Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of comunication, work environment, and work motivation on employees performance at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk in Sragen for the 2018-2021. This research is a quantitative assessment of the data collection method used in this study using a questionnaire by giving a set of questions or written questions to the respondent to answer. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression model, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that there is no effect of communication on employee performance. The influence of the work environment also has positive results and the influence of motivation on employees also has positive results in the company. When these variables have a positive effect and increase company productivity. These things indicate that the communication of work environment motivation is significant and improve employee performance and develop the idea of commitment and responsibility at work.

Abstract

Abstract During the Covid-19 pandemic, all lines had to do 3M, namely washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining distance. The policy taken by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic was that all citizens were required to work from home to anticipate the spread of the virus. One of the impacts of this policy is the decline in the community's economy, so the government provides assistance to the community to help the economy. In order to receive this assistance, the Dukuh Village government must collect data on its residents affected by Covid-19. The data collection process cannot be carried out face to face and most Dukuh Village officials are not yet able to take advantage of technological advances. This is motivation for the service team to help provide solutions by holding training on creating Google forms for Dukuh Village officials as a medium for collecting data on residents affected by CoViD-19. The aim of providing this training is so that the Dukuh Village Government can obtain valid data and continue to follow the health protocols set by the government. The hope is that the expertise possessed by Dukuh Village officials can then be used for other purposes according to the needs of the village government.   Keywords : Google Form, Pendataan, Desa Dukuh, CoViD-19

Abstract

Abstract The first activity carried out in this service activity was observation to determine problems in activities at PT Bali Moda Busana. Observations are only focused on the production department and some management staff. Based on the observations that have been made, it is found that the working environment at PT Bali Moda Busana, has the potential for physical hazards and the workers have not Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at work which allows work accidents. The expected results in service activities are that employees in the production department have more knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (K3); acquire knowledge of identifying potential hazards in the workplace and preventive measures for work accidents; and gain knowledge about the types of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Based on the results of this service activity in the form of counseling, training and mentoring that has been carried out; employees of the production department, to acquire knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (K3); acquire knowledge of identifying potential hazards in the workplace and preventive measures for work accidents; and gain knowledge about the types of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), then implement it in daily work, as the motto of work “Savety 1st”  Kata Kunci:  K3, APD, karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of leadership on employee performance, and the influenceof insight on employee performance at BMT Surya Madani Ngemplak Branch, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The sample inthis study was employees at BMT Surya Madani Branch Ngemplak Kabupatent Boyolali as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership and supervision had a significant effect on the performance of employees at BMT Surya Madani Ngemplak Branch of Boyolali Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The amount of influence of leadership and supervision has a significant effect on employee performance at BMT Surya Madani Ngemplak Branch, Boyolali Regency is 86.4%.

Technology today continues to develop. With this technological advancement, businesses are used to market their products more easily. Digital Marketing is an activity carried out to market products (promotions) with digital media, namely using internet technology. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment, motivation and work environment on employee performance of PT. BPR Artha Daya. The population of this research is the employees of PT. BPR Artha Daya totaling 52 people and all of them were used as research samples This research is a quantitative assessment of the data collection method used in this study using a questionnaire by giving a set of questions or written questions to the respondent to answer. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression model, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that there are recruitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Artha Daya, motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Artha Daya., and the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Artha Daya.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity aims to improve quality and productivity at Kaliboto Green Institute, an institution that focuses on goat farming, fish farming, and fermented animal feed processing, through the implementation of innovation-based Human Resource Management (HRM). The program is designed to strengthen employee skills, improve operational efficiency, and encourage innovation in the production process. The activity implementation method consists of several stages, namely preparation, training, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The preparation stage includes coordination with stakeholders and development of training materials. In the training phase, employees are provided with knowledge and skills in applying innovative HRM techniques. Implementation involves the direct application of the management practices that have been taught. Monitoring is conducted periodically to evaluate the implementation and its impact. The results of these activities showed a significant improvement in employee skills, especially in terms of time management, resource management, and problem solving. Operational efficiency also improved, as evidenced by reduced production time and improved end-product quality. In addition, there was increased innovation in the livestock and farming processes, such as the adoption of new technologies and more efficient management methods. Evaluation of the activities revealed several challenges faced, including resistance to change from some employees and limited resources to support long-term implementation. Based on the results, it is recommended to conduct capacity building on an ongoing basis and increase support from management to ensure the sustainability of the program. The program has also had a positive impact on the welfare of the local community and can serve as a model for the development of other small and medium enterprises. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leaership style and work discipline on employee performance at BPR Semeru Purwodadi. BPR Semeru Purwodadi is a private banking sector. This research uses quantitative methods, data was collected through questionaires given to 58 employye BPR Semeru Purwodadi which comes from various divisions and levels. The questionaires measures the level of leaership style and work discipline in the company through the answers of each respondent, as well as assessing employee performance based on predermined indicators. The data obtained were in analysis using analytical techniques, which used were multiple regression tests, t tests, f tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The research population was 58 people with a sample of 58 respondents. The results of this research show that leadership style has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of BPR employee Semeru Purwodadi. While work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the perfomance of BPR employee Semeru Purwodadi.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of coffee MSMEs in Pati Regency to meet the challenges of the global market, particularly in penetrating export channels. The main focus of the program is on mentoring product innovation and implementing sustainable marketing strategies aligned with international market demands. The implementation method includes need assessments, product innovation workshops (flavor diversification and packaging design), digital and sustainable marketing training, and export procedure simulations. The program employed a participatory approach through workshops, hands-on practices, and technical assistance. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments as well as direct observation of participants’ implementation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding (average increase of 68%) and their ability to develop new products and utilize digital platforms for promotion. This activity demonstrates that strategic collaboration and practical mentoring effectively equip MSMEs with the skills and confidence to compete in the export market.  Keywords: Product Innovation, Sustainable Marketing, Mentoring

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh profitabilitasdan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaanproperti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2017.Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metodesampling purposif. Dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu, makadiperoleh ukuran sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan dari 48perusahaan properti daan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun2015-2017. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunderyang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI. Teknik analisis data yangdigunakan adalah analisis statistik deskripstif, analisis regresi linierberganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas mempunyai pengaruh yang positifsecara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan ukuranperusahaan tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaanpada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEItahun 2015-2017.
