Abstract

Investment decisions are decisions to allocate funds into firms of investment that will generate higher profits in the future. This study aims to examine factors affecting financial investment decisions in undergraduate student context. Undergraduate students become interesting to investigates since they started investing their monthly income. This study employs quantitative research and the structural equation model analysis method. A total of 230 undergraduate students responded to the survey. The findings of the study indicate that there are several factors which significantly affect student financial investment decision which are financial literacy, financial attitude, regret aversion bias, and herding. Risk tolerance does not influence student investment decision. Thus, this study implies the importance financial service institutions roles and universities in educating and providing insight to potential investors, i.e., undergraduate students. Efforts to improve investment decisions from an early age are essential since increasing the amount of investment is beneficial for a country's economy.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, free cash flow, growth, size with profitability and liquidity as moderating variable in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. Design/methodology/approach: Research was proceed using quantitative methods with secondary data. The sampling method used purposive sampling involving 58 research samples. This research analysis technique employed moderated regression analysis. Research Findings: The results of this study indicated that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and company growth have no significant effect on debt policy, while free cash flow and company size have a positive effect on debt policy. Then, profitability is able to moderate by weakening the effect of free cash flow and company size on debt policy, and liquidity is able to moderate and strengthen the effect of free cash flow on debt policy. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the complex relationships between managerial ownership, institutional ownership, free cash flow, growth, size, profitability, and liquidity on debt policy. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, investors, and corporate managers seeking to optimize their debt policies and financial strategies. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, locus of control, dan pendapatan berdampak pada tindakan pengelolaan keuangan pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kabupaten Magetan. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk meneliti ASN Non Guru dengan pendapatan dari gaji dan TPP. Kuesioner dikirim ke 317 orang secara online dan offline. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pada program AMOS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang keuangan, sikap keuangan, locus of control, dan pendapatan memengaruhi tindakan pengelolaan keuangan. Sebagian besar responden berusia di atas 30 tahun, memiliki pendapatan tetap antara Rp.4.500.000 dan Rp.6.900.000, dan sudah menikah, yang menunjukkan pola pikir yang baik tentang membuat keputusan keuangan. Dengan pengetahuan keuangan, responden selektif dalam pengeluaran dan membandingkan produk lembaga keuangan dan investasi yang sesuai dengan pendapatan mereka. Dengan pendapatan tetap yang tidak terlalu besar, responden cenderung lebih bertanggung jawab dan mengutamakan kebutuhan daripada keinginan dalam pengeluaran mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh literasi keuangan, efikasi diri keuangan, dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada ASN di kantor kecamatan di wilayah Surabaya Selatan. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua jenis variabel, yaitu variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Variabel independen yang dianalisis mencakup literasi keuangan, efikasi diri keuangan, dan sikap keuangan, sementara variabel dependen yang dianalisis adalah perilaku manajemen keuangan. Teori yang digunakan meliputi theory of planned behavior, literasi keuangan, efikasi diri keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan perilaku manajemen keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ASN di kantor kecamatan di wilayah Surabaya Selatan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 216 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, efikasi diri keuangan, dan sikap keuangan semuanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, and Activity on Company Value in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2019–2022 period. The research employs a quantitative, causal associative approach using secondary data from company financial statements. A purposive sampling method was used, resulting in a sample of 24 companies, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that simultaneously, the independent variables influence Company Value. Partially, the Liquidity variable (proxies: current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio) significantly affects Company Value (PBV). For Solvency, the debt-equity ratio (DER) and long-term debt-equity ratio (LTDtER) significantly affect Company Value, while the debt-asset ratio (DAR) does not. In terms of Profitability, return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) have significant effects, but net profit margin (NPM) does not. Lastly, under the Activity variable, inventory turnover (PPe) significantly affects Company Value, while accounts receivable turnover (PPi) does not. These findings underscore the importance of financial performance metrics in describing a company’s ability to meet obligations, achieve profitability, and manage asset turnover. Such insights are valuable for companies in understanding how their financial performance impacts Company Value.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi guna tetap kompetitif, termasuk dalam hal perencanaan, pengelolaan, pemasaran, dan pelaporan. Tuntutan ini juga dirasakan oleh pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Nilowati, Kelurahan Kraton, Kecamatan Maospati, Kabupaten Magetan, yang memiliki keunikan penggunaan koin tempurung kelapa sebagai alat transaksi dan pakaian tradisional Jawa berupa kain lurik. Meskipun pasar ini dikenal luas berkat kegiatan branding yang telah dilakukan, pengelolaan branding sebagai sarana promosi produk unggulan dan pembangunan citra merek yang berkelanjutan masih terkendala oleh keterbatasan literasi teknologi, khususnya dalam digital branding dan desain kemasan. Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi melalui pelatihan digital branding dan desain kemasan yang lebih aman dan menarik bagi para pedagang di pasar tersebut. Pelatihan digital branding difokuskan untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap produk unggulan dengan memperkenalkan media sosial sebagai platform pemasaran, sementara pelatihan desain kemasan menekankan pada aspek kebersihan dan keamanan, sambil mempertahankan nilai tradisional kemasan. Kegiatan ini telah diikuti oleh 13 para pedagang makanan dan minuman yang berjualan di Pasar Nilowati. Kesemua peserta telah mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai digital branding dan desain kemasan. Dikarenakan bahwa pasar tradisional ini tetap mempertahakan keunikan kemasan tradisional sebagai nilai jual, maka pelatihan tentang kemasan lebih ditujukan agar kemasan tersebut lebih higienis. Sedangkan pelatihan tentang digital branding telah diberikan dengan memperkenalkan beberapa media sosial yang bisa dicoba oleh para pedagang dan melatih tahap demi tahap untuk bisa menginformasikan dan memasarkan produk-produk makanan dan minuman melalui media sosial tersebut. Target luaran program PKM ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam memasarkan produknya secara online melalui media sosial sehingga bisa meningkatkan penjualan setiap harinya selain penjualan di hari minggu. Tujuan dan target luaran ini telah tercapai melalui pelatihan digital branding dan desain kemasasan visual yang menghasilkan produk-produk seperti desain logo usaha, pembuatan website bisnis, content marketing dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Increasing environmental problems have made the concept of sustainability in Indonesia more popular. The sustainability concept has successfully invited companies to carry out sustainability reporting every year. This research analyses the influence of economic, environmental, social and governance disclosures on company financial performance. This research chooses ROA as the dependent variable and economic, environmental, social, and governance aspects as independent variables. The population used is companies in the non-financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017 - 2022. Using the purposive sampling method resulted in 30 companies as research samples with the condition that the companies publish annual and sustainability reports. Data analysis in this test utilises panel data regression analysis using STATA 15 software. The test results state that economic, environmental, and social aspects do not affect financial performance. In contrast, governance aspects have a significant negative effect on financial performance with implications that can be done when you want to know the financial performance of a company, investors must consider the governance aspect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of company size, company growth, profitability and capital structure on company value in companies in the Basic Industry and Chemicals, Consumer Goods Industry, Miscellaneous Industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2020 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is the documentation method, namely by collecting data from complete financial reports that have been published by the company via the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), namely www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 89 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the STATA version 17 program. The results of this test show that the influence of company size, company growth, profitability and structure has a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019 – 2023; (2) pengaruh Solvabilitas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019 – 2023; (3) pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019 – 2023; (4) pengaruh rasio aktivitas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019 – 2023. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019 – 2023 dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik penentuan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan laporan keuangan sebagai data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasio likuiditas yang diukur melalui Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Rasio solvabilitas yang diukur melalui Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Rasio profitabilitas yang diukur melalui Return On Assets berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Rasio aktivitas yang diukur melalui Working Capital Turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly investigate how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is strategically integrated into digital marketing practices and its consequential effects on Indonesia’s fiercely competitive business environment. Employing a quantitative research approach, this study meticulously examines Indonesian enterprises’ prevailing strategies for AI utilization. The research method employed in this study is quantitative, with the unit of analysis being Indonesian companies. The sample size comprises 100 companies selected through the stratified random sampling technique. Analysis of the data is conducted using the SPSS statistical package. Through detailed analysis of survey data and advanced statistical techniques, the research reveals a significant positive correlation between the integration of AI in digital marketing and improved marketing effectiveness. The study highlights a noticeable increase in customer engagement metrics and noteworthy enhancements in conversion rates among businesses proficient in leveraging AI technologies, further reinforcing this correlation. Additionally, the findings suggest that companies embracing AI demonstrate significantly heightened adaptability to the constantly evolving market dynamics, strengthening their competitive positioning. These insightful discoveries underscore the critical importance of harnessing AI’s transformative capabilities within digital marketing strategies to sustain and bolster a competitive edge in the marketplace.
