Abstract

The research identifies the problem of enhancing e-commerce sales conversion through TikTok amidst intense content competition. The objective of the study is to develop a machine learning-based marketing strategy to analyze user behavior and categorize them into Non-Purchasers and Purchasers.The method employed includes clustering using K-Means, K-Medoids, and Fuzzy C-Means algorithms, with K-Means demonstrating the best performance, achieving the highest Silhouette Coefficient (0.1857) and the lowest Davies-Bouldin Index (1.9991). Following clustering, classification is performed using Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, and Random Forest algorithms. The Random Forest model yields the best results with an accuracy of 0.9945, showcasing its effectiveness in predicting sales conversions.The conclusion of this study indicates that K-Means and Random Forest are the optimal methods for clustering and classification, respectively, in understanding user behavior on TikTok. These findings can assist e-commerce players in tailoring their marketing strategies, improving sales conversion rates, and enhancing advertising efficiency

Abstract

This study analyzed sales trends and forecasted the sales of CV Sentosa's products, namely Ater 360 New (X1), Bon Bon (X2), Mini Peanut Crackers (X3), and Marie Susu Int (X4), during the period of January 2019 to August 2023. Monthly sales data were processed using exploratory data analysis (EDA) and linear regression to predict sales trends. The linear regression analysis results indicated that X2 and X3 experienced sales growth with a slope of m=0.01, representing an average increase of 0.01 units per month. Conversely, X4 showed a slight decline with m=−0.01, while X1 remained stable with m=−0.00, indicating minimal changes in sales volume. The accuracy evaluation of the predictions based on MAE, MSE, and RMSE showed that X2 had the best performance with MAE 0.14, MSE 0.03, and RMSE 0.19, followed by X1 and X3, which had similar prediction errors. Although X4 initially showed significant growth, its model exhibited higher prediction errors (MAE 0.17, MSE 0.04, RMSE 0.21). This study provides valuable insights for CV Sentosa's business strategies, highlighting X2 and X3 as promising products due to their consistent growth trends and accurate predictions. This research provides a strong foundation for CV Sentosa in formulating more effective marketing strategies and product development in the future

Abstract

The development of social media over the past decade has accelerated the spread of information, including hoaxes, which impact public perception and political stability. One psychological factor contributing to the impulsive spread of information is Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), defined as the feeling of anxiety experienced when individuals believe they are missing important information or events. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the FOMO phenomenon and the tendency to spread political hoaxes related to the Prabowo administration on social media. The research data was obtained through comment crawling techniques on the TikTok platform and then processed using the following stages: preprocessing text (e.g., cleaning, case folding, tokenizing, filtering, stemming) and labeling of FOMO, Non-FOMO, Hoax, and Non-Hoax classes. The Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) model is used to classify user behavior patterns. FOMO plays a role in increasing the spread of fake news in the political sphere, and this demonstrates that a combination of psychological factors and machine learning techniques can help understand the dynamics of disinformation on social media.

Abstract

PT Dian Aristy Energi Palembang is a company engaged in the distribution of industrial fuel oil (BBM). The current operational processes are still conducted manually and are not integrated, leading to data duplication, reporting delays, low information accuracy, and difficulties in monitoring distribution activities, which affect managerial decision-making. This study aims to develop a strategic Enterprise Architecture plan based on TOGAF ADM to improve the alignment between information systems and fuel distribution operations. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The TOGAF ADM phases applied consist of Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The results of this study produce an Enterprise Architecture design that describes the current condition (AS-IS) and the proposed condition (TO-BE), including business process modeling, data architecture, application architecture, and supporting technology architecture. The proposed design enables the integration of operational processes through digital systems such as purchase order processing, distribution monitoring, and complaint management. This study concludes that the implementation of Enterprise Architecture based on TOGAF ADM can improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, information transparency, and support better decision-making, as well as provide a reference for the development of integrated information systems

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged digital transformation in various sectors, including public administrative services at the urban village level. However, the successful implementation of digital transformation depends not only on government readiness and technological infrastructure but also on the readiness of the community as the primary users of digital services. This study aims to evaluate community readiness toward digital transformation and design a web-based digital administrative service architecture for Sukamaju Urban Village, Palembang City, using the TOGAF ADM framework. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving 395 respondents selected using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires based on a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using the E-Readiness approach through three main variables: Information Technology Infrastructure, Online Transactions, and Community Behavior. The results indicate that the Information Technology Infrastructure variable achieved the highest mean score of 4.32 (Very Ready), followed by Community Behavior with a mean score of 4.20 (Ready), and Online Transactions with a mean score of 4.11 (Ready). These findings suggest that the Sukamaju Urban Village community possesses a high level of readiness to support digital transformation in administrative services. Based on these findings, a web-based digital administrative service architecture was proposed using TOGAF ADM phases, including Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The proposed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce manual administrative processes, and support sustainable digital transformation at the urban village level.

Abstract

Bahasa Bangka merupakan bahasa ibu yang umum digunakan oleh siswa MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa pada kehidupan sehari-hari, Mayoritas siswa-siswi MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa yang berasal dari keluarga penutur Bahasa Bangka sering sekali mengalami kesulitan dalam beralih penggunaan ke Bahasa Indonesia, yang utama untuk keperluan akademik bagi siswa. Hal ini menciptakan adanya kendala dalam memahami materi pelajaran yang menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa pengantar utama. MA Nurul Ihsan Baturusa belum mempunyai materi-materi pembelajaran yang secara khusus mengintegrasikan Bahasa Bangka dengan Bahasa Indonesia. Kebanyakan buku-buku pelajaran hanya tersedia dalam Bahasa Indonesia tanpa ada kalimat dalam Bahasa Bangka, sehingga memungkinkan siswa sering mengandalkan pemahaman pribadi atau bantuan guru untuk bisa memahami istilah kata-kata yang sulit. metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dipilih karena mampu mempercepat proses pembuatan aplikasi dengan tetap menjaga kualitas sistem melalui pendekatan iteratif dan kolaboratif antara pengembang dan pengguna. Aplikasi kamus digital yang mengintegrasikan terjemahan dan konteks antara Bahasa Bangka dan Bahasa Indonesia bisa menjadi solusi pembelajaran yang efisien dan efektif.
