Abstract

If the company decides to set a large amount of working capital, it is likely that the liquidity level will be maintained but the opportunity to earn a large profit will decrease, which in turn has an impact on decreasing profitability. The purpose of this study is to determine company growth, company liquidity, and profitability in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2021. The research methods used in this study are associative and descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2021, with the number of samples used in the study, namely 20 manufacturing companies. The data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Descriptive Statistical Techniques, Multiple Correlation Coefficients, Coefficient of Determination, Simultaneous Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the statistical test results show the tcount of the variable Company growth (X1) of 2.248> 2.000995 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be seen that company growth has a significant effect on profitability. Based on the results of statistical tests, the tcount of the Liquidity variable (X2) is 2.018> 2.000995, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be known that liquidity has a significant effect on profitability

Abstract

Berkembangnya bank syariah yang ada di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa keputusan konsumen menggunakan bank syariah semakin baik. Keputusan ini didorong oleh adanya norma subjektif dimana konsumen lebih percaya pada rekomendasi orang yang pernah menggunakan bank dibandingkan promosi yang diberikan. Munculnya anggapan bahwa bank syariah dan bank konvensional itu sama menandakan kurangnya pengetahuan konsumen sehingga mengakibatkan sulitnya meningkatkan keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh norma subjektif dalam memediasi hubungan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Metode deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 250 nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi yang diambil dengan teknik probability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi AMOS 26. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan konsumen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap norma subjektif, norma subjektif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah, dan norma subjektif memediasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 - 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan yang diambil dari populasi sebanyak 27 perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman. Dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel dependen yaitu financial distress, dan variabel independen yaitu likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder dan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dengan uji non-rmality, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji parsial (t) dan uji simultan (f). Hasil statistik uji f (Uji Simultan) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu likuiditas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Berdasarkan hasil statistik uji t (uji parsial) likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress. Dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam At-Tartil Sukabumi. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda, yang mana sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 166 responden dari total populasi 284 orang karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian dengan melakukan pengujian secara parsial dan simultan bahwa supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam At-Tartil Sukabumi. Perolehan pengujian koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh menunjukan nilai sebesar 0.786 atau dengan kata lain supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh sebesar 61,7% terhadap retensi karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capacity, and innovation strategy on competitive advantage using quantitative methods through descriptive and associative approaches. The sample used in this study was 46 apparel SMIs business actors in Sukabumi City using non probability sampling saturated sample method. This study used multiple lienar regression as a data analysis technique. The results in this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capacity and innovation strategy simultaneously affecr competitive advantage. While in the results of hypothesis testing entrepreneurial orientation has no partial effect on competitive advantage, however, absorptive capacity and innovation strategy have a partially significant effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review dan online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui e-trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pengguna Tokopedia yang ada di kota sukabumi. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 180 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan melalui probability sampling. Selanjutnya pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan alat analisis SEM dibantu software Smart PLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-trust, online customer rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-trust, e-trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, e-trust mampu memediasi pengaruh online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan e-trust mampu memediasi pengaruh online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity ratio, activity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio and market ratio on stock prices in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index during the period 2017-2021. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique. The research analysis uses scale calculations, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, F tests and t tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is an influence between financial ratios on stock prices in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index, but partially only the profitability ratio and market ratio show a significant influence on increasing the stock price of the Jakarta Islamic Index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, risk, financial ability on transaction interest, the temporary assumption is that the three variables have a significant effect on transaction interest using Tiktok Paylater, this study uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach, with a sample size of 225 samples, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and literature studies. The results of the f test statistics show a simultaneous and significant effect of the variables perceived ease of use, risk and financial ability on transaction interest. Based on the results of the t test statistics, perceived ease of use does not have a significant effect on transaction interest with the t test (0.184> 0.05). In the variable, risk has a significant effect on transaction interest with the test results (0.000 <0.05). While financial ability has a positive and significant effect on transaction interest with the t test (0.000 <0.05). The implications of this study can be used as a basis for increasing interest in transactions using Tiktok Paylater through perceived ease of use, risk, financial ability among students in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

The abstract contains a brief description of the purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of digital finance, financial literacy, and financial inclusion on millennial debt behavior in Sukabumi City. This study is motivated by the increasing prevalence of online loans among millennials, which are often done without adequate financial planning or knowledge. Methods: Using a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey design, this study collected primary data through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 180 millennial respondents aged 29-44 years who have utilized online loan services. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS. Results: The results showed that digital finance, financial literacy, and financial inclusion have a simultaneous and statistically significant effect on debt behavior, with financial literacy showing the strongest individual contribution. All research instruments met the required validity and reliability standards, and the regression model met the assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. underscore the important role of financial literacy and inclusion in promoting responsible debt behavior. underscore the important role of financial literacy and inclusion in promoting responsible debt behavior. Implications: of this study suggest the need for well-targeted financial education programs and a stronger regulatory framework for digital lending, especially among urban youth. Future research is recommended to adopt a longitudinal method or expand demographic coverage to improve generalizability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Green Marketing on Fore Coffee Purchase Decisions, with Green Product as a mediating variable. In the context of increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues, a marketing strategy that focuses on sustainability is becoming increasingly important. The method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 135 respondents of Fore Coffee consumers in Sukabumi City. The data obtained was analyzed using path analysis to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the study show that Green Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Green Products, and Green Products also have a positive effect on Purchase Decisions. In addition, Green Product serves as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between Green Marketing and Purchase Decisions. These findings suggest that an effective Green Marketing strategy can improve Green Products and in turn, influence consumer Purchasing Decisions. This research provides insights for companies in designing marketing strategies that are more sustainable and responsive to the needs of consumers who care about the environment.
