Abstract

Abstract: This reasearch seeks to explore the sustainability of Sanitair's business in terms of the economics education of business practitioners. It was conducted by using qualitative approach of phenomenology. The research informants was the owner who run the businesses for more than 20 years. The results showed that business sustanbility developed after implementing economics education in terms of production, distribution activities, and consumption of raw materials, wider range of product sales, also open the new businesses due to the high demand toward the product.Keywords: business Suistanbility, economics Education, business management, business activityAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis keberlangsungan usaha Sanitair ditinjau dari penerapan pendidikan ekonomi para pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis fenomenologi. Informan penelitian adalah pelaku usaha sanitair yang memiliki usaha lebih dari 20 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberlangsungan usaha sanitair pelaku usaha dikategorikan baik dan berkembang setelah menerapkan pendidikan ekonomi dalam hal aktivitas produks, distribusi, dan konsumsi bahan baku dibuktikan dengan semakin berkembangnya usaha sanitair, jangkauan penjualan produk lebih luas, serta pelaku usaha dapat membuka usaha baru dikarenakan omzet dari usaha meningkat.Kata kunci: keberlangsungan usaha, pendidikan ekonomi, manajemen bisnis, aktifitas bisnis

Abstract

In 2021, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia will begin to promote an independent curriculum. This curriculum was developed to support the recovery of learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, students in the 21st century also need to be empowered with critical thinking skills. So that relevant learning tools are needed to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to produce an economics learning module based on discovery learning in an independent curriculum to improve students' critical thinking skills. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg & Gall model. The instruments used in this study were expert validation sheets and critical thinking skills tests given to students in class X6 and X7 at the State Senior High School 5 Taruna Brawijaya, Kediri City. Based on the results of the validation of module experts and material experts on the products developed, the average value of 91.5% indicates that the discovery learning-based economics teaching module is very feasible to be used in the learning process. Meanwhile, based on the results of the independent sample t-test in the Equal variances section, it is assumed that the sig value is known. (2-tailed) of 0.000<0.05. So it can be said that there is a significant difference between the average student learning outcomes in the post-test experimental class and post-test control class. Based on the output descriptive statistics table, it is also known that the average score for the experimental class post-test is 89.50, while the control class post-test is 85.30. So it can be said that this product is effectively used in learning based on the results of the post-test in the experimental class which shows a higher score than the control class. Therefore, it is recommended that the class X economics teacher use this teaching module as an alternative support in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the productive behavior of underprivileged families in utilizing social assistance from the Hope Family Program or PKH. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. The location of this research is in Sindetayar Village, Besuk District, Probolinggo Regency. The selection of these informants used a snowball sampling approach with 10 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work owned by underprivileged families is only sufficient for basic needs and the PKH assistance provided by the government does not change the behavior patterns of underprivileged families who are more likely to use the social assistance to cover debts or buy consumptive goods

Abstract

Technological developments have an impact on the world of education, economy, social, culture and development in Indonesia. This change is the reaction of each individual in an effort to understand the various changes that occur and their consequences. The influence of technological advances introduces a new terminology about the digital economy as a new economic era. The government together with traditional market managers are intensifying trade digitization for traditional market traders. This study aims to determine the meaning of trade digitization for traditional market traders. This study uses a qualitative research method with the type of phenomenology. The number of informants in this study amounted to six traders in the Dinoyo traditional market. The selection of research subjects using purposive sampling method. The technique used in data collection in this study used the technique of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses data analysis stages from Creswell which include: raw data, processing and preparing data, reading all data, coding data, connecting themes, interpreting themes. Then to check the validity of the data, the researchers used source and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the attitude of market traders with the digitalization of trade shows a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards trade digitization, market traders gain knowledge about trade digitization through non-formal education by participating in training held by market managers. Digital technology provides convenience and benefits for market traders in carrying out their business activities. Future researchers are expected to be able to develop further related to the research subject and expand the research area in order to obtain comprehensive results.

Abstract

Abstract In this modern era, the world is enjoying the phenomenon of increasingly rapid technological development, this phenomenon is called the industrial revolution 4.0. Humans will be required to become more rational individuals in carrying out consumption activities and also to fulfill various desires that arise in them. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence on lifestyle, emotional intelligence, and financial literacy on consumption rationality in 2018 Economics Education students, State University of Malang. This research uses a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is all students of economic education class 2018 State University of Malang. The technique used in sampling is proportional random sampling. To determine the sample size is calculated using the Slovin formula. This study used a sample of 99 students spread over 6 classes from a population of 131 students. The instruments in this study were questionnaires and multiple-choice tests. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the analysis in this study show that: (1) Lifestyle has a significant effect on consumption rationality. (2) Emotional Intelligence has a significant positive effect on consumption rationality. (3) Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on the rationality of student consumption. (4) Lifestyle, emotional intelligence, and financial literacy affect the consumption rationality of 2018 Economics Education students Abstrak Pada era modern ini dunia sedang menikmati fenomena perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat, fenomena ini disebut dengan revolusi industri 4.0. Manusia akan dituntut untuk lebih menjadi individu yang rasional dalam melakukan kegiatan konsumsi dan juga untuk memenuhi berbagai keinginan yang muncul dalam dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan pada gaya hidup, kecerdasan emosional dan literasi keuangan terhadap rasionalitas konsumsi pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 Universitas Negeri Malang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah proportional random sampling. Untuk menentukan besarnya sampel dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebesar 99 mahasiswa yang tersebar di 6 kelas dari populasi yang berjumlah 131 mahasiswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan tes pilihan ganda. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya Hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap rasionalitas konsumsi. (2) Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap rasionalitas konsumsi. (3) Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap rasionalitas konsumsi mahasiswa. (4) Gaya hidup, kecerdasan emosional dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap rasionalitas konsumsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2018.

Abstract

Abstract Sistem pembelajaran yang diberlakukan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 berubah. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk adaptasi agar pembelajaran tetap dapat dilaksanakan tanpa membuat kerumunan yang berpotensi memperluas penyebaran virus. Sistem pembelajaran berbasis daring merupakan cara yang dipilih pemerintah. Sebab pembelajaran ini dapat dilaksanakan dari rumah masing-masing. Dalam pembelajaran daring terdapat karakteristik yang berbeda dibandingkan pembelajaran tatap muka, dimana menuntut siswa untuk mengembangkan kemandirian belajar dan memanfaatkan waktu sebaik mungkin untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran juga menyelesaikan beban tugas yang diberikan. Selain itu kondusifitas lingkungan belajar siswa perlu diperhatikan agar siswa dapat fokus ketika mengikuti pembelajaran. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif agar dapat menjelaskan fenomena atau masalah yang ada khususnya di lokasi penelitian yaitu SMA Laboratorium UM. Abstrak The learning system that was implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic changed. This is done as a form of adaptation so that learning can still be carried out without making crowds that have the potential to expand the spread of the virus. The online-based learning system is the way the government has chosen. Because this learning can be carried out from their respective homes. In online learning, there are different characteristics compared to face-to-face learning, which requires students to develop independent learning and make the best time management to carry out learning as well as complete the assigned task load. In addition, the conduciveness of the student learning environment needs to be considered so that students can focus when participating in learning. For this reason, this research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method in order to explain the phenomena or problems that exist, especially at the research location, namely SMA Laboratorium UM.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship learning and the using of social media on entrepreneurship interest of Economics Education departement students class of 2017, State University of Malang. The research method in this research is quantitative with the type of explanatory research. The population in this study were undergraduate students of Economics Education class of 2017 State University of Malang, with a total sample of 100 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and primary data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis prerequisite tests in this study include normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show (1) partially there is an effect of entrepreneurship motivation on entrepreneurship interest, (2) partially there is an influence of entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurship interest, (3) partially there is an effect of using social media on entrepreneurship interest, and (4) simultaneously there is an influence of entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship learning and the using of social media on entrepreneurship interest. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship learning and the using of social media on entrepreneurship interest of Economics Education departement student at Malang State University class of 2017. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh parsial atau simultan dari motivasi kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan media sosial pada minat berwirausaha mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Malang, tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel dari penelitian ini merupakan 100 mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Malang, tahun 2017. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan data didapatkan melalui kuesioner. Tes statistic prasyarat pada penelitian ini meliputi tes normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Teknik regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk proses analisa data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) adanya efek partial dari motivasi kewirausahaan pada minat berwirausaha, (2) adanya efek partial dari pendidikan kewirausahaan pada minat berwirausaha, (3) adanya efek partial dari penggunaan media sosial pada minat berwirausaha, dan (4) adanya efek simultan dari motivasi berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan penggunaan media sosial pada minat berwirausaha. Sehingga, motivasi kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan penggunaan media sosial membawa pengaruh pada minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi tahun 2017, Universitas Negeri Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial experience and economic rationality on the economic decisions of Jambi city housewives mediated by economic literacy. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of explanatory research. The research sample is 379 housewives in the districts of Pelayangan and Danau Teluk. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show 1) Financial Experience Has a Positive and Significant Influence on the Economic Decisions of Housewives, 2) Economic Rationality Has No Influence and is Not Significant on the Economic Decisions of Housewives, 3) Economic Literacy Has a Positive and Significant Influence on the Economic Decisions of Housewives, 4) Financial Experience Has a Positive and Significant Influence on the  Economic Literacy of Housewives, 5) Economic Rationality Has a Positive and Significant Influence on the  Economic Literacy of Housewives, 6) Financial Experience Has a Positive and Significant Influence on the Economic Decisions of Housewives Through Economic Literacy as a Mediating Variable, 7) Rationality Economics Has a Positive and Significant Influence on the Economic Decisions of Housewives Through Economic Literacy as a Mediating Variable. The implications of the research: 1) Economic literacy strengthens the effect of financial experience and economic rationality on economic decisions, 2) Housewives need to improve their financial experience, good economic rationality, and economic literacy so they can make the right economic decisions. This increase is necessary because the economic situation is sometimes less stable and difficult to predict.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is a country that has many natural resources and human resources. But in Indonesia there are still many people who do not have a job. Besides that, many fresh graduates choose to look for work instead of doing a job. Creating a job or entrepreneurship can be a solution to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia. So, by providing entrepreneurship education from an early age, it is hoped that it can foster one's entrepreneurial spirit so that it can reduce the unemployment rate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and the environment on the interest in entrepreneurship in class X IPS students of SMAN 1 Lawang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of explanation with a sample of class X IPS students at SMAN 1 Lawang class of 2020/2021. The results of this study are that entrepreneurship education and family environment have a significant influence on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This means that the higher the entrepreneurship education and the more supportive the family environment will increase students' interest in entrepreneurship. Abstrak Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang memiliki banyak sumber sumber daya baik sumber daya alam maupun sumber daya manusia. Namun di Indonesia masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan. Selain itu banyak fresh graduate yang memilih untuk mencari pekerjaan bukan membuat sebuah pekerjaan. Membuat sebuah pekerjaan atau berwirausaha dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menekan tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia. Maka dengan memberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan sejak dini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan seseorang agar dapat menekan tingkat pengangguran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X IPS SMAN 1 Lawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanasi dengan sampel siswa kelas X IPS SMAN 1 Lawang angkatan 2020/2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Artinya semakin tinggi pendidikan kewirausahaan dan semakin mendukungnya lingkungan keluarga akan meningkatkan minat berwirausaha siswa.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out how much influence celebrity endorsers, self-control, and economic literacy have on impulsive buying behavior in economics students majoring in development economics Class of 2017, State University of Malang. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive analysis approach using the proportional random sampling technique using the Slovin formula so that there are 151 samples out of 243. Data collection uses a questionnaire and the analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing (F test and T test). with the help of SPSS 24.0 For Windows. Based on the analysis, the following results are obtained: 1) celebrity endorser influences impulsive behavior, 2) self control influences impulsive buying behavior, 3) economic literacy influences impulsive behavior, 4) celebrity endorser, self control, and economic literacy influences impulsive behavior buying for economics students majoring in development economics class of 2017, State University of Malang. Penelitan ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari celebrity endorser, self control, dan literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku impulsive buying pada mahasiswa ekonomi jurusan ekonomi pembangunan Angkatan 2017 Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi analisis dengan teknik proportional random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga terdapat sampel sejumlah 151 dari 243. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan teknik analisisnya menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda dan uji hipotesis (Uji F dan Uji T) dengan bantuan SPSS 24.0 For Windows. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : 1) celebrity endorser berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulsive, 2) self control berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulsive buying, 3) literasi ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulsive, 4) celebrity endorser, self control, dan literasi ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulsive buying pada mahasiswa ekonomi jurusan ekonomi pembangunan angkatan 2017 Universitas Negeri Malang.
