domains to political and social arenas in North Sumatra. While studies on Islamic leadership in Indonesia have predominantly focused on institutional politics, party dynamics, and electoral behavior, relatively few have explored how Sufistic ethics operate as a source of political legitimacy and developmental paradigms. Addressing this gap, the study elucidates how Syech Mustofa Husein Nasution synthesized spirituality, ethics, education, and communal engagement to produce a model of political leadership rooted in tawhid, amanah, shura, and wasatiyyah. Methodologically, this work adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, relying on primary documents, historical accounts, interviews, and pesantren-based observations. The findings demonstrate that Sufistic values not only functioned as moral resources but also as socio-political capital enabling community mobilization, conflict mediation, cadre formation, and institutional activism. These insights reveal that Sufism in the Indonesian context is neither apolitical nor purely devotional, but can serve as an ethical-political framework for social development. The study contributes to broader discussions on Islamic political thought by highlighting how spiritual authority intersects with governance and public leadership, offering implications for contemporary Islamic leadership, community-based development, and the revitalization of ethical politics in Muslim societies.

Abstract

Fiqh sebagai salah satu disiplin utama dalam hukum Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesadaran hukum dan perilaku keagamaan umat Islam. Di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, khususnya pada kalangan mahasiswi, fiqh sering kali dipahami secara normatif dan tekstual sehingga belum sepenuhnya berfungsi sebagai sarana pembinaan kesadaran hukum Islam yang berdampak pada kematangan keagamaan. Padahal, mahasiswi berada pada fase perkembangan intelektual dan psikologis yang sangat menentukan arah pemahaman serta pengamalan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Kesenjangan inilah yang menunjukkan perlunya pengkajian fiqh sebagai landasan pembinaan kesadaran hukum Islam yang lebih kontekstual dan transformatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran fiqh sebagai landasan pembinaan kesadaran hukum Islam dalam meningkatkan kematangan keagamaan mahasiswi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (library research) dengan menelaah berbagai literatur berupa kitab fiqh, buku, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan tema fiqh, kesadaran hukum Islam, dan kematangan keagamaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis untuk mengkaji konsep, pandangan para ahli, serta relevansinya dengan konteks pembinaan keagamaan di perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fiqh memiliki potensi besar sebagai instrumen pembinaan kesadaran hukum Islam apabila dipahami dan diajarkan secara kontekstual, reflektif, dan berorientasi pada tujuan hukum Islam. Pemahaman fiqh yang komprehensif berkontribusi positif terhadap internalisasi nilai-nilai hukum Islam dan peningkatan kematangan keagamaan mahasiswi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan fungsi edukatif dan transformatif fiqh menjadi kunci dalam pembinaan kesadaran hukum Islam yang berkelanjutan. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan perspektif fiqh sebagai landasan pembinaan keagamaan, bukan sekadar disiplin hukum normatif, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi.
