Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan secara tematik dari literatur yang ada tentang intervensi berbasis mindfulness pada pekerja sosial mengikuti pendekatan tinjauan pelingkupan. Pencarian sistematis di PubMed, CINAHL, ProQuest Dissertations, ProQuest, EbscoHost, Psych INFO dan Google Scholar digabungkan dengan pencarian manual dan elektronik untuk referensi terkait. Hasil studi terpilih yang diterbitkan antara 2012-2022 berfokus pada penerapan mindfulness pada pekerja sosial. Kami memasukkan lima makalah dalam sintesis meskipun menggunakan metode kuantitatif, kualitatif, atau campuran. Data yang digali dari setiap penelitian adalah penulis, tahun publikasi, lokasi penelitian, tujuan penelitian, partisipan, desain penelitian, metode pengumpulan data, pengukuran, dan hasil. Kami mensintesiskan hasilnya, dalam hal tematisasi, berdasarkan dampak dan keterbatasan intervensi. Ulasan ini membahas dan menyajikan saran penulis untuk memperbaiki desain intervensi dan penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the impact of individual readiness for change and organizational trust on the affective commitment to change. The respondents of the research were 328 employees who work in various banking organizations who have facing changes in the Jabodetabek area Indonesia. Data were collected using Commitment to Change Inventory, Organizational Trust, and Readiness for Change scale, and were analyzed using regression analysis. Findings indicated that there was a positive and significant impact of individual readiness for change and organizational trust on affective commitment to change. It implies that people with high individual readiness for change and organizational trust also have a high affective commitment to change. This research also found that individual readiness for change had a stronger impact on the affective commitment to change than organizational trust, which can be concluded that developing people ready toward change is important.

Abstract

Abstract

Setiap organisasi menginginkan untuk dapat berkembang secara optimal, sehingga berusaha utnuk melakukan berbagai hal dalam rangka pengembangan organisasi. Hal ini berlaku pula pada salah satu organisasi nir-laba yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan ibu dan anak. Dalam usaha untuk pengembangan organisasi, melakukan kegiatan Workshop  dalam usaha untuk membentuk Centre of excellence supaya lebih dapat berkembang. Workshop ini dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari, yang diikuti oleh semua pemangku kepentingan sejumlah 27 partisipan. Tujuannya adalah menentukan Visi, Misi, Rencana Strategis dan Roadmap (peta jalan) yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan organisasi Centre of Excellence tersebut. Hasil dicapai selama 2 (dua) hari terlihat telah dapat memeroleh Visi, Misi, Rencana Strategis, dan Roadmap serta analisis SWOT. Dalam hal ini, meskipun hasil yang diperoleh masih berupa draft, yang masih perlu dipoles kembali dalam hal penghalusan kalimatnya tetapi secara umum telah dapat dipakai sebagai acuan. Workshop yang dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari dengan 4 (empat) tujuan tersebut dirasakan singkat, tetapi dengan semangat, keseriusan, partisipasi aktif dari para partisipan serta  kepiawaian dari tim fasilitator untuk mengarahkan diskusi, maka dapat berhasil secara optimal.

Abstract

Sejumlah penelitian telah dilakukan untuk memberi penjelasan terhadap adiksi internet padaremaja. Umumnya penelitian terkait berfokus pada anteseden maupun konsekuensi dariperilaku adiktif tersebut, namun masih jarang dilakukan kajian untuk menguji faktor yangmemoderasi hubungan adiksi internet dengan variabel independen. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk menguji efek harga diri sebagai moderator dalam hubungan kesepian denganadiksi internet pada remaja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja yang menjadipelanggan pada sejumlah warung internet di Jakarta Pusat berjumlah 121 orang dengansampling aksidental. Guna mengukur ketiga variabel dalam penelitian ini digunakan skalamodel likert yang terdiri dari skala kecanduan internet, skala kesepian, dan skala harga diriyang valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa secarastatistik tidak ditemukan bahwa harga diri adalah variabel moderator dalam hubungankesepian dengan adiksi internet. Namun, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabelkesepian terhadap adiksi internet. Selain itu, harga diri memiliki kontribusi yang unikterhadap adiksi internet.AbstractMany researches have been conducted in evaluating internet addiction on adolescents.Generally previous researches focus on internet addiction antecedents or the impact of theaddiction. So far it can be noted that very few attention given to identify moderating variablein creating internet addiction. Given the fruitfull of studies on the relationship betweeninternet addiction and relating variables, it is important to understand the moderating factor,especially in term of causal relation. The aim of the the study was to investigate themoderating impact of self-esteem on the relationship between loneliness and internetaddiction among adolescents. The sample of the study consisted of 121 adolescents selectedfrom several internet cafes in Central Jakarta. Three valid and reliable questionnaires titledInternet Addiction Scale, Loneliness Scale, and Self-esteem Scale were used for this study. Theresults revealed that self-esteem did not significantly moderate the relationship betweenloneliness and internet addiction among respondents. However, self-esteem exhibited asignificant unique relationship with internet addiction.

Abstract

Selama pandemi Covid-19, sekitar 70 persen orang berpendapatan rendah mengalami penurunan penghasilan yang sangat besar termasuk yang tinggal di perkotaan dan memiliki tanggungan dengan pola konsumsi yang berubah yakni biaya pembayaran produk makanan, kesehatan dan komunikasi (internet, pulsa, paket data) yang meningkat tajam sedangkan beralih pekerjaan sangat sulit dilakukan karena keterbatasan pekerjaan disebabkan kelesuan dunia usaha. Penelitian deskriptif-korelasional ini dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap tegangan psikologis dan strategi koping pekerja berusia muda khususnya pencari nafkah berpendapatan rendah yang memiliki tanggungan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner daring via aplikasi Google berupa skala psikologis, pertanyaan-pertanyaan demografik dan satu pertanyaan terbuka. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa secara umum stres (perceived stress) pada partisipan tergolong tinggi, dengan preferensi koping task-focused coping merupakan yang tertinggi. Adapun respon dominan pada pertanyaan terbuka mengungkapkan setidaknya 6 cara mengatasi kesulitan keuangan selama masa krisis. Hasil penelitian ini dan keterbatasannya dibahas dalam kerangka implikasi praktis dan teoritis, khususnya dalam perspektif Teori Koping dalam konteks krisis finansial dalam situasi pandemik.

Abstract

Cumulating evidence suggests that high levels of spirituality can foster integrity. However, integrity violations remain prevalent, even among populations with strong religious beliefs. This study collected data from 2,800 students across 17 academic institutions in Indonesia and Malaysia to examine the relationship between their levels of spirituality and their perceptions of academic cheating. Although both countries have predominantly Muslim populations, they differ in how religious practices are implemented. The results revealed a significant correlation between spirituality and perceptions of cheating in both countries. However, one aspect of spirituality in Indonesia diverged from the broader concept, underscoring the complex and nuanced relationship between spirituality and religion. While these concepts often overlap, they also exhibit distinct differences. Such differences in spirituality and religiosity may help explain the paradox of integrity issues, including the prevalence of cheating within religious communities.

Abstract

Emerging adulthood is when individuals begin to explore and experience many changes in their lives. Social support can improve psychological well-being during this challenging developmental stage. However, research on the influence of emotional invalidation on psychological well-being is still minimal. This study aims to determine the role of emotional invalidation and social support on psychological well-being in early adulthood. This study involved 266 samples consisting of male and female Indonesian citizens aged 18-29 years and applied quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used for data collection were the Psychological Well-Being Scale, the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, and The Perceived Invalidation of Emotion Scale, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. Abstract

Emerging adulthood, is a pivotal phase where genders, women and men influences experiences in profound ways. It is a period of brain maturation, learning about intimacy and mutual support, intensification of pre-existing friendships, family-oriented socialization, and the quality of life. Happiness and self-awareness are important goals on this journey, because these two factors contribute greatly to a person's quality of life. However, there are differences in thinking regarding perceptions between the two variables in individuals approaching adulthood. In this research, we want to review the existence of differences in perceptions between happiness and self-awareness through gender using non-experimental quantitative methods and probability sampling. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to men and women aged 18-21 years. We implement the Awareness Outcomes Measure and the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire which were analyzed using MANOVA. F value for genders factor (0.081) is not significant (p = 0.9242 > 0.05). So these results shows indicate a moderate positive relationship between perception of self-awareness and happiness in emerging adulthood.

Abstract

Caregiving anggota keluarga yang menyandang Skizofrenia memiliki banyak tantangan yang menimbulkan beban yang berat bagi caregiver. Efikasi diri diasumsikan sebagai elemen kunci dalam caregiving dan mereduksi masalah kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptf-korelasional terhadap 89 family caregiver penyandang Skizofrenia sebagai partisipan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Zarit Burden Interview dan Revised Scale for Caregiving Self-Efficacy dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan kuesioner berisikan pertanyaan demografis. Hasil analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 26 menunjukkan efikasi diri sebagai prediktor dan dari tiga subskala efikasi diri, Controlling Upsetting Thoughts memiliki kontribusi unik dan efektif terhadap family caregiver burden.
