Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work commitment, workers’ skills, and work discipline on the achievement of company targets among project workers at CV. Adilia, Sukabumi City, a company operating in the construction sector. The research is motivated by field findings indicating delays in project completion compared to planned targets, caused by several factors such as weak commitment to schedules, limited availability of skilled workers, and insufficient work discipline. This research employed a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique, in which all 36 project workers were selected as respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 29, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all questionnaire items were valid and the research instrument was reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.70). The simultaneous test (F-test) demonstrated that work commitment, workers’ skills, and work discipline jointly have a significant effect on the achievement of company targets, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.898 and a coefficient of determination of 80.6%. However, the partial test (t-test) revealed that only work commitment has a significant effect, while workers’ skills and work discipline do not have a significant influence individually. This study recommends that the company strengthen employees’ work commitment through motivation, open communication, and reward systems, while continuing to provide skill development programs and implementing consistent work discipline to support long-term project performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine how electronic word of mouth (eWOM) specifically information quality, quantity, and credibility influences purchase intention and customer loyalty among IndiHome subscribers in West Java. Additionally, it tests whether happiness moderates the relationship between purchase intention and loyalty. Methodology: The research employed a quantitative, cross-sectional design using stratified random sampling of 257 IndiHome subscribers across multiple municipalities in West Java. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate measurement validity, reliability, mediation, and moderation effects. Results/findings: Findings show that information quality and quantity significantly increase purchase intention, while credibility has no direct effect. Purchase intention strongly predicts loyalty. Quantity and credibility indirectly affect loyalty through intention, whereas quality does not. Happiness moderates intention–loyalty, strengthening the conversion of intention into sustained customer loyalty. Conclusion: The study concludes that clear and abundant eWOM cues are effective in shaping purchase intention, which serves as a key determinant of loyalty. Positive affect in the form of happiness amplifies this relationship, highlighting the importance of both cognitive and emotional drivers in loyalty formation. Limitations: The cross-sectional design limits causal inference, and reliance on self-reported measures may introduce bias. The provincial focus on West Java may also restrict generalizability. Contribution: This research extends eWOM theory by integrating informational attributes with affective moderation, offering both theoretical insights and managerial implications. Broadband providers are advised to improve information clarity, posting frequency, and service experiences that enhance customer happiness to foster sustainable loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, work motivation, and teamwork on employee performance at Moen's Farm in Cidahu, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to the entire population of 110 employees, with a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 27 software. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables, namely workload, work motivation, and teamwork, simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of 60.5% indicates that the combination of the three variables is able to explain employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined. Workload has a positive influence on performance, which means that the more balanced the workload, the better the performance. High work motivation also improves performance, as does effective teamwork. These findings are expected to provide input for Moen's Farm management in improving employee performance through workload management, providing appropriate motivation, and forming a solid work team.
