Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Hotel juma Eluk. Fenomena peningkatan jumlah tamu sejak Juli 2021 sampai Juni 2022 di Hotel Juma Eluk, adanya tamu yang menginap lebih dari 5 kali, dan kualitas pelayanan yang baik melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Jenis penellitian yang dilakukan adalah explanatory kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Metode penentuan sampel adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 99 orang. Hasil penelitian secara parsial Hargaberpen garuh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian,  Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian . Secara simultan Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan mampu mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 36% sisanya sebesar 64% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini memberikan perubahan perilaku pada anak dan masyarakat dalam melakukan aktivitas. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh anak-anak panti asuhan Pelita Harapan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan soft skill, hal ini disebabkan karena minimnya pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diberikan. Anak-anak panti asuhan merupakan generasi bangsa yang membutuhkan perhatian, bimbingan dan perkembangan ketrampilan agar menjadi manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki masa depan yang penuh harapan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam PKM adalah kualitatif deksriptif melalui diskusi dan pelatihan. Pelatihan soft skill yang diberikan dosen Universitas Prima Indonesia memiliki tujuan untuk melatih kemampuan berfikir anak-anak, mengembangkan potensi diri, memberikan motivasi untuk berfikir inovatif dan menghasilkan karya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada dilingkungan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Fenomena fasilitas perusahaan yang kurang memadai, keterbatasan anggaran, komunikasi yang kurang baik dengan rekan kerja, dimana karyawan cenderung membentuk kelompok-kelompok tersendiri, serta tingkat kedisiplinan dan kesadaran diri karyawan dan atasan dalam mematuhi peraturan yang terindikasi rendah menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah sampel karyawan sebanyak 45 orang, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Multi Mitra Baruna, begitu juga dengan komunikasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Selain itu, pengaruh fasilitas kerja, komunikasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Multi Mitra Baruna.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Knowledge Sharing, Work Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Adam Dani Lestari. The research method used was quantitative with the sampling technique being simple random sampling with a sample size of 105 employees. Partial research results: Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Adam Dani Lestari. On top of that, at PT. Adam Dani Lestari, knowledge sharing, work culture, and environment all work together to positively and significantly affect employee performance. Conclusion: Research demonstrates a simultaneous and limited impact of the variables Knowledge Sharing, Work Culture, and Work Environment on employee performance. Abstract

Fenomena gaji dan tunjangan tidak sesuai ekspetasi, beberapa orang mengundurkan diri dari CPNS, dan kinerja pegawai menurun ditandai dengan peningkatan ketidakhadiran dalam giat apel pegawai pada tahun 2022 melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh giat apel, remunerasi, dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial giat apel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, remunerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Lapas Perempuan Klas II A Medan. Secara simultan giat apel, remunerasi, dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Lapas Perempuan Klas II A Medan.

Abstract

The main problem faced by UMKM Sri Kandi is not based on science and technology. Indicators of problems that occur are financial management that has not been based on good planning/budgeting. Most members of Srikandi Bakti Nyata run a business with information that is not well organized. The purpose of this PKM is to help UMKM actors in preparing budgets better, so they can predict future sales and costs. The implementation of community service activities uses the method action research. The form of the activity carried out was in the form of training socialization in compiling a budget to be able to increase operating profit at the Srikandi Bakti Nyata UMKM in the village of Tanjung Rejo Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang. UMKM budget training activities can also improve the financial performance of the Srikandi group so that income also increases.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of rewards, communication and mastery of technology on employee work productivity at PT Allianz Star Network Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research and explanatory research. The sampling method was carried out using saturated sampling, and data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, at PT Allianz Star Network Medan, rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and mastery of technology has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously, rewards, communication and mastery of technology also have a positive and significant influence on PT Allianz Star Network Medan. In conclusion, this research provides an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence employee work productivity in this company. The implications of the results of this research can be used as a basis for developing more effective human resource management policies and practices at PT Allianz Star Network Medan. Abstract

Negotiation The purpose of this study is to test the effect of company size, company age, leverage, and profitability on profit management (study conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022). This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with 80 samples of companies that meet the criteria in this study. The analysis used is linear regression analysis. The results of the study are that age of the company does not have a positive and significant effect on profit management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019- 2022. Company size, leverage, and profitability have a positive and significant effect on profit management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Simultaneously, company size, age, leverage, and profitability as moderating variables have a positive and significant effect on profit management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of remuneration, work flexibility, and work discipline on the efficiency of online motorbike taxi drivers in Medan. This research is based on the growing popularity of online motorbike taxi services in Medan, which can be easily ordered through smartphone applications at any time and place. Additionally, preliminary interviews with drivers have revealed that compensation factors play a role in their work performance. This research utilized quantitative approaches and collected samples from the community of online motorbike taxi drivers in Medan. The sample method employed was accidental sampling, with a total of 102 respondents who were drivers. The data analysis strategy employs the method of multiple linear regression. The research findings suggest that salary does not have a partially significant impact on driver performance. However, job flexibility and discipline have a positive and substantial influence on enhancing driver performance in Medan. Ultimately, the combination of remuneration, adaptability, and work ethic has a constructive and noteworthy influence on enhancing the productivity of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate how PT. Stara Bumi Surya employees perform in relation to pay,stress at work, and work discipline. The basis of this research includes the phenomena of low compensation offered by firms, the burden of working too much, the employees who frequently arrive late, and the number of employees whoquit annually from 2018 to 2022. Explanatory research using a quantitative descriptive research design is the researchmethodology employed. The participants in the study are PT. Stara Bumi Surya employees. Saturated sampling was themethod utilized for 68 responders. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique utilized for data analysis. Thestudy's findings demonstrate that work stress significantly impairs employee performance, remuneration significantly enhances employee performance, and work discipline significantly enhances employee performance at PT StaraBumi Surya. Work discipline, workplace stress, and pay all have positive and significant effects simultaneously.
