Abstract

The development of the company PT Doosan Jaya Sukabumi increases the decrease in work ability or increase work in work ability not all employees need skills and conversely all employees do not all have great morale. Because this research has goals to be achieved as well. In this study to process data, the researchers used quantitative methods with associative approach, and researchers tested 100 respondents for the employees of PT. Doosan Jaya Sukabumi to produce data on the company. T-test results show the ability of work in this study was 9,280 with a significant value of 0,000, then a significant value of 0,000 <compared to 0.05, it can be concluded that the variable work ability increased positively on morale. at PT. Doosan Jaya Sukabumi.

Abstract

The goals of the study was to measure the level of influence of the variable earning per share, price to earnings ratio, trading volume activity and price to book value on stock split decisions. This type of research was quantitative where the methods used are descriptive and associative methods. Sampling used in this study is by means of purposive sampling using 6 criteria. The analytical technique used is logistic regression, descriptive statistics, Hosmer and Lemeshow's Goodnes of Fit test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination testing and partial hypothesis testing used (t test) and simultaneous hypothesis used the F test. This study bring about, according to the t-test result shows PBV has a significant positive effect on stock split decisions, while EPS, PER, TVA, does not have a significant negative effect on stock split decisions, according to the f-test result shows EPS, PER, TVA and PBV have a simultaneous and significant influence on decisions stock splits.

Abstract

Today the cafe business is increasingly everywhere, because the cafe business has also penetrated the hospitality industry. Z generation is the largest population in Indonesia. Eating and drinking outside activities occupy the fifth position from the allocation of z generation funds. The problem in this study is the price offered by hotel-based cafes which is quite expensive for z generation in Sukabumi City. This study is to determine the effect of café atmosphere and lifestyle on visiting decisions. This study uses multiple linear regression data processing techniques. The sample of this study are 383 people from z generation who had visited a cafe based on data collection via a Google questionnaire using cluster sampling techniques. The results of partial testing (t-test) of two independent variables the atmosphere of the cafe and lifestyle, each of which has a significant positive influence on the decision to visit. Simultaneous test results show that the atmosphere of the cafe and lifestyle together influence purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination show that the cafe atmosphere and lifestyle contribute 11.7649% to visiting decisions while the remaining 88.2351% can be influenced by other variables except in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze customer relationship management and customer value on customer loyalty. The author uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The population used in this study were customers of PT KAI DAOP I Sukabumi Station. In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling technique. From the customer population of PT KAI Sukabumi, the researchers decided to use the Cochra formula, with a total of 385 samples. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test).The results showed that partially customer relationship management and customer value have an effect on customer loyalty. The contribution of the influence of customer relationship management variables and customer value on customer loyalty is 58.4%. While the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables outside the sales of this regression or variables that are not examined.

Abstract

This research was conducted to measure how much influence the effectiveness of social media and interactive marketing influences consumer purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is made up of users of TikTok Luxcrime's followers in Sukabumi city, using the probability sample method. When conducting this study, 400 respondents were given online questionnaires. The analysis technique employs multiple linear regression with simultaneous and partial influence methods. The findings of this study indicate that the effectiveness of social media on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant impact. Furthermore, interactive marketing positively and significantly impacts purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To find out Working Capital Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Sales Growth and Net Profit Margin in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019 - 2021 2) To determine Working Capital Turnover has an effect on Net Profit Margin in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019 - 2021 3) To find out Inventory Turnover affects Net Profit Margin in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019 - 2021 4) To find out Sales Growth affects Net Profit Margin in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the period 2019 - 2021. The research method used by this researcher is Quantitative research with Descriptive and Associative approaches because the data is in the form of numbers and is explained in the form of graphs, charts, and diagrams. The results of this study are Working capital turnover on net profit margin has a significant effect. Inventory turnover on net profit margin does not have a significant effect. Sales growth on net profit margin has no significant effect.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To find out how the analysis of non-performing loans, return on assets, operating costs and operating income and profit generation in 2019-2021. 2) To find out whether non-performing loans can affect profit generation in 2019-2021. 3) To find out whether return on assets has an effect on profit earning in 2019-2021. 4) To find out whether operating costs and operating income on profit generation in 2019-2021. 5) To find out how the effect of non-performing loans, return on assets, operating costs and operating income on profit generation in 2019-2021. The research method that researchers use in solving problems is quantitative methods. The population in this study are all companies included in Commercial Bank Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021. the results of this study are Non-performing loans on earnings have a significant effect. This is indicated by t count greater than t table. Return on assets on profit does not have a significant effect. This is indicated by t count smaller than t table. Operating costs of operating income on profitability have a significant influence. This is indicated by t count greater than t table.

Abstract

Abstract The tourism industry is one of the fastest growing industries in various countries globally, the tourism industry is an industry that is actively developing, innovating and having a major impact on the country's economy. The tourism sector is also a sector that can trigger economic growth, although often this sector is referred to as a complex sector due to changing tourism trends, this sector is able to move more than 700 million people around the world. However, due to the impact of Covid-19, especially on Tourism, Hospitality and Restaurant subsector companies listed on the IDX, they had to experience a decline in financial performance as evidenced by the decline in share prices of each company in the Tourism, Hospitality and Restaurant subsector. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of income, operating costs and net profit on stock prices. The methodology used in this study is quantitative methods with a total of 60 samples derived from the financial statements of companies listed on the IDX. The findings in this study were that there was a significant positive effect of earnings on stock prices while operating expenses and net income had no significant effect on stock prices. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Growth (X1) and Liquidity (X2) on Profitability (Y) of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. The object of this study is PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2014-2021 period. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The sample used is PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk with a population of 32 using the natural setting technique with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques, multiple correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination and to test the research model using the F-Test and for testing the hypothesis using the T-Test using the application SPSS 21 software. The results of this study show that there is no significant effect on the Sales Growth and Liquidity variables on Purchase Decisions with the results Fcount 0.501 < Ftable 3.328 and the results of research on testing the T-Test Hypothesis on Sales Growth variables (X1) on Profitability Variables (Y) there is no significant effect, and on the variable Liquidity (X2) on Profitability (Y) there is no significant effect.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research it was found that the Stock Return variable has decreased in the Property and Real Estate Subsector in 2020-2020. With the decline in stock returns caused by stock prices in this sub-sector experienced a decrease in stock returns which will have an impact on the capital market. The decline in the share price of the Property and Real Estate company was due to investors not wanting to invest their capital in the company because the company experienced a decline in sales. This study aims to determine the analysis of Times Interest Earned Ratio (TIER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Current Ratio (CR) on Stock Returns (Studies on Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period). The method used in this research is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The sample used is the Property and Real Estate Subsector with a population of 30 using the natural setting technique with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques, multiple correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, and to test the research model using the F-Test and for testing the hypothesis using the T-Test with using the SPSS 24 software application. The results of this study showed that there was a significant influence on the variable Times Interest Earned Ratio on Stock Return with the results Fcount 4,861 > F table 2.975 and the results of research on testing the T-Test Hypothesis on the variable Times Interest Earned Ratio (X1) to Variable Return stock (Y) there is a significant influence on Stock Return (Y).
