Abstract

Pupuk merupakan sarana produksi utama dalam setiap usahatani. Kebutuhan pupuk setiap musim tanam semakin meningkat sehingga terjadi kelangkaan pupuk pada beberapa sentra produksi pertanian. Kelangkaan pupuk terutama yang bersubsidi ini terjadi karena perbedaan perhitungan jumlah kebutuhan pupuk antara petani dengan Deptan, adanya pemborosan ditingkat petani karena belum sesuainya dosis, waktu pemberian dan cara pemupukan untuk setiap lokasi, jenis dan fase pertumbuhan tanaman. Selain itu, penyebab terjadi kelangkaan pupuk karena adanya kenakalan dan kemacetan dalam jalur distribusi pupuk bersubsidi dan terjadi penggunaan pupuk bersubsidi untuk industri dan bukan langsung didistribusikan ke petani. Upaya untuk mengatasi kelangkaan pupuk antara lain adalah pengelolaan hara spesifik lokasi, pemanfaatan bahan organik, dan penggunaan pupuk hayati. Selain itu juga dilakukan upaya perbaikan budaya dan karakter semua pelaku yang berhubungan dengan pupuk.

Abstract

Inoculant with N2 fixation capacity and optimal cell density and the concentration of precursor in the synthesis of growth hormone is required in the production process of liquid biofertilizers Azospirillum. This experiment was conducted in order to study the effect of the combination of the concentration of tryptophan as precursors and initial concentration of inoculants Azospirillum to the increased production of hormones, nitrogen, and the cell density of liquid biofertilizers. Completely randomized design with nine treatment combinations initial concentration inoculant (5, 10 and 15%) and the concentration of tryptophan (without, 50 and 100 g mL-1) with three replications was used in this study. The results showed a positive effect occurs from the initial inoculum concentration Azospirillum and tryptophan concentration on nitrogen and production of IAA, but has no effect on cell density Azospirillum. The technology to manufacture biofertilizer liquid inoculant Azospirilum with an initial concentration of 10% and 50 g ml-1 tryptophan is the best combination in producing of liquid biofertilizer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors associated with the decision of farmers to convert agricultural land and agricultural land conversion effect on the welfare of farm households. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires to the respondents and in-depth interviews to key informants (PPL Agriculture, village officials and PLKB), while the secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies, both government documents and village leaders and village existing institutions. The respondents were selected purposively as many as 34 respondents in village Lubang Buaya, District Setu. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The statistical test used was a cross-tabulation with chi- square test and Spearman rank correlation test. The results showed that the dominant factor influencing farmers' land conversion is the effect of the frequency of arrival of businessmen and entrepreneurs. The greater area of land conversion, the income of farmers after land conversion becomes less. More and more land is converted, the welfare of farmers has declined

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the amount of production in one growing season and measure the efficiency of production factors for a one-time harvest. The method used in this study is a survey method with the case in Kampung Rawa Ants RT / RW 04/12 Margahayu Village, East Bekasi. A total of 30 farmers caisim as respondents. The analysis model used is the Cobb-Douglas models, followed by analysis of the elasticity of production factors. The results showed that (a) chicken manure significantly affect yield while seed, urea fertilizer , KCl fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, TSP fertilizers and pesticides have no effect, (b) the use of factors of production is not efficient KCl fertilizer, chicken manure fertilizer and pesticides, while seeds, urea fertilizers , NPK and TSP fertilizer inefficient.

Abstract

Utilization of a combination of municipal solid waste compost and Gliocladium sp. as decomposing microorganisms in the chili farm business is still a little revealed, although the chilli plants have high economic value. This study revealed the combined effect of organic manure from domestic waste and Gliocladium sp. on growth and yield of chili (Capsicum annum L.). Organic matter can reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers up to 50% with no different yield compared with yield on chili plants use inorganic fertilizer in accordance with recommended dosage

Abstract

Generally microbes in biofertilizer packaged in a carrier material powder and liquid form. Each inoculant requires media requirements and characteristics of differentcarrier materials. This research aims to study the composition of the carrier material N2 fixation biofertilizer (Azotobacter and Azospirillum) from paddy ecosystem in the form of powder. The study was conducted in two stages: (a) Test Viability of biofertilizer compositions from three carriers which performed at the Laboratory with the observed response variable bacterial populations on a regular basis ie 1, 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 30 and, 42 weeks after production and (b) Testing the addition of nutrients and the ratio of pure cultures with the carrier materials on viability of bacteria using a complete randomized block design consisting of 12 treatment combinations of nutrients and the addition of pure cultures with different ratios of carrier. The experimental results show that the carrier material of peat and compost is the best carrier with the highest bacterial viability until the age of 42 weeks after the production of fertilizer. The formulation of biofertilizer with addition of 0.5% nutrient + 35% culture and biofertilizer formulation with the addition of 1% nutrient + 30% culture better in supporting the viability of the bacteria until the age of 20 weeks after production.

Abstract

Increased intensity of use of inorganic fertilizers affect the soil health declinecharacterized by the decline of soil organic carbon. Attempts to paddy soil healthremediation can be conducted by using straw compost and biofertilizer which adaptive onpaddy soil ecosystems. This research aimed to study of restore of soil health and fertilitythrough the use of biological fertilizers, rice straw compost and fertilizer urea in lowlandrice. The research was conducted use factorial randomized block design consisting of twofactors, ie the combination of nitrogen fixation biofertilizer and straw compost (factor A)and nitrogen fertilizer (factor B). The results showed that the application of biofertilizer400 g ha-1 and 2 ha-1 tons of rice straw compost can restore soil health as indicated byan increase in soil organic C from 1.25% to over 2% and the increased population andactivity of bacteria.

Abstract

Some microbes in the group non-symbiotic bacteria capable of fix nitrogen. The process of nitrogen fixation by non-symbiotic bacteria requires several conditions : (1) the enzyme nitrogense, (2) the availability of energy resources in the form of ATP, (3) the potential lowering of the electron source, (4) a system of protection of nitrogenase enzyme from inactivation by oxygen, and (5) rapid transfer of nitrogen to prevent the inhibition of the enzyme nitrogenase. The result of nitrogen fixation by non-symbiotic aerobic bacteria was higher than the non-symbiotic fixation by anaerobic bacteria. The mechanism of protection of nitrogenase from oxygen by non-symbiotic aerobic bacteria are consuming excessive O2 for respiration and Azotobacter which have a capsule mucus (EPS) a thick helping protect the enzyme nitrogenase from O2. For anaerobic bacteria oxygen is not a problem because the environmental of bacteria are low oxygen

Abstract

Meatball stalls are a culinary business that has many fans in many places, including Bekasi City. A culinary phenomenon with a unique appeal is an interesting theme to research. This study aims to determine the internal and external environmental factors that influence the marketing strategy at Warung Bakso Titoti, find out the business position, find out alternative marketing strategies as well as priority strategies that Warung Bakso Titoti can choose during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a case study method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analytical tools used are the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The results show that the main strengths and weaknesses are the good quality of raw materials and weak financial management. The main opportunities and threats are that there are still many marketing areas that have not been reached and the potential for the emergence of similar competitors is increasing. Titoti meatball shop business position is in cell I, namely in the growth and build position. The priority strategy that Warung Bakso Titoti can apply in marketing is to increase meatball product innovation in the face of competition.

Abstract

Rubber plantations in Indonesia is largely managed by the Government and most private rubber plantations owned by the people even though on a small scale but the number of people large enough rubber estates. The farmers ' efforts to improve the results of its production is still very far from expected, this of course requires cooperation between farmers and agricultural extension officers as stakeholders in regards to the transfer of various information. This research aims to know the role of agricultural extension officers in farmer group, to know the performance of the farming, and analyze the role of agricultural extension officers with performance rubber plantation farming in the country big, Way Kanan Regency. The results showed the role of farmer dikelompok extension officers have not been fullest but already entered in the category quite nicely. Application of technology of rubber cultivation had already entered in that category either because farmers in its application in accordance with the recommended by the Plantation Counties the Way Kanan. The role of agricultural extension officers relations with performance rubber plantation farming is very low and not significant impact on rubber farmers in the land of big, Way Kanan Regency.
