Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan employee engagement pada karyawan. Hipotesis  yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara perceived organizational support dengan employee engagement pada karyawan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang yang memiliki karakteristik minimal masa kerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Cara pengambilan subjek dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Perceived Organizational Support dan Skala Employee Engagement. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh koefisien korelasi (R) hipotesis sebesar 0,612 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara perceived organizational support dengan employee engagement. Diterimanya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,375 variabel perceived organizational support menunjukkan kontribusi 37,5% terhadap employee engagement dan sisanya 62,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu job characteristic, reward & recognition, perceived supervisor support, dan distributive & procedural justice.

Abstract

Potensi Desa Sumbersari terhadap pendidikan anak sudah cukup baik, yaitu dengan adanya program jam belajar masyarakat (JBM). Program ini diupayakan untuk menumbuhkembangkan budaya belajar dengan menciptakan kondisi lingkungan yang ideal dan dapat mendorong proses belajar mengajar anak dalam suasana aman, nyaman, tertib dan menyenangkan. Namun kegiatan yang dilakukan JBM selama ini hanya sebatas oleh pikir yang menumbuhkan kecerdasaan akademik dan belum mengembangkan dimensi penting dalam Pendidikan yaitu Pendidikan karakter dengan muatan kearifan lokal. Berdasarkan potensi Desa Sumbersari dan hasil assesmen yang telah diuraikan tersebut, maka perlu diberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai materi-materi yang harus disampaikan kepada anak didik meliputi religiusitas, nasionalis, gotong royong, dan integritas, melalui Pendirian Pojok Budaya sebagai media penguatan pendidikan karakter. Pojok Budaya didirikan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam melakukan penyuluhan, pembinaan, dan konseling melalui pendidikan, pelatihan dan pendampingan pada pendidik di JBM. Pendirian Pojok Budaya dilakukan bersama dengan pendidik JMB dan didampingi oleh tim pengabdi. Pengadaan desktop berperangkat wifi dengan Aplikasi Pojok Budaya untuk memungkinkan pemustakaan anak didik dan pendidik JBM mengakses koleksi e-resource; pengadaan koleksi multimedia yang dapat membaca data dari flash disk dilengkapi dengan LCD sehingga koleksi cerita rakyat, permainan, dan lagu-lagu dolanan tradisional sebagai media penguatan Pendidikan karakter untuk peserta didik dapat diakses dan diputar sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pojok Budaya dilengkapi dengan permainan tradisional (dakon, lompat tali, egrang batok, kelereng, dll.), buku cerita dongeng (kancil nyolong timun, timun emas, dll.) dan panggung wayang.

Abstract

SELF-EFFICACY AND ACADEMIC BURNOUT FOR WORKING STUDENTS. Academic burnout refers to stress, burden or other psychological factors because the learning process is followed by students so that it shows the state of emotional fatigue, tendency to depersonalization, and feeling of low personal achievement. There are individual factors that can affect burnout; one of the individual factors that can influence academic burnout is academic self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic burnout in working students. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic burnout on students who work. This means that the higher academic self-efficacy, the lower academic burnout in working students, conversely the lower of Academic self-efficacy, the higher academic burnout in working students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi lingkungan kerja fisik dengan employee engagement pada karyawan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi lingkungan kerja fisik dengan employee engagement pada karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi yang sudah bekerja minimal 6 bulan, berstatus karyawan tetap, dan berusia 21-40 tahun sebanyak 53 karyawan dengan sampling purporsive. Skala Employee Engagement dan Skala Persepsi Lingkungan Kerja Fisik digunakan sebagai alat ukur, yang selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan korelasi product moment. Didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.650 (p<0.005). hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi lingkungan kerja fisik dengan employee engagement pada karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between occupational self-efficacy and work stress on production employees. The hypothesis is that there is a negative relationship between occupational self-efficacy and work stress on production employees. The subjects in this study amounted to 60 people who have the characteristics of production employees and have a service life of between one to six years. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling method. The data collection tool in this study uses a Likert Scale, Work Stress Scale, and Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale. The results of data analysis using the product-moment correlation test between occupational self-efficacy and work stress on production employees showed a Pearson correlation value of (R) = -0.614 with a significance of p = 0,000 (p <0.050). These results indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between occupational self-efficacy and work stress.

Abstract

The current research aims to examine the relationship between career adaptability and work engagement. The subjects in this study were 74 people who had the characteristics of a Gojek driver in Yogyakarta, who had worked for at least one year. How to take the subject using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation from Karl Pearson. Based on the results of data analysis obtained correlation coefficient (R) of 0.737 with p = 0,000 (p <0.05). These results show that there is a significant positive relationship between career adaptability with work engagement. This research increase work engagement by increasing and building an adabtability career, so that optimal performance can be created both from within and for the achievement of organizational or company goals.

Abstract

The industrial world is transforming towards the era of revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. In this era, digital technology is applied and becomes the center of human life. Demand that the millennial generation who currently dominates the job market in Indonesia have adversity intelligence so that they can be more engaged in their work and have a positive impact on company performance and development. This study aims to determine the relationship between adversity intelligence and work engagement in the millennial generation. Subjects in this study were 214 employees, aged 20-39 years who live in Yogyakarta and have worked at least one year. The data collection method in this study uses a Likert scale model. Data were collected using the Work Engagement Scale and the Adversity Intelligence Scale, by sending the scale via Google Form to respondents. The data analysis technique used is the product-moment correlation from Karl Pearson. Based on the data analysis, the correlation coefficient (R) was obtained for 0.820 (p <0.01). These results indicate that there is a very significant positive relationship between adversity intelligence and work engagement among millennial employees living in Yogyakarta. This study provides an overview of the level of work engagement and adversity intelligence for millennial generation employees, so as to increase the work engagement of millennial generation employees by increasing their adversity intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction with employee engagement on online motorcycle taxi drivers who work in Yogyakarta. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction with employee engagement on online motorcycle taxi drivers who work in Yogyakarta. The research subjects were online motorcycle taxi drivers who had worked for at least 3 months totaling 82 people. Taking the subject using purporsive sampling with data collected using the Employee Engagement Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation. Based on the analysis, a correlation value of 0.544 was obtained with p = 0.000 (p <0.005). These results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction with employee engagement on online motorcycle taxi drivers who work in Yogyakarta. This means that the higher job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi drivers, the higher the employee engagement of motorcycle taxi drivers online, conversely, the lower the job satisfaction, the lower the employee engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara dukungan pasangan dengan subjective well-being pada ibu yang menerapkan work from home. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek berjumlah 60 ibu yang sedang melaksanakan work from home yang telah menikah dan memiliki anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala dukungan pasangan dan skala subjective well-being dengan menggunakan metode korelasi product moment dari pearson. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0.300 (p = 0.020). hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan pasangan dengan subjective well-being pada ibu yang menerapkan work from home pada masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara celebrity worship pada idola K-Pop dengan perilaku imitasi pada dewasa awal. Sebanyak 200 K-Popers usia 18 – 40 tahun dengan minimal durasi pengidolaan 1 tahun menjadi partisipan penelitian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Skala Perilaku Imitasi yang mengacu pada aspek-aspek Hergenhahn dan Olson (2009) serta Skala  Celebrity Worship yang mengacu pada aspek-aspek Sheridan dkk.  (2007) dengan alat ukur yang berupa skala likert. Korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa celebrity worship pada idola K-Pop memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan perilaku imitasi pada dewasa awal.
