In the cement sub-sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018 cement sales increased but the profits that were earned always decreased. Activities in the company have an important role so that the company's financial performance is in good condition. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's financial performance in terms of its activities. The research method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique used is horizontal analysis with inventory turnover ratio, receivable turnover ratio, and fixed asset turnover ratio. The result of this research is that the decline in the company's financial performance is seen from inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and fixed asset turnover.

In 2018 the banking sector experienced a very fast expansion resulting in a decrease in the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) at the level of 22.01% compared to 2017, namely 22.75%. Growth in risk-weighted assets (RWA) was the cause of the decline in the value of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) which can be influenced by aspects of financial performance, one of which is the profitability aspect of Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Return On Assets (ROA). This study aims to determine the effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return On Assets (ROA) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in 31 private banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 24. Based on the results of the study showed a significant influence between Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return On Assets (ROA) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) together (simultaneously).

In the background here, the problem is that the dependent variable is employee performance and the independent variable is motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the employee performance of PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Depo Sukabumi. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Depo Sukabumi Employee and the sample used was 86 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and the sampling technique used is the random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. The results of the T-test, namely the value of Tcount 3.276> 1.989 indicate that Tcount is greater than T-table and the results of the correlation in this study have a medium value of 0,692, so it can be concluded that the variable motivation influences employee performance.

Organizational culture is something to pay attention to in a company because it can affect the quality of work of its employees. Quality employees can work well if a good culture is created and will infect other employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on the quality of work of PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is the quantitative method, the population in this study were employees of PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) Sukabumi City. A population of 57 respondents at PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI). The results of the f-test research on the organizational culture variable showed the calculated f value in this study was 7.234 with a significant value of 0.000, the significant value of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05 (0.000> 0.05). So it can be interpreted that the variable organizational culture has a positive effect on the quality of work for PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat Sukabumi City.

This study discusses the analysis of capital structures that measure profitability and solvability in cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive method, the data used secondary data consisting of financial statements of cosmetics companies for the period 2015 to 2017. Using horizontal analysis for capital structure, return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), long term debt to equity ratio (LTDtER) and uses industry standard averages. The results show that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk can exceed the average value of the industry standard and the value generated for returns on equity, debt to equity ratio, and long-term debt to equity ratio the higher compared to other cosmetic companies. Companies with returns on equity, debt to equity ratios and long-term debt-to-equity ratios that obtain low scores are PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk and PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk because the value obtained cannot always be obtained by the industry standard average value. PT.Arta Boga cemerlang depo sukabumi merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang begerak dalam bidang distributor dan merupakan distributor tunggal produk produk PT.Orang tua seperti Tanggo, teh gelas ,kiranti ,sikat gigi formula batu baterai ABC dll. PT.Arta boga mempunyai estimasi karyawan sekitar 200 orang dari berbagai lini dan mayoritas dari karyawan tersebut adalah salesman. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggali mengenai efektivitas perfomance management menggunakan whistleblowing systeme pada PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Depo Sukabumi, metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Dan teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dari hasil wawancara dan pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa whistleblowing system masih efektif untuk performance management perusahaan. Dan whistleshitleblowing system memeberikan pengaruh sebesar 65,3% terhadap keefektifan perfomance manajemen pada PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Depo Sukabumi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee workload and conflict on job satisfaction. The method used in this study uses an associative method. Data collection techniques used by researchers in research is through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and library research. Data analysis techniques used are multiple correlation techniques, the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the calculation of categorizing the percentage of data scores it is known that the workload is in high criteria. This shows the workload on Sukabumi's Neptuns Screen Printing Convection. Based on the calculation of categorizing data, it is found that the value of the conflict criteria is. This means that conflicts that occur within the company Neptuns Screen Printing Studio can still be resolved. Analisis Financial Distress dengan Menggunakan Model Grover pada Perusahaan Sektor Property, Real Estate dan Kontruksi Firhan Dwi Januar; Nor Norisanti; Faizal Mulia

This study aims to determine the Grover model that can predict Financial Distress in the property, real estate and construction sector companies listed on the IDX, namely PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk, PT. Cowell Development Tbk, PT. Intiland Development Tbk. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques with a quantitative approach to systematically describe predictions of Financial Distress of a company. The results showed that the three companies had a score of more than or equal to 0.01 (G 1 0.01) within 3 years with details, in 2015 PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk obtained a score of 0.430, 2016 obtained a score of 0.405, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.473. PT. Cowell Development Tbk in 2015 obtained a score of 0.198, in 2016 obtained a score of 0.345, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.368. while PT. Intiland Development Tbk in 2015 obtained a score of 0.661, 2016 obtained a score of 0.610, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.554. Conclusions based on the results of the study show that the three companies did not experience Financial Distress because all company scores exceeded the score limit determined by the Grover model, in the sense that the company is in a healthy state. This study aims to determine the analysis of asset structure in measuring the activity and profitability of the household appliances sub sector listed on the IDX. This study uses descriptive quantitative method, secondary data in the form of financial statements of household appliances sub-sector 2015 to 2017. The analysis used is horizontal analysis to measure asset structure, accounts receivable turnover (RTO), inventory turnover (ITO), working capital turnover ( WCTO), fixed asset turnover (FATO), total asset turnover (TATO), asset return (ROA) and using industry standard averages. The results showed that for three periods PT. Integra Indocabinet Tbk has increased its assets and profits. Whereas PT. Chitose Internasional Tbk and PT. Kedaung Indah Can Tbk experienced a fluctuation in assets, and an increase in profit. PT. Langgeng Makmur Industri Tbk experienced a decline in assets and profits. Conclusion, the company that is said to be good is a company that exceeds the industry average. While companies with low values are due to the value obtained does not always exceed the average industry standard. Keywords: Activity, Asset Structure, and Company Profitability

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saldo kas optimal pada PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk periode 2015-2018 dengan menganalisis saldo kas yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan model miller-orr. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saldo kas perusahaan dari tahun 2015-2018 berada pada posisi batas minimum saldo kas yang telah ditentukan. Simpulan, pengelolaan saldo kas pada PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk belum optimal. Kata Kunci : Arus Kas, Manajemen Kas, Miller-Orr
