Abstract

The leadership of the Head of Madrasah refers to the leader's ability to motivate and influence people to be willing to take actions aimed at achieving goals through the courage to make decisions about the activities that need to be undertaken. A productive organizational culture is a way to achieve better results for the organization, groups, and individuals by understanding and managing performance in accordance with planned targets, standards, and specified competency requirements. This research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show that the leadership of the Head of Madrasah enhances the Culture of Productive Organizations, it has been well implemented, including activities such as preparing to develop the organizational structure through the vision and goals of the madrasah, defining the roles of teachers in the organizational structure and providing intellectual stimulation, and carrying out the leadership of the Head of Madrasah with innovation by offering individual support and examples of organizational values through activities aimed at improving communication with educators and educational staff regarding the achievements to be attained, always providing motivation for task execution, especially in the implementation of the madrasah's organizational culture, and conducting supervision to encourage participation in decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate strategies for developing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) through the utilization of natural resources in the durian plantation sector in Dahai Village, Paringin District, Balangan Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving village officials, BUMDes managers, village facilitators, and community members as informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, and then analyzed thematically using descriptive methods. The findings indicate that BUMDes Dahai Maju Berkarya holds strategic potential in developing durian plantations, with positive feasibility projections in market, technical, managerial, and financial aspects. Furthermore, the mentoring process improved human resource capacity and community participation, although challenges remain in terms of capital, technical expertise, and digital marketing needs. The study concludes that durian plantation development through BUMDes is feasible and can enhance community welfare while strengthening local economic independence. Practical implications highlight the need for financial support and external partnerships, while theoretical contributions enrich the literature on village development based on local potential with a focus on specific commodities.

Abstract

Financial Technology atau FinTech merupakan hasil gabungan antara jasa keuangan dengan teknologi yang akhirnya mengubah model bisnis dari konvensional menjadi moderat, yang awalnya dalam membayar harus bertatap-muka dan membawa sejumlah uang kas, kini dapat melakukan transaksi jarak jauh dengan melakukan pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan dalam hitungan detik saja. Layanan pinjaman online (Peer to Peer Lending) merupakan bantuan finansial yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga keuangan secara dalam jaringan (daring). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan pendidikan dalam bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap peminjam online berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 77/POJK.01/2016 Tentang Layanan Pinjam Meminjam Uang Berbasis Teknologi Informasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya dampak positif dan negatif dari yang menjadi sebuah kelebihan dan kekurangan dari layanan pinjaman online (Peer to Peer Lending).

Abstract

The coastal area of Bunsur Village has a high biodiversity, but it is facing pressure due to high human activities in the surrounding waters. One of the programs carried out by the 2021 University of Riau's Community Service Learning (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) students in Bunsur Village is the planting of mangroves. The activity involves observation and education methods. The mangrove planting activity is conducted in two phases, namely preparation and implementation. The preparation phase includes field surveys and the collection of mangrove seedlings. The activity took place on July 31, 2023, involving University of Riau KKN students, the Village Head of Bunsur, village officials, neighborhood and community leaders, the Mangrove Community of Bunsur Village, the Sungai Apit police officer (Bhabinkamtibmas), elementary school teachers, youth groups from Bunsur Village, as well as the Women Farmers Group of Bunsur Village, and several residents of Bunsur Village. A total of 50 mangrove seedlings were planted, obtained through the support of the Mangrove Community of Bunsur Village Chairperson. The objective of this activity was to raise awareness among the community regarding environmental cleanliness, especially along the coastal areas. The results obtained from this activity include the formation of a new mangrove community along the coastal area, as well as a cleaner and better-organized coastline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the game strategy and formation effectiveness in futsal in college students. Futsal as a fast-paced sport requires the application of the right strategy and effective formation to win. One strategy that is often used is power play, which involves the goalkeeper as an additional player to strengthen the attack. The research method used is descriptive with an observation approach and video analysis of student futsal matches. The data was analyzed to determine the strategy pattern, the type of formation used, and the success of the strategy in creating opportunities and goals. The results showed that the effectiveness of the power play strategy was still relatively low with a success rate of around 6.7%, caused by main factors such as shooting blocked by opponents, inaccurate passing, and loss of ball control. Commonly applied formations are 2-2 and 1-2-1, which provide a balance between defense and attack, but their success is highly dependent on technical ability and coordination between players. Mastery of basic techniques such as passing, control, and shooting are key in executing strategies and formations effectively. This study concludes that the development of basic technical training and improvement of team coordination are very important to improve the effectiveness of game strategies and futsal formations in university students. The adaptation of strategies according to the match situation is also a determining factor in the team's success in the competition.

Abstract

The concept of Indonesia as an archipelago state was recognized by the world after the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) was ratified on December 10, 1982, and Indonesia has ratified it with Law Number 17 of 1985. The recognition of Indonesia as an archipelagic state is a great gift for the Indonesian people because jurisdictional waters cover 2/3 of the entire area of the country. The water area becomes one unit with the land. Indonesia is an archipelago that stretches from Sabang to Merauke. The theory used in this research is the theory of legal protection. The theory of legal protection is very relevant to the research made here, because there needs to be legal protection regarding territorial boundaries for Indonesia as an archipelagic state. The research method used regarding the protection of international law in the concept of an archipelago state against international legal boundaries is carried out by means of qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique or instrument used is library research by studying various books as literature, official documents, laws and regulations, results of previous research, and other literature sources related to the problems studied. Indonesia is a country with the largest number of islands in the world. The 1945 Constitution stipulates that Indonesia is an archipelagic country, namely a country that has many islands, namely 17,480 islands with a coastline length of 95,181 km. The Unitary Republic of Indonesia is an archipelago with the largest number of islands in the world and has abundant wealth, including those contained in its outer islands.

Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are the result of human thought that have economic and social value and play a significant role in encouraging creativity, technological innovation, and sustainable national development. IPR protection not only aims to provide legal certainty for creators and rights holders, but also serves as a strategic instrument in strengthening the creative economy. However, low public awareness of the importance of IPR protection and the gap between legal norms and practices in the field result in frequent violations of intellectual works. This study uses a normative-juridical approach combined with a participatory-educational approach, in accordance with the characteristics of community service activities in the legal field. This approach aims to integrate normative legal analysis with legal education activities for the community, thereby producing both conceptual understanding and practical benefits. The results of the activities show a significant increase in public understanding of the relationship between constitutional principles and IPR protection in Indonesia. Through educational activities and legal dialogues, it was revealed that the integration between constitutional principles and the IPR legal system has not been optimal, not only due to limited regulations, but also weak public legal awareness and the application of substantive justice as mandated by the 1945 Constitution. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating constitutional values ​​in the IPR protection system.

Abstract

E-sport is a new electronic sport that involves competing in video games. E-sports is known as a sport that uses gaming as its field. Growing e-sports provides many benefits to players who want to become pro players or e-sports athletes. The form of legal protection that can be given to e-sport athletes is preventive and repressive, one of which is done through an employment agreement contract with athletes, so that the employment agreement contract can be a form of legal remedy in employment agreements related to wages. This study aims to determine how the legal rules apply to e-sport athletes regarding employment contracts. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method of empirical legal nature. The data collection technique or instrument used is library research by studying various books as literature, official documents, laws and regulations, results of previous research, and other literature sources related to the problem under study. The results showed that the most important and fundamental legal protection is contained in the employment agreement. This work agreement will be the legal umbrella for the legal relationship between the athlete and the e-sport team as the provider. The legal rules for e-sport athletes related to employment contracts are regulated in the Indonesian Electronic Sports Management Board Regulation Number: 034 / PB-ESI / B / VI / 2021 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Sports Activities in Indonesia and Law No. 11 of 2022 concerning Sports.
