The information system for processing student grade data at Karya Bhakti Middle School is currently not fully computerized. In processing student grade data, currently it is still done manually, such as using the Microsoft Excel module which has been designed and then given to the subject teacher and homeroom teacher during the process of filling in grades. This is one of the weaknesses where in the improvement of today's technology, a system with processes involving big data should be done easily and online. In this study the authors design and build a system that is expected to overcome these various problems. Data mining methods used are interviews, observation, and literature studies

The rapid development of information technology is characterized bythe complex use of technology that allows most human activities to be replaced by machines. In this condition, higher education management institutions are inseparable from the governance system that must always improve quality from time to time. St. Thomas Catholic University is one of the private colleges that has not fully optimized information technology and still uses conventional means for the internal management of the campus. One of the annual routine activities carried out is planning and development within the faculty which is outlined in the work plan and annual budget. The Annual Budget Plan (RAT) is prepared to ensure the implementation of administrative and academic activities of each unit at a university, especially at the faculty level and is usually planned to finance activities for 2 semesters in each year, namely even semesters and odd semesters. Against the background of these conditions, the design of the Activity Plan and Budget Information System (RKAT) which manages annual work program data, the size of the activity budget, budget realization to information on , the plan of activities to be carried out, this will be very helpful in managing data with a more efficient time. The method used is the Extremme Programming method which focuses on designing applications quickly supported by observation and literacy methods, and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling tools which are visual modeling of designing object-oriented systems.

Kemiskinan menjadi salah satu tolak ukur kesejahteraan bagi sebuah bangsa kemiskinan juga dapat dijadikan acuan untuk mengukur tingkat kemajuan sebuah negara. Bantuan Langsung Tunai di Desa Pagar Manik tidak luput dari berbagai kendala seperti kurangnya evaluasi terhadap warga sehingga mengakibatkan penyaluran dana bantuan langsung tunai tidak tepat sasaran. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan dengan metode SMART diharapkan dapat menentukan kriteria masyarakat yang berhak menerima bantuan langsung tunai dana Desa Pagar Manik. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini, metode yang dipakai untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan adalah metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang multiattribut, yaitu metode yang dapat memiliki lebih dari satu attribut. Teknik pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan multi attribut ini digunakan untuk mendukung seorang dalam memilih atau menentukan antara beberapa alternatif, dan setiap pembuat keputusan harus memilih sebuah alternatif yang sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah dirumuskan.

ABSTRAK Ujian adalah tes yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kemampuan seorang murid, mahasiswa atau calon pekerja. Biasanya ujian tes bentuknya tertulis, walaupun beberapa mungkin praktek atau komponen praktis, dan sangat bervariasi dalam struktur, isi dan kesulitan tergantung pada subjek, kelompok usia orang yang diuji dan profesi. Namun tidak jarang juga terjadinya kecurangan seperti kebocoran soal yang sering dilakukan oleh panitia. Soal ujian yang disajikan kepada para peserta ujian dan dalam pencapian hasil yang optimal maka perlu menyajikan soal ujian dalam bentuk pengelompokan/kategori seperti : Mudah, Sedang, Sulit dan dalam pelaksanaan ujian akan dilakukan pengacakan dan akan dilakukan cetak secara langsung di dipan para peseta uji untuk menghindari terjadinya kebocoran. Sistem aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengacak soal-soal ujian tersebut dengan menggunakan metode-metode pengacakan yang tersedia. Linear Congruent Method (LCM) adalah sebuah metode pengacakan yang masih belum sempurna karena masih memunculkan angka yang sama sehingga dibutuhkan metode Resuffle dan Rejection Method.

Exam questions made by lecturers in general in an educational institution around 99% are made from Microsoft Word applications. This happens because of the ability or skill of the question maker and the facilities of the institution. The exam questions that have been made seem like a consumable model, even though the material from these questions still has a relationship with the subject. With this condition the existing questions are not necessary and do not have to be destroyed, it should be stored and made into a question bank. So on the next examination the test questions stored in the bank questions to be randomized again to make new questions as many as the number of questions needed so that the exam questions are presented far from static and color and each test for each participant will never be the same as previous questions. and also the implementation of semi-computerized exams do not need to require a computer laboratory. This application is equipped with a randomization method, namely Linear Congruent Method (LCM), so that the questions that appear will never be the same each time printing a question in the form of executable (EXE), making it easier for study programs to make exam questions in multiple choices and in accordance with existing material in the syllabus and GBPP that apply from several lecturers who teach the same subject.

In a special room for smokers, Exhoust Fan is installed to clean the air and keep the room air fresh. Most Exhoust Fan works manually, not set automatically so that it has a constant rotational speed, so the function of the exhaust fan as an air purifier is not optimal. This study aims to apply a fuzzy method as well as to control the speed of the Exhoust Fan. Fuzzy logic will process the carbon monoxide gas which is detected by the MQ-3 sensor then the output decision maker is in the form of the Exhoust Fan rotation speed level which is exactly in accordance with the amount of carbon monoxide read by the MQ3 sensor. fuzzysugeno method can regulate the speed of putan fan based on the amount of carbon monoxide read by the MQ-3 sensor

The current examination must be clean and honest in order to get good and integrity resources so that the institutions that carry out the reception of human resources will be satisfied and successful. Likewise in the current era of computerization the North Sumatra regional police in carrying out personnel recruitment applies the concept of "TRUE" which means "Clean Transparent Accountable and Humanistic" with the jargon of Clear and Clean. Examination of the Academic Exams in accordance with the instructions and instructions from the National Police Headquarters of the Republic of Indonesia is carried out by combining computer technology with conventional models / manuals with Computer Answer Sheets (LJK). All selection participants who passed and did not pass were satisfied because with this method each participant could see the selection process from beginning to end in a very transparent manner, so that the perception of the community had always been negative thinking that the national police selection was not free from KKN practices. The concept of CONCRETE is a very good method and can be accounted for by all the elements involved in the process and can realize the selection process that is "Clear and Clean"

Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is a collection of instructions that function as a guide in the process of administering government, especially the Faculty section that is in a university. Through the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) to achieve its vision and mission. Students and Lecturers in the daily activities of the Faculty of Computer Science have functions and duties, rights and obligations that must be adhered to so that the process of academic activity in the lecture runs smoothly. Students in the Faculty of Computer Science are relatively old in understanding each line of each procedure in the announcement, so that the announcements from the Faculty often do not go as expected. What is not understood is not language but the flow of the activity procedure. To understand something better, it is necessary to provide an overview of multimedia-based visualization that describes the process part in conveying information or SOP announcements so that readers of the announcement can more easily digest the announcements submitted.

Teacher certification is a government effort in improving teacher quality by increasing teacher welfare, so that it will improve the quality of learning and the quality of education in a sustainable manner. The implementation of teacher certification is carried out by a process and several stages. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is a decision making technique by carrying out the weighted sum of each performance rating on each alternative of all attributes and requiring the decision matrix normalization process. This method is one method that can carry out multiple criteria assessments and in detail uses a comprehensive thinking framework and hierarchical process considerations which then calculates the weight for each criterion in determining the effectiveness of teacher certification submission in accordance with the quota.

Learning in an educational institution is considered as the initial stage of the formation of identity or the basic process of education, especially in primary schools. At this time students experience educational and learning process activities should be very fun in practicing the catchment of students. For this reason, it is necessary to make a media for introducing fauna recognition game models that are available in science subjects in grade 3 elementary school. This game is a learning game with fauna introduction, fauna needs and fauna grouping. The computer is one of the tools and is a technology product that is considered to have the ability to produce learning products that are integrated with CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction), CAI has many types for the learning process including drill and practice, simulation, tutorials, and games that have been developed. In this study, learning applications were made that apply one of the CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) methods in the form of games to increase students' interest in learning. With the help of adobe flash professional CS6 software, the application in this study was created. It is hoped that the application of the learning model of natural science games with the CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) method can help the learning process and understanding of the material.
