Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and job stress on organizational commitment at PT Buana Jaya Lestari. The phenomenon of increasing employee turnover, inaccurate time in completing tasks which impact on not achieving company targets, meeting with leaders is not optimal, and lack of encouragement and direction from leaders towards employees is the background of this research. The research method is a quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample collection technique is saturated sampling. The research sample was 66 employees. The results of the study are partially job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with tcount> ttable or 2.009> 1.999, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with tcount> ttable or 5.716> 1.999, and Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Commitment. Organizations with tcount> ttable or 2.465> 1.999. In addition, simultaneously Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership, and Job Stress have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with F count (28.710)> F table (2.75) and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The research aim to test and analyze the effect of price, location, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Sam City Housing in the Mariendal Area, Medan. The phenomenon of declining purchasing decisions, housing prices that are more expensive than other companies, locations that are still difficult to reach and promotions that are not often carried out are the background of the research. Simple random sampling was used as a method for taking samples. The sample used is 113 people. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression. In partial data testing, price show positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, location show positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, promotion show positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Sam City Housing in the Mariendal Area, Medan..

Abstract

This research intends to test and analyze the effect of service quality, price, customer experience on customer satisfaction at PT Maritim Era Sukses Medan. The phenomenon of a decrease in purchasing decisions from those experiencing a decline from declining sales data, offering expedition prices that are more expensive than other companies with comparable services and services, customer experience regarding complaints from customers when getting service from employees in the form of a process that is considered slow in processing dealing with lost products, often not answering calls from customers are the background of this research. Simple random sampling was used as a method for taking samples. The sample used is 100 people. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression. In partial data testing, the variables of service quality show a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Maritim Era Sukses, price show a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Maritim Era Sukses, customer experience show a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Maritim Era Sukses . In testing the data analysis simultaneously, the variables of service quality, price, customer experience show a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Maritim Era Sukses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Customer Experience, Consumer Perception and Customer Delight on customer loyalty. The phenomenon of increasing online shopping during this pandemic and the suggestions of previous researchers are the background of this research. The research method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research and the nature of this research is explanatory research. Simple Random Sampling is used to determine the sample in this study. The population used is students in the city of Medan and the sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents. The results showed that Customer Experience partially had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Consumer perception has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. customer delight has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty. In addition, simultaneously Customer Experience, Consumer Perception and Customer Delight have a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research's background is the phenomenon of drastic changes in the work environment due to the pandemic, the high number of millennial generation employees, and many employees in control of their careers. This study aims to analyze the effect of Protean Career Attitude, Passion for Work, and Self-Management on Proactive Work Behavior in the millennial generation. The number of respondents is 92 people. The research approach used is descriptive. The population in this study were all employees at PT Satria Parang Tritis, totaling 120 employees. The sample used in this study was 92 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression. The results of the partial study, Protean Career Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Proactive Work Behavior) with a t-count value of 2.485 > t-table 1.986 and a sig value of 0.015 <0.05. Passion For work has a positive and significant effect on Proactive Work Behavior with a value of t-count 4.220 > t-table 1.986 and sig value 0.000 <0.05. Self-Management positively and significantly affects Proactive Work Behavior with t-count value 2.323 > t-table 1.986 and sig value 0.022 <0.05 in generation millennials at PT Satria Parang Tritis. Simultaneously, Protean Career Attitude, Passion For Work, and self-management positively and significantly affect Proactive Work Behavior in the millennial generation at PT Satria Parang Tritis.

Abstract

Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, economic growth in various business sectors worldwide has decreased. The background of this research is the phenomenon of not achieving production targets, leaders who are too strict with subordinates, communication between employees is not good, and lack of discipline and self-awareness of employees in carrying out regulations. This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Sinar Gunung Sawit Raya. The approach in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population totals 140 employees. The technique of determining the sample is simple random sampling. Collecting data in this study using observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Partial test results Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sinar Gunung Sawit Raya. Simultaneously Leadership Style, Communication, and Work Discipline positively and significantly affect Employee Performance at PT. Rays of Gunung Sawit Raya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Fenomena menurunnya kinerja karyawan ditandai tingkat kehadiran karyawan menurun, beberapa karyawan melakukan kegiatan lain yang tidak berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang sudah ditetapkan, kurangnya manajemen waktu dalam pekerjaan, dan kurang mengedepankan sikap profesional dalam bekerja melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di bagian SDM PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan yang berjumlah 56 orang. Teknik penentuan sampling adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan secara parsial  tidak terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan dengan nilai 0.961< 1.674 dan nilai signifikansi 0,341 > 0,05, tidak terdapat pengaruh disiplin terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan dengan nilai -0.144 < 1.674 dan nilai signifikansi 0,866 > 0,05 dan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan dengan nilai 3.942 > 1.674 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan variabel motivasi, disiplin dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai 16.208 > 2.783 dan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.   Kata kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin, Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi,  dan kedisiplinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sei Agul Medan. Fenomena adanya keterlambatan karyawan masuk jam kerja, kurangnya penanganan komplain pelanggan, dan pemakaian seragam yang tidak sesuai jadwal melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 60 orang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatiforganisasi,dan kedisplinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sei Agul Medan.. Metode analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan secara parsial tidak terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,902 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung < t tabel (0.123 < 1,672), terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung > t tabel (2.947 > 1,672), dan tidak terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Sei Agul Medan, nilai signifikansi 0,519 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung < t tabel (0.649 < 1,672). Selain itu, secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Sei Agul Medan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan F hitung > F tabel 16.036 > 2,60). Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kedisiplinan, Produktivitas Kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what types of mangroves are used as processed food in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, How much influence does the use of mangrove plants have on increasing the income of the Esa tanjung Rejo community and what solutions are given to the obstacles faced by the Tanjung Rejo Village community. This research uses primary and secondary data with descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 mangrove ingredients which are processed food ingredients for Tanjung Rejo village, namely api-api fruit to make jam and syrup, berembeng fruit to make mangrove dodol and jeruju leaves to make jeruju sticks and jeruju chips. Researchers have conducted training seminars on administration, accounting, HRM, marketing and digital marketing using a public understanding questionnaire. The solution provided is the renewal of traditional tools into more modern tools so that the processing results are effective in terms of time and labor and output.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of training, work climate and work stress on the productivity of DBS bank employees.  The phenomenon of decreased employee productivity is characterized by targets not being achieved, ineffective training, excessive workload and an unfavorable organizational climate at DBS Imam Bonjol bank are the background of this research. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The number of samples is 101 employees. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Work Climate has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Productivity of DBS Bank Imam Bonjol Branch Medan. Simultaneously Training, Work Climate and Work Stress have a significant and positive effect on Employee Productivity of DBS Bank Imam Bonjol Branch Medan.
