Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, businesses must face rapid and complex changes. New technologies, changing consumer behavior, and global challenges require business actors to have sound adaptation strategies. However, many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukabumi City have not yet optimally utilized digital potential. Many still rely on traditional methods such as word-ofmouth marketing and physical sales. This highlights the digital divide among MSMEs that needs to be addressed through mentoring, digital training, and empowerment programs. Based on data and phenomena, the author used a qualitative research method. The author analyzed the issue related to social problems by implying important efforts, namely by asking questions to participants and collecting data that was then analyzed and interpreted using a descriptive approach, which can provide an overview of the focus of the author's research in the form of words. MSMEs that adapt to digital technology gain benefits such as increased competitiveness and market reach. However, they face obstacles such as costs, low technological understanding, and lack of policy support. Effective strategies to increase MSME competitiveness include digital marketing on social media, collaboration with marketplaces, digital literacy training, and product innovation. It is recommended to start developing a simple digital strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of destination image on revisit intention, with the impression of tourist experience as a mediating variable, using Goalpara Tea Park in Sukabumi as the case study. As a newly established tourist destination, Goalpara Tea Park has attracted attention for its natural beauty and modern facilities. However, fluctuations in visitor numbers suggest that not all tourists are interested in returning. This study employs a quantitative approach with a total sample of 135 respondents who had previously visited the site. Data was collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that destination image has a significant positive effect on both revisit intention and the impression of tourist experience. Furthermore, the impression of tourist experience significantly mediates the relationship between destination image and revisit intention. This indicates that a strong and positive destination image can enhance the quality of tourist experiences, which in turn increases the likelihood of tourists returning in the future. The findings emphasize the importance of aligning promotional content with actual on-site experiences to avoid visitor disappointment. The study provides both theoretical contributions to consumer behavior and marketing literature and practical recommendations for tourism managers inimproving service quality and strategic image-building efforts. Enhancing both the physical and emotional aspects of the tourist journey is vital in fostering lasting impressions and loyalty among visitors

Abstract

Indonesia’s textile industry is under significant pressure due to the global pandemic, exchange rate volatility, and high debt dependence, which has increased the risk of financial distress for major companies such as PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex). This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Sales Growth Rate (SGR) on financial distress, measured using the Altman Z-Score model. A quantitative approach was applied with multiple linear regression using SPSS 26 software, based on the company's quarterly financial reports for the 2017–2024 period. Partial test results (t-test) show that DER has a significant negative effect (β = -0.212; Sig. = 0.000), indicating that higher debt levels increase financial distress risk. ROA has a significant positive effect (β = 0.122; Sig. = 0.000), reflecting that asset efficiency reduces the likelihood of distress. Meanwhile, CR (Sig. = 0.136) and SGR (Sig. = 0.281) have no significant effect. The simultaneous test (F-test) yields F = 92.768 with Sig. = 0.000, confirming that the four variables jointly influence financial distress. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.964, indicating the model explains 96.4% of the variance in financial distress. The findings emphasize the importance of managing capital structure and improving profitability to mitigate financial distress. Future research is recommended to include multiple firms and consider external factors such as macroeconomic conditions and corporate governance.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has made it easier for individuals to carry out various activities, including investing. Amid the current weakening of Indonesia’s Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), an increase in public investment interest is expected to contribute positively to the national economy. Generation Z, as digital natives, holds significant potential in the development of the investment sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial socialization, financial experience, and financial literacy on investment intention among Generation Z in Sukabumi City. A quantitative approach with an associative method was employed in this research. Data were collected using purposive sampling, involving 170 respondents categorized as members of Generation Z. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results reveal that financial socialization does not significantly influence investment intention, indicating that social interaction or exposure alone may not be sufficient to drive investment behavior among Generation Z. In contrast, financial experience has a positive and significant effect on investment intention. Similarly, financial literacy also shows a positive and significant effect on investment intention among Generation Z. These findings suggest that financial experience and financial literacy play crucial roles in shaping individuals' intentions to invest. Therefore, stakeholders are encouraged to enhance financial education programs and provide more practical financial experiences to increase investment interest among younger generations, particularly Generation Z.
