Abstract

This study discusses polyandry marriage in criminal law studies in Indonesia. In terms of marriage, there are still some Muslim women who violate Islamic law, either secretly who will carry out further marriages even though they are still married to other men (polyandry marriage), even though both are in the Qu’ran and Hadith which prohibits this act because it is an act of adultery with the threat of positive punishment as regulated in the Criminal Law Number 1 of 1946 and the Islamic Criminal Law. Because this polyandry marriage does not only involve the perpetrator but also other parties so that the marriage is carried out, the criminal arrangements in the Criminal Code related to polyandry marriage can be punishable with a sentence ranging from 9 months to 7 years in prison. In fact, polyandry marriage according to the Qoran and Hadith can be subject to death penalty, death penalty 100 times or imprisonment for 1 year.

Abstract

Abstrak─Sistem akuntansi merupakan formulir-formulir dan catatan-catatan, prosedur-prosedur serta alat-alat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data mengenai kesatuan ekonomis dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan umpan balik dalam bentuk laporan-laporan yang oleh pihak manajemen untuk mengawasi organisasi, dan bagi pihak lain yang berkepentingan dan lembaga-lembaga pemerintah untuk menilai hasil operasional satuan organisasi. Jadi jelaslah bahwa tujuan sistem akuntansi suatu organisasi disusun untuk mengidentifikasikan, merakit, mencatat dan melaporkan berbagai informasi yang berguna untuk pihak intern dan ekstem organisasi. Mahasiswa yang dapat memahaminya denga baik maka mereka masuk organisasi manapun akan dapat mengerjakan apapun yang menjadi tanggung jawab mereka.Kata Kunci: Sistem Akuntansi, pemimpin dan organisasiAbstract─The accounting system is forms and records, procedures and tools used to process data regarding economic unity with the aim of producing feedback in the form of reports by management to oversee the organization, and for other parties who interest and government agencies to assess the operational results of organizational units. So it is clear that the purpose of an organization's accounting system is arranged to identify, assemble, record and report various information that is useful for internal parties and external organizations. Abstract

True North true north is any point on the earth to the North pole, this is because the North and South poles point precisely to the earth's axis of rotation. Therefore true north is North based on the earth's axis not North based on the earth's magnetism. So the difference is true North shows the true north direction of the earth while magnetic North is the North direction of the magnetic compass needle. Magnetic north does not coincide with Earth's true north. To find out the true North of the earth using a compass, you need to know the magnetic declination first. To know the magnetic declination can be done through a magnetic declination calculator such as WMM (world magnetic model) which can be downloaded through the crowdmag application playstore. In determining the direction of the Qibla it is required to determine the True North point of the earth.

Abstract

As many as 80% of the judges' verdicts at the North Sumatra Religious Court (PA Sumut) were ignored by their former husbands, excluding education and health costs. This study aims: (1) to find out how to pay for children's livelihoods after divorce, from the perspective of the Syāfi`ī school of jurisprudence, (2) to find out how to pay for child support after divorce, with a positive legal perspective (3) to find out how to determine children's livelihoods after divorce from the perspective of the fiqh school of thought Shafi`ī PA North Sumatra. This research uses field research methods by collecting primary data with direct interview respondents, direct observation in North Sumatra PA, collecting closely related data and information, supported by library research methods. This type of research is field research. This research approach is sociological juridical. The nature of the research is descriptive-analysis. The data sources were obtained from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data collection methods by means of interviews and documentation. Research conclusions: (1) how to pay for child support after divorce from the perspective of the Syāfi`ī school of jurisprudence, namely a) asking or taking the method directly according to the local urf, b) giving it directly by the ex-husband or through a representative according to the local urf, c) filing a lawsuit. (2) The method of paying for children's livelihoods after divorce from a positive legal perspective, namely: a), handing over directly to the mother, b) the Court's decision due to divorce or sue (3) The way North Sumatra PA determines children's livelihoods after divorce, namely through: a) the child's mother, b) a verdict, c) filing a lawsuit.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of improving student learning outcomes in online learning with interactive media for grade 4 SD Negeri 1 Sendang students. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The subjects were grade 4 students of SD Negeri 1 Sendang, Todanan District, Blora Regency, totaling 15 students. The design of CAR uses interactive media to improve student learning outcomes in Thematic Subject 5 for grade 4 students of SD Negeri 1 Sendang. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data analysis used descriptive quantitative and qualitative statistics. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes, this can be seen from the results of the evaluation of the pre-action activities and each cycle, namely the pre-action by 33.3%., In the first cycle it was 53.3%, in the second cycle it was 66%., while the third cycle was 87%. Thus it can be concluded that the use of interactive media can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of the employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. The population in this study was 358 employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. While the samples were 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling with Judgment. The analysis tool used in this research was multiple linear regression, which was firstly examined by validity and reliability test. The results partially showed that there was significant influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of theemployees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. While the hypothesis test simultaneously with the test results obtained was significant influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of the employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. The coefficient of determination of the five independent variables = 66.3% meaning that the variation of the five independent variables in explaining productivity = 66.3% while the remaining 33.7% was explained by other variables that were not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh manakah pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan bagian Administrasi yang bertempat di PT.Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Jember, Dugaan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT.Indomarco Prismatama belum memberikan kinerja yang baik dan optimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 28 orang, sedangkan teknik pengambil sampel penelitian ini menggunakan Tekhnik sampel jenuh, yaitu sebanyak 28 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi statistik non parametris, yaitu koefisien korelasi dan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 28 orang responden, sedangkan taraf signifikansi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 0,05 atau taraf kepercayaan 95%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan karyawan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada kantor PT.Indomarco Prismatama cabang Jember. Kata Kunci:   Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Perkawinan beda agama selalu menyisakan permasalahan hukum di Indonesia salah satunya adalah terkait dengan hak kewarisan jika salah satu pasangan meninggal dunia. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, perbedaan agama merupakan salah satu hijab (penghalang) seorang ahli waris mendapatkan warisan dari pewaris. Kasus-kasus itu kemudian bergulir hingga pengadilan, karena ahli waris yang beda agama tersebut merasa ada ketidakdilan dan ketidakpastian hukum dalam mendapatkan hak waris dan harta warisan. Artinya aturan perundang-undangan yang ada belum memberikan perlindungan hukum karena ketiadaan hukum materiil yang mengaturnya.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah sumber data sekunder, yang didapat melalui bahan hukum yang berasal dari kewahyuan yatu Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh berupa data sekunder yaitu dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka (library research) atau penelusuran literatur. Untuk menganalisis data yang terhimpun dari penelusuran kepustakaan, maka penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Bahwa dalam perspektif hukum Islam pembagian harta peninggalan terhadap pasangan beda agama tidak dapat dilakukan karena beda agama merupakan salah satu faktor yang menjadi penyebab terhalangnya seorang ahli waris mendapatkan hak waris dari pewaris. Berdasarkan KUH Perdata, maka pasangan yang beda agama tetap mendapatkan hak warisnya, karena dalam perspektif KUH Perdata beda agama tidak merupakan penghalang untuk mendapatkan hak waris. Bahwa pemberian wasiat wajibah kepada ahli waris non-muslim merupakan bentuk kepastian hukum bagi pasangan beda agama terhadap harta peninggalan, disebabkan melalui jalur kewarisan tidak akan mungkin didapatkan karena terhalang dengan adanya hadis dari Nabi Muhammad SAW. Bahwa upaya perlindungan hukum bagi pasangan beda agama yang tidak menerima harta peninggalan adalah melalui putusan hakim yang memutuskan adanya lembaga wasiat wajib wajibah. Wasiat wajibah memberikan hak ahli waris pasangan beda agama untuk mendapatkan harta peninggalan meskipun bukan dengan jalan warisan

Abstract

This study aims to explore and test the perceptions of customers or customers of Islamic banking, especially North Sumatra with Islamic commercial bank offices and their business units regarding Customer Servoual Analysis in Choosing Islamic Banks in a more comparative way. The type used in this research is field research using a quantitative approach through descriptive methods. The results of the study show that the dimensions of perceived service level quality at Islamic banks in North Sumatra are Cartesian diagrams that the influence of service quality consists of: tangible (direct evidence), realiability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and empathy (empathy). ) on the level of customer satisfaction at Islamic banks studied in North Sumatra, namely BRI Syariah, Mandiri Syariah, BNI Syariah, North Sumatra Syariah, BCA Syariah, Niaga Syariah, Muamalat, and BTN Syariah in terms of tangibles are categorized as very good, reliability is categorized as very good. responsiveness is categorized as sufficient, assurance is categorized as sufficient, and empathy is categorized as very good. And for the five dimensions of service quality, the most dominant variable in service improvement is the tangible variable (direct evidence).Keywords: Servqual, Satisfaction and Customers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, compensation and career development on employee engagement. This study uses quantitative methods involving 78 respondents, namely all employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Medan Region. Data was collected using the distribution of questionnaires and interviews, secondary data was collected : agencies and literature studies. Data obtained were analyzed using statistical formulas, namely by using the validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23.0 program. results are study indicate that leadership has positive , significant effect on employee engagement with a sig. 0.000 0.05. Furthermore, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement with values and sig. 0.013 0.05. Meanwhile, career development does not have a significant effect on employee engagement with a sig value. 0.205 0.05. Leadership, compensation and career development simultaneously affect employee engagement with a value of sig 0.000 0.05. Based on the adjusted R Square value of 0.775 which can be called the coefficient of determination which in this case means 77.5% employee engagement can be obtained and explained by leadership, compensation and career development. While the remaining 22.5% is explained by other factors or variables outside. From the results of researh, it can be concluded that Bank Aceh Syariah Medan Region needs to evaluate the attitude of the leadership towards their subordinates and provide appropriate compensation to employees as motivation in strengthening employee engagement.Keywords: Leadership; compensation; Career Development; Employee Engagement.
