Abstract

PT. XYZ is distributor and sales of mobile phone in Palembang city. PT. XYZ is not maximal for giving services to customers where it need more time in purchase order and sale products . There’s no easiness in interaction process between customer and company where company when interacting with customers only by phone and face to face. Information delivery about products, promotions, customers critique and suggestions can not informed quickly. For customer data management by this day can not used and maximized for analysing customers needs and customers purchase behaviors. In the development of this system use Iteration methodology with PHP language programming and MySQL database. The system that is being develop has feature like product order, purchase, critique and suggestions, and live chat that make communication more communicative and interactive. These system also generates customers report, best customers report, transactions report, and best sales product report. The result of this research is a design of customer relationship management system that easier PT. XYZ to manage relationship to customer

Abstract

Web Pembelajaran merupakan sistem pembelajaran online dan interaktif sebagai bentuk layanan akademik yang diberikan oleh Perguruan Tinggi. Bahkan penggunaannya di beberapa perguruan tinggi sudah menjadi hal yang wajib dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Sehubungan dengan itu, perlu adanya pengukuran untuk mengetahui kualitasnya sehingga dapat ditentukan perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan agar tetap dapat memberikan layanan pendidikan yang terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 untuk mengukur kualitas web yang dimaksud berdasarkan persepsi dari pengguna akhir terhadap beberapa indikator yang telah ditentukan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa STMIK XYZ Palembang. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel usability(U), information quality(I), interaction quality(A) dengan variabel user satisfaction(S). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan korelasi positif yang cukup berarti untuk variable U dan I terhadap S dengan nilai 0,4 kk ≤ 0,7, sedangkan untuk variabel A dan S menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang tinggi atau kuat dengan nilai 0,7 kk ≤ 0,9.

Abstract

The Decision Making System plays a crucial role in the intricate and dynamic landscape of modern business. The TOPSIS method is a prominent technique within this domain, utilized to generate various alternatives by evaluating multiple criteria. In the TOPSIS framework, each criterion is assigned a weight, and the ratio between each alternative and the respective criteria is calculated. These ratios are aggregated to produce a total score, facilitating the identification of the most favorable alternative. This study elucidates the fundamental principles of TOPSIS and examines its application in business decision-making processes. This method empowers decision-makers to navigate the complexities of selecting the optimal choice amid limited and often contradictory information. The benefits of TOPSIS include its capacity to simultaneously address multiple criteria and offer a structured evaluation framework. The findings of this study can yield a ranking of employees based on specified criteria such as performance, responsibility, communication, and absenteeism, utilizing the TOPSIS approach.

Abstract

In the digital era, transaction data analysis has become crucial for enhancing business competitiveness. PT XYZ, a steel distributor in Palembang City, faces challenges in understanding customer purchasing patterns, which impacts the optimization of marketing strategies and sales volume. This study aims to analyze customer purchasing patterns using the Apriori algorithm to develop more effective marketing strategies. The research follows the CRISP-DM methodology, which includes data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization through an interactive dashboard. Sales transaction data from August 2023 to August 2024 is analyzed to identify frequently purchased product combinations. The results indicate that the Apriori algorithm generates association rules that can be leveraged to design bundling packages that align with customer preferences. With the interactive dashboard, the analysis results can be visually presented, supporting faster and more accurate business decision-making. This study offers a data-driven strategy to improve operational efficiency, optimize sales, and strengthen the company's competitiveness.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) menjadi salah satu bidang yang semakin relevan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengembangan kurikulum yang adaptif dan inovatif. Guru sebagai penggerak utama pembelajaran perlu memiliki pemahaman yang memadai tentang AI agar dapat mengintegrasikannya secara efektif dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru SMA di Kota Prabumulih tentang konsep, aplikasi, dan dampak AI dalam pendidikan. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui pendekatan berbasis praktik dan studi kasus, sehingga peserta dapat memahami cara mengimplementasikan AI dalam kurikulum sekolah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap AI dan kesiapan mereka dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam transformasi pendidikan berbasis AI di sekolah-sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Blessing Dental Care Clinic is a clinic that provides dental practice services and general practitioner practices located in Palembang. This clinic offers general care and dental care managed by experienced doctors in their fields. The focus of the data used is medical record data, especially from general practice. Grouping large data into several groups based on similar pattern characteristics by utilizing the K-Means Clustering algorithm in CRISP-DM data mining was chosen to be more effective in handling various complaints of various diseases through the Clustering process. The results showed that the form of cluster 1 was 220 dominant data in the respiratory disease category, cluster 2 was 335 dominant data in the cardiovascular disease category, cluster 3 was 584 dominant data in the cardiovascular disease category, cluster 4 was 363 dominant data in respiratory disease, cluster 5 was 70 dominant data in respiratory disease, cluster 6 was 254 dominant data in cardiovascular disease and cluster 7 was 165 dominant data in ENT disease. In cluster 7 with an SSE value of 3189.16, the decrease is getting smaller and the spread pattern is starting to be optimal with a tendency for the pattern to be more spread out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan data mining asosiasi menggunakan algoritma apriori untuk menganalisis data transaksi penjualan di PD Jumbo, distributor makanan dan non-makanan di Palembang. PD Jumbo memiliki strategi pemasaran yang belum optimal akibat kurangnya pemanfaatan data transaksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pola keterkaitan antar produk yang sering dibeli bersamaan untuk menghasilkan aturan asosiasi yang mendukung strategi promosi. Metodologi yang diterapkan di penelitian ini adalah CRISP-DM, meliputi pemahaman bisnis, pemahaman data, persiapan data, pemodelan, evaluasi, dan implementasi. Hasil analisis dengan minimum support 0,07 dan minimum confidence 0,7 menghasilkan sejumlah aturan asosiasi dengan nilai lift diatas 1, yang menunjukkan hubungan kuat antar produk. Aturan tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar rekomendasi strategi bundling produk untuk meningkatkan efektivitas promosi dan penjualan. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Apriori dapat menjadi alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pemasaran berbasis data, sehingga mendukung peningkatan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

PT Matra Digital Group is a company operating in the digital and information technology sector, managing four business units: Dezainla (printing and apparel manufacturing), Mits (device repair services), Sewain (device rental), and Marco Digital Partner (digital marketing). This research was conducted to formulate a strategic information systems and information technology (IS/IT) plan capable of supporting data integration, real-time operational monitoring, and more effective management decision-making. The methodology implemented is the Ward and Peppard framework. This approach involved a profound evaluation of the external business environment (PEST and Porter's Five Forces), alongside an in-depth assessment of the organization's internal business environment (Value Chain) as well as its internal and macro IS/IT ecosystems. The study's findings indicate that the company's current information systems operate in isolation (siloed) across departments, thereby triggering data multi-interpretation and hindering operational alignment. Based on this evaluation, the outputs of this research formulate strategic recommendations for IS, IT, and IS/IT governance, as well as an application portfolio mapped via the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The primary implementation focus is directed toward an ERP-like Integrated Information System, a Business Intelligence Dashboard, and an Integrated Financial System, which are projected to accelerate the company's long-term digital governance.
