Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi manajemen waktu dalam menjaga profesionalitas guru di Sekolah Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School Sadao, Songkhla Thailand. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian seperti, persepsi, tindakan, dan lainnya, secara holistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan kuesioner pernyataan terkait urgensi manajemen waktu bagi profesionalitas guru di sekolah. Selanjutnya, dilakukan uji normalitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji hipotesis data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembinaan tenaga guru memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk mencapai perubahan hasil yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, berhasil tidaknya pembinaan profesionalitas guru harus diukur dari kinerja yang bersangkutan dan bukan dari tambahan pengetahuan dan atau keterampilan saja.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to use the Yanbua'a method to improve the reading of Quran at TPQ Al Mujahhadah, Dusun Suka Damai, Tenggulun Village, Tenggulun District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The primary purpose of this research is to find out how fluent students are in reading Quran after using the Yanbu'a method, the benefits obtained in using the Yanbu'a method in reading Quran, as well as how to implement the Yanbu'a method in the research's locations. The main point of this study is about how the quality of reading and the level of fluency mastered by students in reading the Al-Quran as a way of life for Muslims. Based on the research, it turns out that the Yanbu'a method has an excellent effect on improving the quality of reading and fluency in reading the Quran for students. Yanbu'a method teaches three things in each stage, such as emphasizing the justification of the articulation of the letters, memorising the verses being studied and being able to write them down, then with this series of processes students were required to be very consistent in improving fluency in reading Quran properly and correct.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is still suffering from Covid-19. During this pandemic, health is very important to us. Therefore, we must maintain the immune system. Because at this time Indonesia is still struggling to fight Covid-19. The public is always warned by the government to follow health protocols because this is a need for all of us. Especially for children who need good attention and education about the covid-19 pandemic. They need good role models so they can apply 3M. Giving children an understanding of the corona virus and the conditions currently experienced by citizens of the world is not to scare children. For younger children, namely PAUD to SD, providing appropriate education for children will make it easier for parents to ask their children to take preventive steps. The purpose of this research is to be able to apply to school children to be able to apply 3M. Wash your hands, wear a mask and keep your distance.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing the real work leture is to help micro small and medium enterprises in Citaman Jernih village to manage finanes digitally by utilizing technology such as online book keeping application. the use off this online book keeping applicationc makes it easier for micro small and medium enterprises actor to generate financial report automatically. The results of the implementation of the real work lecture show that problems can be solved digitally in recording financial statemens, saving a lot time, and making it easier to record because it can be done anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Pengembangan karakter anak usia dini harus menjadi prioritas. Karena saat ini, karakter bangsa kita sudah mengalami reduksi di seluruh lini kehidupan. Apalagi metode bercerita  yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan karakter anak kurang maksimal. Hasil observasi, guru di TK ABA Aisyiyah se Kota Medan juga belum maksimal menggunakan metode bercerita tersebut untuk mengembangkan karakter anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan prototype model pengembangan bercerita dengan teknik Chain Story. Subjek penelitiannya adalah para guru TK ABA di Kota Medan. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan analisis dokumen, observasi, wawancara, dan FGD. Teknik Chain Story dilakukan berpusat pada anak, guru sebagai pemantik cerita berdurasi singkat. Anak bebas bercerita dengan kata-kata, cara, dan gayanya sendiri. Namun, kontennya  tetap sesuai dengan tema dan tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Guru mengawasi jalannya pembelajaran, menilai kemampuan dan karakter saat anak sedang bercerita. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada penerapan metode bercerita yang tidak lagi berpusat pada guru, tetapi menjadi berpusat pada anak (Child Centered-Learning)

Abstract

To build an organization including school organizations, management is very important. Notes some schools have slumped even to the point of bankruptcy because of bad management. This study aims to describe and analyze: (1) curriculum and learning management; (2) Student management; (3) Educator and education management personnel; (4) Facilities and infrastructure management; (5) Funding Management at SMP Muhammadiyah-06 Belawan.The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study are: 1. Curriculum management and learning at SMP Muhammadiyah-06 Belawan is carried out using the POAC management function. 2. Students management is going well. 3. The management of educators and educational staff has been carried out both based on management function. 4) Management of facilities and infrastructure in accordance with management standards. 5) Financing management is managed in an accountable manner

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how far the application of Muhammadiyah values to Islamic Religious Education students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara as a form of embodiment of the vision of the Islamic Religious Education study program in everyday life and the factors that influence it. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, direct interviews and interviews in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique that was used is qualitative method. As for the values of Muhammadiyah are Aqidah, Akhlak, Ibadah and Muamalah Dunyawiyah. The implementation of Muhammadiyah values of UMSU Islamic Religious Education students is included in the category whether in the percentage of implementing the four Muhammadiyah values amounting to 68%. The factors that often become obstacles in the application of Muhammadiyah values in life are: 1. Internal factors, namely those related to determination, 2. External factors, which can be in the form of the community environment, association and family.

Abstract

Buying and selling is one part of mualamalah. It is often found in society that the buying and selling process is not in accordance with Islamic principles. There are several trading conditions that are not implemented or do not follow the instructions of the Koran. This study aims to find out how the concept of buying and selling in Islam. The method used in this research is qualitative research, library research. By using the primary data source is from books, documents or other material, which is directly related to the research material. From this research, it was found that buying and selling must have several rules that can be used as guidelines, one of which is the honesty of both parties conducting transactions. Goods that are traded are substances that do not contain elements of impurity. There is no fraud in buying and selling. Between the seller and the buyer are both happy, ie there is no coercion from anywhere in the sale and purchase. Based on the attitude of mutual care and trust between one another.

Abstract

Astronomy is counted as a natural science that always gets the most attention of humans all the time. Lately, in Indonesia began to appear astronomical observatories that examine various things. The Falak Observatory of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (OIF UMSU) is one that has played an important role in the development of astronomy in Indonesia, especially in North Sumatra. In this observatory there are classical and modern astronomical tools. Among the role and contribution of this observatory is to provide information for students about the phenomenon and importance of astronomy, then training for students, astronomy studies, and others. The existence of this observatory is basically an appreciation of science and technology that are part of civilization.

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran sebagai dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan berbagai polemik bagi warga sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas pelaksanaan sistem pembelajaran daring pada bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Muhammadiyah 47 Sunggal, kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, dengan sistematika analisis menggunakan analisis interaktif Miles and Huberman. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan uji kredibilitas. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa sistem pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi kurang efektif. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase respon siswa dan guru yang berada pada kategori rendah.
