Abstract

To be able to uncover opportunities for the company's overall productivity (Total Productivity Improvement), it is necessary to first understand how a business achieve its goals through linkage demands in managing every business chain, therefore, need to think about efforts to consolidate efforts and strategies into the company. Consolidation is needed to better ensure that each component involved in the entire chain of business activities are managed in a productive, thus increasing company productivity. This paper attempts to outline the management chain as a chance to increase the productivity of business firms by analyzing the ultimate goal of managing a business that is achieving customer satisfaction as the last matarantai of business activities, by meeting the demands. Customer demands are grouped into five aspects which include Quality, Cost, Delivery time, Safety, and Morale. To be able to meet customer tutntutan yag poured through his mind or feelings, then as a manufacturer of products / services should be able to translate the desire is still abstract into more concrete form or real form of product designs or packages of services to be produced..

Abstract

Employer branding pada dasarnya adalah sebuah konsep yang bisa diterapkan di dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk membuat para pekerja atau karyawan nyaman dan merasa perusahaan tesebut adalah tempat yang baik untuk bekerja. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan harus memberikan keuntungan lebih kepada karyawan atau fasilitas yang dapat mendorong karyawan agar merasa seperti tinggal dirumah sendiri. Employer branding sendiri sebenarnya memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, employer branding dilakukan untuk membuat karyawan yang bekerja merasa senang bekerja di perusahan tersebut dan yang kedua bertujuan untuk proses seleksi karyawan baru agar lebih mudah menemukan kandidat terbaik serta mempertahankannya. Jadi dengan memanfaatkan employer branding maka perusahaan menjadi lebih baik dimata karyawan begitu juga akan ada banyak calon karyawan baru yang berminat bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case studi yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi branding perusahaan dan efeknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Keywords : Branding Perusahaan, Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. At the same time, the time required during the research takes approximately three months, from August 2022 to October 2022. In this study, the authors made PT Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar employees the population. The type of sample used is a saturated sample because the population in this study was 46 employees. Hence, the number of samples was the same as the population. Based on the research and discussion results, it concludes that leadership style does not significantly affect work motivation at PT Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that even though the better the leadership style, it will not affect employee work motivation. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that the better the compensation employees obtain, the more employee work motivation will increase. Leadership style has no significant effect on performance at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that even though the better the leadership style, it will not affect employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on performance at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that the better the compensation employees obtain, the more employee performance will increase. Work motivation has a significant effect on performance at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the more employee performance will increase. Indirectly leadership style through work motivation significantly affects performance at PT. Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. This means that the better the leadership style, the more employee work motivation and performance will increase. Indirectly compensation through work motivation does not significantly affect performance at PT Alrazaak Abadi Mandiri Makassar. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of management, the workplace, and compensation on the performance and work ethics of South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office employees. Additionally, this study seeks to understand how employee performance is impacted by workplace discipline. The moderating impact of work discipline on executive relationships, the workplace, compensation, and nurse performance is another goal of this study. The 97 employees of the South Sulawesi High Court are the subjects of this quantitative study, which is conducted on a group of people. A structured questionnaire or questionnaire was used for data collection, and Partial Least square (PLS) was used for data analysis. The findings of this study suggest that leadership, the workplace, and compensation all significantly and favorably affect work discipline. It was discovered that the work discipline variable significantly and favorably affected employee performance. This study also demonstrates that leadership, work environment, and pay have negligible or no positive effects on employee performance. According to the research, work discipline does not act as a moderator in the relationship between leadership, work environment, and compensation for employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect job satisfaction and job discipline toward salesperson employee performance At Toyota Hadji Kalla Subdivision Urip Sumoharjo Makassar. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population of this study were all employees who work as salespeople at the Toyota Hadji Kalla Office, Urip Sumoharjo Makassar Branch, as many as 42 people. The research sample used the census method as many as 42 respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used the computerized SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of satisfaction and job discipline toward salesperson employee performance at Toyota Hadji Kalla Subdivision Urip Sumoharjo Makassar.

Abstract

Analysis of Transformational Leadership Style and Communication on Employee Performance through Employee Motivation (Study at the Office of the Regional Bureau of Logistics of the Regional Logistics Agency of South Sulawesi).(Supervised by Nurdin B Dan Syobarsyah). This study aims to analyze the influence of: 1) Transformational leadership style on employee motivation, 2) Communication on employee motivation, 3) Transformational leadership style on employee performance, 4) Communication on employee performance, 5) Employee motivation on employee performance. This research uses the method path analysis, using exogenous and endogenous variables. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Transformational leadership style has a direct, positive and significant effect on employee motivation, 2) Communication has a direct, positive and significant effect on employee motivation, 3)Transformational leadership style influences [(directly and indirectly (through employee motivation)], positively and significantly to employee performance,4)Communication has an indirect effect on employee performance and is not significant, 5)Employee motivation has a direct, positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Bulukumba Regency Regional Secretariat Office is an organizational body or agency that provides administrative office services. This institution has a vision, primarily for the people of Bulukumba, who are historical and foremost via optimizing the potential of the region by boosting the people's economy based on democratic and religious government. The goal of this study was to evaluate and assess the effect of Openness to Experience on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) using Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This form of research employs quantitative methods. The Regional Secretariat Office provided a sample of 153 respondents for this study. In this study, the measurement scale is a Likert scale. The traditional assumption test, simple regression analysis, and path analysis were employed in this study with the help of IBM SPSS 21 Statistics. The study's findings indicate that openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction as an intervening variable is significant to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

FAITH ARIFIN. The Effect of Quality of Human Resources (HR), Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Enrekang District Office, Enrekang Regency. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the quality of human resources, Partial and Simultaneous Motivation and Compensation on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang district. This research was conducted at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency, which is located at Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 25, Batili. This research method is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. Data analysis in this study used validation test techniques, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows version 25 application, with a total sample of 23 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The quality of human resources has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a count value that is greater than t table, namely 2,217 > 2,093 . 2) Motivation has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a count value that is greater than t table, namely 2,834 > 2,093. 3) Compensation has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a count value that is greater than t table, namely 5,445 > 2,093 . 4) Quality of Human Resources, Motivation and Compensation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office,

Abstract

The background of this research aims to understand the impact of market segmentation strategies on consumer purchasing decisions for local rice, which is typically bought in traditional markets but is now examined in modern markets. Companies need to know where they should target their market segmentation. Consumers have different ideas and thought patterns, and to continue meeting their needs, psychographic segmentation is necessary. The variables studied are psychographic variables and their influence on local rice purchase decisions in modern markets. To determine the extent of the influence of demographic market segmentation variables on purchasing decisions, this study uses a sample of 50 respondents who are local rice consumers at Carrefour Pengayoman Makassar Modern Market. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive testing. The results show that psychographic market segmentation affects the purchasing decisions of local rice in modern markets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai DISDUKCAPIL (Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil) Kabupaten Majene dipengaruhi oleh tipe kepribadian dan sikap. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi untuk penelitian ini. Pekerja Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Majene berjumlah lima puluh pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini. Proses pengumpulan data melibatkan pengisian kuesioner. Analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan analisis data menggunakan software SPSS yang merupakan pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kinerja pegawai tidak banyak dipengaruhi oleh tipe kepribadian; dan (2) kinerja pegawai tidak dipengaruhi oleh sikap. (3) tidak terdapat hubungan antara tipe kepribadian dan sikap terhadap kinerja pegawai.
