Abstract

Abstract - PT. Karya Nusa Swadaya is a company engaged in Business and Management Consulting Services, Strategic Finance, Event Organizer, and Information Technology. In providing the best service or product, it can be said to be closely related to the assets contained in the company, ie assets that are well managed can support a company's performance for the better and without managing assets properly, then the goals of the organization or individual will not achieved optimally. These assets can be in the form of equipment used in company operations or also in the form of employees who work at the company. In terms of asset data management at PT. Karya Nusa Swadaya, the system that runs is still manual. This is arguably less effective and efficient in recording and searching data. Therefore the writer tries to make a Final Project that discusses the asset data management system. And in analyzing problems that occur until the system design stage, the authors use the waterfall method. The advantage of using the waterfall method is that this method allows for departmentalization and control, the process of developing a one-by-one model, thus minimizing errors that might occur. So from that design of this information system is the best solution to solve existing problems, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting the activities of a company. Keywords: Information Systems, Asset Data Management Systems Abstrak - PT. Karya Nusa Swadaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Jasa Konsultasi Bisnis dan Manajemen, Strategik Keuangan, Event Organizer, dan Informasi Teknologi. Di dalam memberikan pelayanan atau produk yang terbaik, bisa dikatakan erat kaitannya dengan aset yang terdapat pada perusahaan tersebut, yaitu aset yang dikelola dengan baik dapat menunjang sebuah kinerja suatu perusahaan menjadi lebih baik dan tanpa mengelola aset dengan baik, maka tujuan organisasi ataupun individu tidak akan tercapai secara optimal. Aset tersebut dapat berupa alat-alat yang digunakan dalam operasional perusahaan atau juga berupa karyawan-karyawan yang berkerja di perushaan tersebut. Dalam hal pengelolaan data aset pada PT. Karya Nusa Swadaya, sistem yang berjalan masih bersifat manual. Hal ini bisa dibilang kurang efektif dan efisien dalam pencatatan dan pencarian data. Maka dari itu penulis mencoba mebuat sebuah Tugas Akhir yang membahas mengenai sistem pengelolaan data aset. Dan dalam menganalisa permasalahan yang terjadi sampai tahap perancangan sistem, penulis menggunakan metode waterfall. Kelebihan menggunakan metode air terjun (waterfall) adalah metode ini memungkinkan untuk departementalisasi dan kontrol, proses pengembangan model fase one by one, sehingga meminimalis kesalahan yang mungkin akan terjadi. Maka dari itulah perancangan sistem informasi ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada sebuah perusahaan. Abstract

Banks are business entities that collect public funds as a place to carry out various financial-related transaction activities that people generally use to save money. Saving or saving money is an activity to set aside a portion of income for future needs. There are many kinds of banks in Indonesia that offer all the advantages ranging from administration to the interest given to customers. Decision Support System (DSS) is one of the decision-making methods that can assist a person in making accurate and targeted decisions. Many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of which is determining the selection of the best bank for account opening. Therefore, the author will examine and compare several bank names and bank criteria needed by prospective customers to open a new account. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and literature study. It is hoped that this writing and research can add insight to anyone. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method of decision support system by using a hierarchy and making comparisons on each criterion and alternative that is considered in decision making. It is very important in choosing a bank because the better the facilities and types of services provided by the bank, the greater satisfaction with the customer. In this study, the authors compare four banks that are widely chosen by the general public, namely Mandiri, BCA, BRI and BNI with four selection criteria including Administration, Interest, Transaction and Investment Limits located in the Greater Jakarta area (Jakarta Bogor Depok Tangerang Bekasi).

Abstract

The digital divide is one of the problems that arise as a result of the development of information technology caused by the gap between society and information technology which is influenced by several factors, including differences in access rights to existing information technology, as happened to students living in Islamic boarding schools. An-Annur Islamic Boarding School, where Islamic boarding schools severely limit students' access to the Internet. This phenomenon is of concern to find out a description of the use of the digital economy among students at the An-Nuur Islamic Boarding School. consists of motivation, physical and material access, skills, and utilization of information technology. This service uses the Workshop method, with the object of research being the An-Nuur Islamic boarding school in Setu District, Bekasi Regency. with the number of participants as many as 30 students and teachers from the results of interviews and workshops obtained there are still many participants who are still new to the use of the digital economy, all of them already understand about online shopping but do not understand how to join an online store and this socialization is beneficial for participants so that they are a little Knowing about the digital economy and the results of this service, it is hoped that the students can become Entrepreneurship in the use of the internet and the use of the digital economy

Abstract

This study aims to assess the acceptance satisfaction of using the TaniHub Apk for business people and farmers, especially in the agricultural sector. Analysis using the Models Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used to describe 5 (five) constructs in this study which include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude to war using, behavioral intention to use, & actual usage. This research uses a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, the technique of collecting data is through a survey approach using a purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents is 50 people circulating in 2 districts, namely Bogor and Cianjur districts. The assessment of constructs in this study used a Likert scale. Data analysis used a partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results show that based on 6 (six) hypotheses adopted based on the TAM example that has been tested, hypotheses H1, H4.H6 have a positive & significant effect, while hypotheses H2 and H3 are there is no relationship between Perceived usefulness and Attitude toward usage and Perceived ease of use. affect the attitude toward usage .

Abstract

In this modern era, digital literacy or digital insight is very important, especially for pesantren residents who do not yet have digital literacy. Workshop on the importance of digital insights for students at Tahfiz Al-Quran Taqi Boarding School Islamic Boarding School to ensure students are not left behind in the very rapid pace of technological development as well as to learn and equip themselves with the development of the digital economy that is currently growing rapidly. provide students with an understanding of what to do. This workshop is Santri with skills that can be used to create changes that lead to professional management of information and marketing through social media. Overall, the program is running well. Indicators of success can be obtained from the feedback given by the participants while participating in this activity. This means that students have a good understanding of the material presented.

Abstract

The conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic that we used to experience are now starting to gradually improve. This can be seen from the many community activities that are starting to be active again, various sectors are coming back to life. The wheels of the economy began to run again. This condition also affects the activities of the Elderly Family Development (BKL) in Periuk, Tangerang City. Many activities were halted as a result of the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic. But now there are many activities that want to be held again. With many of these activities, a lot of reporting, documentation and posters are also needed for these activities. On the basis of these problems, this community service was carried out to serve as a supporting medium for activities at BKL Periuk, Tangerang City. Because at this BKL there are a lot of activities that are active again, it usually requires making advertisements in the form of brochures and posters that are used as information media for the activities to be held. It should be noted that the management at this BLK are not proficient enough in making graphic designs to support the activities that will be held and disseminated to the general public either through the assembly's social media or distributed manually. For this reason, in order to provide training and increase their knowledge and insight, this community service was held to increase the skills of the administrators in making advertisements, whether in the form of brochures or poster.

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Rangga Ciasem is a regional company responsible for managing and meeting the clean water needs of the community in Ciasem District. Improving the quality of service is one of the marketing strategies that emphasizes the fulfillment of customer needs. Evaluation of customer satisfaction with the management and fulfillment of clean water must be carried out as a form of service quality assessment. Using the Service Quality (Servqual) method, an evaluation questionnaire is given to customers with evaluation criteria based on reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness. Based on the results of the calculation of the population and sample requirements, 129 samples were taken from a total of 190 existing customers. From the results of collecting questionnaire data completed by 129 samples, data processing was performed, which found that the existing GAP value showed that the majority of PDAM customer communities were satisfied with the current service. With the best GAP of 0.51 which shows the service and attitude of the officer is very good while the worst GAP is 0.82 which shows deficiencies in the taste and aroma of water provided in PDAM Tirta Rangga Ciaseme service.

Abstract

Pembuatan sertifikat kompetensi pada Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Medistra Indonesia (PPKMI) membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Belum adanya sistem yang dapat membuat sertifikat dengan waktu yang lebih cepat dan yang dapat mengarsipkan sertifikat kompetensi dari setiap pengembangan kompetensi yang telah dilakukan. Perancangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjalankan proses pembuatan E-Sertifikat dengan lebih efisien dan optimal sehingga dapat Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan PPKMI. Waterfall adalah salah satu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak atau dikenal juga dengan istilah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Dinamakan waterfall karena model pengembangannya menurun dari atas kebawah, dimana tiap tahapannya dikerjakan secara berurutan. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan berbasis web yang memanfaatkan web browser serta teknologi web untuk melakukan tugas-tugas melalui internet. Aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan kombinasi server-side script seperti aspek maupun PHP untuk menangani penyimpanan dan mendapatkan informasi, Client-side script seperti JavaScript dan HTML juga digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada pengguna. Framework yang digunakan adalah Codeigniter karena memiliki kelebihan yaitu syntax dan susunan aplikasi lebih terstruktur, banyak library, dan keamanan lebih terjamin. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan mempercepat dan mengoptimalkan dalam pembutan sertifikat kompetensi.

Abstract

Advances in technology make all processes easier. Technology can also be an alternative or replace existing conventional processes. This technological advancement can affect anyone and anywhere in different fields. One of the areas that can be influenced by technology is the field of marketing and one of the parties that can be influenced is the students in the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Assembly. So far, the students have focused on studying religion, but they do not yet have an understanding of marketing concepts, especially using technology. With the help of technology, they can market their own products or promote the activities of the assembly where they studied. Seeing this problem, this community service activity was carried out in order to increase the skills of the students of the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Assembly in terms of marketing the products they produce through the help of Instagram social media. Then the method of community service carried out is planning, preparation and evaluation. The techniques used in it are the explanation of the theory contained in the modules that have been distributed and practice on how to use the Instagram application as well as questions and answers about the material provided. This community service is carried out online using the zoom application and other supporting applications such as Instagram, Google Chrome, WhatsApp. In addition, this service uses pretest and posttest questionnaires to find out the results of this community service that has been carried out.
