Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh creative promotion dan inovasi produk terhadap minat beli pada Aneka Bolu Alam Jaya Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sistem random sampling, dimana penulis menyebarkan kuisioner terhadap 86 konsumen. Teknik analisis yang digunakan penulis adalah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, koefesien korelasi ganda dan koefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefesien determinasi menunjukan nilai Adjuster R2 adalah sebesar 0,518 yang berarti analisis creative promotion dan inovasi produk terhadap minat beli adalah 52,9% dan 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Selain itu, pengujian koefesien korelasi ganda menunjukkan nilai R sebesar 72,8 yang berarti terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara creative promotion dan inovasi produk terhadap minat beli. Berdasarkan hasil uji F yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Simpulan, creative promotion dan inovasi produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kata Kunci : Creative Promotion, Inovasi Produk, Minat Beli

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui budaya kerja karyawan PD. RAM Armalia Sukabumi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan asosiatif dan deskriptif dengan path analysis untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh inovasi pada budaya kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 16,9%, tanggung jawab sebesar 0,97%, orientasi pada hasil sebesar 0,05%, pengetahuan sebesar 0,95%, proses pembelajaran sebesar 2,07%, pengaruh motivasi sebesar 0,18% dan besarnya pengaruh inovasi, tanggung jawab, orientasi pada hasil, pengetahuan, proses pembelajaran dan motivasi pada budaya kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 18,5% serta sisanya yaitu sebesar 81,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain. Simpulan, terdapat pengaruh yang positif pada variabel inovasi, tanggung jawab, orientasi pada hasil, pengetahuan, proses pembelajaran dan motivasi pada budaya kerja karyawan PD. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penetapan biaya produksi dan pendapatan UKM Kripset UMMI Sukabumi, untuk menganalisis efisiensi biaya produksi dengan menggunakan metode target costing untuk meningkatkan laba pada UKM Kripset UMMI Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode target costing untuk mengefesiensikan biaya produksi UKM Kripset UMMI Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penerapan target costing, UKM Kripset UMMI Sukabumi menghabiskan biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 58.320.000 dan setelah penerapan target costing, biaya menjadi Rp. 54.200.000. Maka dari itu, perusahaan bisa mengefesiensikan biaya sebesar Rp. 4.120.000. Laba yang diperoleh perusahaan sebelumnya adalah sebesar Rp. 1.680.000. Kemudian setelah menggunakan metode target costing, laba perusahaan meningkat sebesar Rp.5.800.000. Simpulan, penetapan biaya produksi di UKM Kripset UMMI Sukabumi masih menggunakan metode manual, sehingga biaya produksi UKM terus meningkat dan laba yang diperoleh belum optimal. Namun setelah penerapan target costing, biaya produksi bisa diefisiensikan dan peningkatan laba yang diperoleh pun cukup signifikan. Kata Kunci: Biaya Produksi, Laba, Target Costing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of kaizen culture and rewards in increasing employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) sukabumi. The variables in this study are kaizen and reward culture as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. Thissstudy usespprimary data in the form of questionnaire answers and secondaryydata through documents. The data analysissmethod used isddescriptive and associative analysis. The research method used in this study is explanatoryyresearch with a quantitativeaapproach. This type of researchhmethod uses a type of non-probability sampling included in the saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients.The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (adjusted R2) of 0.251 can be interpreted that the role of kaizen culture and rewards in improving employee performance amounted to 25.1%. The remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.532, it shows that there is a moderate relationship between kaizen culture and reward with employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The population in this study were employees at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The sample used in this study is using Simple Random Sampling which is included in probability sampling by distributing 100 questionnaires to employees of PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulating test (F test). The results of the study, the test coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.822 can be interpreted that the influence of Work Motivation and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance is 82.2%. The remaining 17.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.909, it shows that there is a very strong relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy with employee performance. Based on the F test, get the probability value sig. 0,00 <0,05 which means that together the Work Motivation (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Conclusions, work motivation and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of work selection and placement processes on employee performance. The method used in this study uses descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in the study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique starts from compiling data, tabulating data until the testing phase. The results of the study, based on the calculation of the categorization of data found that the value of the selection process is 571 between the criteria of medium and high. This shows that the selection process that occurred at PT. West Java and Banten Tbk Development Bank. Sukabumi Branch is already high. This means that the selection process has an effect on the company. Based on the calculation of categorization of data obtained that the value of work placements of 359 is between the criteria of low and medium. This shows that work placements that occur at PT. West Java and Banten Tbk Development Bank. Sukabumi Branch is classified as medium. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the strength of social media and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at Mie SP Sukabumi restaurant. The method used in this research is associative descriptive and quantitative approaches with multiple linear regression as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the total effect simultaneously is only 4.5% while the remaining 95.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Conclusion, social media does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while word of mouth has an influence on purchasing decisions partially. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors most influence the quality of products at PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi. The method used in this research is qualitative and descriptive research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis methods used are data reduction and data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of this study are wig products in accordance with established standards because PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Sukabumi Maintain good quality of the products used by sending samples of raw materials before processing. Conclusions, Product Quality at PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Hero Supermaket Tbk periode 2013-2017 dengan menggunakan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data keuangan perusahaan PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk periode 2013-2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai tambah pada PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk pada tahun 2017, dan tidak adanya nilai tambah pada tahun 2013-2016 dengan menggunakan metode EVA. Kemudian pada metode MVA, PT. Hero Supermarket menunjukkan adanya nilai tambah. Simpulan, angka EVA PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tidak mampu menciptakan nilai tambah karena nilai EVA yang dihasilkan adalah negatif. Pada tahun 2017 terdapat nilai tambah. Nilai Market Value Added (MVA) pada tahun 2013-2017 bernilai positif yang menujukkan bahwa perusahaan telah berhasil menciptakan kekayaan pada pemegang saham walaupun dari tahun ke tahun megalami penurunan karena harga saham yang menurun. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to control the supply of raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in Tahu Nugraha Jaya Sukabumi UKM. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive to describe and describe the data to be examined and then processed using EOQ. This study uses the EOQ method to determine the total inventory cost. The data needed in this study are the number of purchases of raw materials, the amount of use of raw materials, storage costs, and ordering costs. The results of this study indicate that by applying the EOQ method can further optimize the supply of raw materials by minimizing raw materials with increased inventory. With the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method it shows more efficient than conventional methods of the company. Conclusions, seen from the difference in the TIC of the two methods, the more efficient method is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method that is equal to 244,392.94 while the calculation used by the company is 374,325. so that it can be obtained that there is a difference between the Company TIC and the EIC method TIC.
