Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Surya Bumi Aagrolanggang Enau Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Surya Bumi Aagrolanggang Enau Palembang sebanyak 209 pegawai dan Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 68 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan Adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian yaitu secara bersama–sama ada pengaruh signifikan Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Surya Bumi Aagrolanggang Enau Palembang. Hasil hipotesis secara parsial, ada pengaruh signifikan Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Surya Bumi Aagrolanggang Enau Palembang, ada pengaruh signifikan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Surya Bumi Aagrolanggang Enau Palembang. Besarnya nilai Adjusted R Square menunjukkan Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasi mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Bumi Aagrolanggang Enau Palembang adalah sebesar 51,2%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the simultaneous effect of competence, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance; and (2) the partial effect of each variable—competence, work discipline, and motivation—on employee performance. The research was conducted in the Coal Handling and Main Equipment Maintenance Subdivision of PT Bukit Asam Tbk, Tanjung Enim Mining Unit. This study uses an associative quantitative approach with competence, work discipline, and motivation as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. The sample consisted of 138 employees selected using cluster random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and supported by secondary data sources. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that competence, work discipline, and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Loyalty, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Prabumulih City. To determine the effect of Loyalty on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Prabumulih City, To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Prabumulih City, To determine the effect of Work Discipline on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Prabumulih City. This type of research is associative-causal quantitative research, which is a study that examines cause-and-effect relationships, where there are independent variables (influencing variables) and dependent variables (influenced variables) (Paramita, 2021: 33). This study was designed to determine the effect of the variables of teacher Loyalty, teacher Motivation, and teacher Discipline on teacher performance variables at public junior high schools in Prabumulih City. The sample in this study consisted of 245 respondents, using cluster random sampling. The data used in this study were primary data, including the number of respondents and the agency profile, and secondary data, using a coequal analysis method. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Loyalty, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Prabumulih City. (2) Loyalty, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Prabumulih City. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Prabumulih City. (4) Loyalty, motivation, and work discipline have no positive and significant influence on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Prabumulih City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of South Sumatra Province. 2) The influence of motivation on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of South Sumatra Province. 3) The Influence of the Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of South Sumatra Province. 4) The Influence of Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of South Sumatra Province. This research was associative. The population of this study comprised all 224 employees; the sample comprised 142 employees, and the sampling technique was cluster sampling. The data used in this study were primary data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression in SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant influence of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance. 2) There is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance. 3) There is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. 4) There is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

Non-organic employees have an important role in supporting the operations of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office. However, challenges such as low motivation, less supportive work environment, and limited competence have the potential to reduce performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work environment, and competence on the performance of non-organic employees at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in South Sumatra Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 133 using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 100. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, motivation, work environment, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings provide important implications for management to develop strategies to increase motivation, improve the work environment, and strengthen the competence of non-organic employees.
