Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia adalah instansi usaha berkonsentrasi pada bidang jasa kurir, jasa logistik, jasa keuangan, dan jasa properti yang berada di beberapa wilayah Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak akibat penerapan rotasi kerja dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer berupa observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder berupa data mutasi dan rotasi kerja kmaryawan PT. Pos Indonesia per Oktober 2021 – Oktober 2022. Hasil penelitian yaitu bahwa Rotasi kerja yang diberlakukan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kinerja dan dirasa perlu adanya penerapan prinsip minimalisir pada rotasi kerja di perusahaan sesuai dengan SOP, karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Malang perlu diberikan pelatihan atau arahan terkait pekerjaan di tempat kerja/divisi yang baru, selalu dilakukan evaluasi kerja setelah di tempat/divisi yang baru agar prestasi kerja karyawan optimal, memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan agar karyawan dapat mudah menyesuaikan diri terhadap lingkungan kerjanya baik fisik maupun nonfisik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Effectiveness of Multiple Positions at PT. YYY. In this study, the author's method was to employ descriptive qualitative techniques. Interviews are the technique used to collect data. Three informants were selected by the researcher as part of the sample for interview. According to researchers' observations, the effectiveness of employee work has not been maximized because there are still tasks that cannot be completed on time due to duplicates, necessitating the sacrifice of one of these tasks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the discipline of PG Krebet Baru employees. The method used by the authors in this study is the use of descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique used is through interviews and secondary data sources. In taking the sample, the researcher took 4 informants to be interviewed. Judging from the observations of researchers that there are still many employees who take disciplinary actions, the factors causing employees to still take many disciplinary actions are due to being late in providing confirmation of explanations to superiors or the attendance team. And the lack of strict sanctions that lead to disciplinary actions is still increasing.

Abstract

PT. XXX is a company engaged in outsourcing which is located in the Sidoarjo area. The purpose of this study is to find out the causes of fraud and the efforts that must be made by companies to minimize fraud that often occurs when selecting prospective employees at PT.XXX. The method used in this research is by using descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. The researcher made observations through the process of recording and observing during the activity. The interviews conducted by the researchers were direct interviews with 3 informants, namely the HRD Manager, Recruitment Leader and Recruitment Staff. Judging from the phenomena that the researchers found, there was no special supervisory team formed by PT. XXX during the selection process for prospective employees, causing a lot of fraud that occurred during the selection process.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to measure employee workload in the Operational & Maintenance Division of PT XYZ using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. This method is used to evaluate the optimal number of workers based on available working hours and actual activity time. The analysis results show that the workload of heavy equipment operators such as excavators, trailers, and bulldozers fall into the optimal category, while for cranes there is a shortage of workforce.

Abstract

SMK Manbaul Ulum Kebomas Gresik merupakan salah satu SMK swasta di Kabupaten Gresik yang berlokasi di Tengah kota tepatnya di Giri Kecamatan Kebomas Gresik. Sebagian dari mereka selepas SMK lebih memilih menjadi pekerja menjadi buruh pabrik atau berwirausaha. Kurangnya kesadaran tentang pentingnya pendidikan tinggi untuk masa depan mereka dan lebih berfikir pada kondisi yang saat itu terjadi menjadikan motivasi kuliah rendah. Sedangkan sebagian siswa yang berkeinginan melanjutkan pendidikan tidak mendapatkan informasi dan motivasi yang cukup untuk memantapkan dorongan untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan membantu siswa SMK Mamba’ul Ulum Kebomas Gresik mengenali potensi diri mereka melalui pelatihan Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) yang terstruktur, sehingga meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk lebih berprestasi dan mampu menyelesaikan kagiatan akademik mereka dengan sukses. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyuluhan motivasi berprestasi, psikoedukatif, tes minat (RIASEC Holland), tes kecerdasan majemuk (Gardner MI), pelatihan penyusunan tujuan hidup dengan pendekatan SMART Goal, serta refleksi diri melalui worksheet Goal Ladder. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 29 peserta mampu mengidentifikasi kecenderungan minat dan kecerdasan mereka secara akurat, serta menyusun tujuan hidup jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang secara realistis. Pelatihan juga meningkatkan kesadaran dan motivasi intrinsik siswa terhadap pengembangan diri dan karir. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan AMT berbasis potensi diri sangat relevan untuk mendukung kesiapan karier dan pendidikan karakter siswa SMK.

Abstract

Background – Employees are overwhelmed to solve problems in the field because employees in the distribution division and customer disruptions are also short of manpower so it will be difficult to optimize their performance. Objective – This study aims to determine the factors that hinder the performance of employees at the Regional Drinking Water Company in Gresik Regency in providing clean water and to analyze strategies for improving the performance of employees of the Gresik Regency Drinking Water District in providing clean water, which currently may not be in accordance with the expectations of all communities. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This study used a qualitative research approach using data validity testing by means of memberchecks, and data collection techniques using interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. Findings – The results showed that there was 1) factors inhibiting employee performance in terms of quality, quantity, and time, as well as the existence 2) strategies to improve employee performance in terms of quality, quantity, and time. Research Implication – Factors that hinder employee performance in serving the community quickly and responsively and keeping their promises accurately, and lack of empathy for the needs of the community. Limitations – The researcher urges to conduct further and deeper research related to the phenomenon of employee performance improvement strategies using different techniques.

Abstract

PG. MKBN is one of the sugar factories with the largest capacity in Indonesia. With labor-intensive systematics, employee productivity is an important thing to improve in order to achieve goals and targets. But in reality, the productivity of PG. MKBN employees has decreased over the last 4 years. This research focuses on career development factors and perceived organizational support which are unresolved problems. This research was conducted in PG. MKBN with the aim of knowing the influence, impact, and to what extent it is caused by career development factors and perceived organizational support causing decreased employee productivity, as well as finding solutions for settlement. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was interview, documentation, and observation with the Head of HR & General PG. MKBN, Employees of HR & General Managers, Permanent Executive Employees 1, and Permanent Executive Employees 2. The results of the data analysis showed that the two factors, namely career development and perceived organizational support , were very influential and had an impact on the level of employee productivity at PG. MKBN. Employees who feel that the implemented career development is not optimal, and have a low level of perceived organizational support will have an impact on reducing employee motivation which causes targets not to be achieved, high levels of indiscipline, difficulty in innovating, and work cycles that do not care about the quality of output which has an impact on the decline in employee productivity at PG. MKBN.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the workload level of employees in the production department of PT. KLM using the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method. This method is used to determine the optimal number of workers required to complete a task by considering the total workload and available working time. The results of the analysis show that operators in painting, finishing, sandblasting, PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control), and Quality Control are categorized as optimal or have a normal workload. However, welding operators face a shortage of staff, resulting in an underload workload condition, while cutting operators experience an excessive workload with surplus labor. Additionally, the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) staff also show an underload workload level
