Abstract

This study aims to determine the transparency and accountability of the village government in managing the Village Fund Allocation (ADD). This type of research uses qualitative methods. The case study referred to is that the researcher aims to provide a clearer picture of more specific social situations by focusing on the management of Village Fund Allocation (add). The results show that the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability of the village government in managing the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is in accordance with Permendagri number 113 of 2014. The village government has proven its commitment or responsibility by complying with and following the stages and provisions that apply in accordance with the regulations has been stipulated in Permendagri number 113 of 2014. Keywords: Transparency, Accountability, Village Fund Allocation

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of Workplace Spirituality, Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Commitment. This type of research is quantitative that uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 138 respondents who were employees of Islamic Banking in Medan City. Data analysis techniques used SPSS 24 with multiple linear regression. Abstract

This research aims to measure the performance of zakat management based on the ratio of the National Zakat Index (IZN) at Baznas in North Sumatra Province. The research method used is a qualitative study with a descriptive analysis method. This study provides an overview of the performance of zakat management from the macro dimension (the role of government and society) and the micro dimension (the institutional zakat and the impact of zakat on mustahik). Based on the calculation results of Baznas IZN calculation in the macro dimension, it is worth 0.78, meaning that this index is in the good category and in the micro dimension is 0.74 this index is in the good category. The aggregate result of the National Baznas IZN value is 0.76, which illustrates the achievement of zakat management in the good category. Abstract

Accountability is a good Governance principle that must be realized, preparing a report of accountability at the time and in an appropriate manner by the trustee to account, report, and disclose the results of the activities that have been carried out to the trustee who has the right and authority to hold those activities accountable. Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) as the manager of zakat funds must always report the activities of collecting and disbursing funds to gain public trust, therefore it must have a financial report that is a reflection of good financial management by following under the regulation of zakat management UU No. 23 of 2011. This research aims to analyze the priority of problems and solutions to the implementation of financial accountability that needs to be reviewed by BAZNAS in North Sumatra in-depth to increase public trust. This type of research is a qualitative research that is transformed into quantitative research with the ANP method that uses super decision software. The data used is the primary data obtained from interviews with seven informants consisting of Sharia financial experts, practitioners, and academics who have an understanding of the issues discussed. The results of this study show that the priority of the problem in the implementation of financial accountability is the issue of internal audit. The priority of solutions in the implementation of financial accountability is human resources.

Abstract

PHBS yang tidak diterapkan, salah satunya yaitu dengan tidak mencuci tangan pada air yang mengalir. Dengan kondisi sedang terjadinya wabah pandemi Covid 19 tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadi transmisi tersebut. Tujuan pengabmas adalah menganalisis gambaran pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah Promosi Kesehatan. Metode pengabmas dengan melakukan survei alat ukur pre-test intervensi dan post-test, menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil luaran, sebagian besar menjadi baik. Luaran yang dihasilkan Koran, Poster mencuci tangan, dan jurnal pengabdian masyarakat. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabmas ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perilaku sehat mencegah penyakit, memelihara kesehatan, menciptakan dan memelihara lingkungan sehat, terciptanya kebijakan sekolah sehat serta berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan kebersihan perorangan dalam melakukan 3 M, mencuci tangan pakai sabun, memakai masker dan menjaga jarak dalam pencegahan Covid-19. Memanfaatkan sarana tempat cuci tangan yang telah diberikan dari kegiatan pengabmas, melanjutkan dengan menerapkan PHBS serta mengaktifkan UKS.

Abstract

This research examines the principles of Islamic legal thought of Jamal al-Banna with the aim of knowing the relevance of the principles of Islamic legal thought to the principles of religious moderation in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Intellectual Biography of Jamal al-Banna and the Principles of Islamic Legal Thought of Jamal al-Banna Relevant to the Principles of Religious Moderation in Indonesia. This research is a doctrinal Islamic law research using historical (historical) content analysis approach. The primary data source for this research is the work of Jamal al-Banna himself namely Naḥwa Fiqh Jadîd and the book Religious moderation authored by Research and Development Team of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia.This research is also supported by secondary sources in the form of works related to the topic of study. Religious moderation is actually the essence and substance of religious teachings which are not exaggerated at all, either in perspective or attitude. This study concludes There are 2 (two) textually the principles of Islamic legal thought of Jamal al-Banna that are relevant to religious moderation in Indonesia, namely: justice and tolerance. As for substantially there are also 2 (two), namely: the value of the principle of "facilitating" is the same as Tawassut and compassion is the same as the principle of equality (musawah/egalitarian).

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the material related to corporate financial management, which in this study will focus more on family takaful insurance companies, this research method is through a literature study by collecting literature related to looking at all sources related to the financial performance of tabarru funds. by using a literature study, then every data found by the author will try to separate between what is considered true and not true. The results of this study indicate that tabarru funds are used by family takaful insurance companies to help fellow customers in need, then takaful applies the principle of shring of risk realized through the collection of tabarru funds, so as to be able to create solidarity, mutually protect relationships and establish kinship among participants. Then the participant's funds are managed by family takaful insurance based on a tijarah contract which is free from elements of obscurity, usury gambling etc., participant funds will be invested in sharia-based investment instruments such as sharia stocks, sukuk, syr'i mutual funds, so that they can move the economy to realize people's welfare

Abstract

The study involved 300 MSME customers of PT BSM in North Sumatra, aiming to investigate the impact of learning and memory on financing decisions, with brand equity as a mediating variable. The study also incorporates the Maqasid Shariah perspective. This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, employing quota sampling techniques for sample selection and utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Respondents' perceptions are measured using Likert scales. The research method utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, with a significance level of 5%. Data processing is conducted using Smart PLS 3.0 software, and references are managed through the Mendeley 7th edition program. The findings reveal that customer motivation affects financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer perception does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer learning does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer memory does not affect financing decisions in PT BSM's micro-financing. Customer motivation does not affect brand equity. Customer perception affects brand equity. Customer learning affects brand equity. Customer memory affects brand equity. PT BSM's brand equity influences microfinance decisions. Brand equity mediates the influence between customer psychology on microfinance decisions at PT BSM in North Sumatra. The implications of this study encourage PT BSM to enhance awareness of Shariah banking services, emphasizing the importance of Shariah banks in achieving Maqasid Shariah
