Abstract

 ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap Implementasi Penyusunan Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja Pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Implementasi Penyusunan Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja Pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Implementasi Penyusunan Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja Pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng, (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, Kompetensi dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan terhadap Implementasi Penyusunan Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja Pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian non-eksperimen eksploratif yang bersifat komparatif dan dikaitkan dengan penelitian korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng dalam hal ini  jumlah pegawai sebanyak 50 orang, Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Implementasi Penyusunan Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja Pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng, dapat dilihat dari Hasil analisis yang menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Squared = R2). Ini berarti bahwa variabel Motivasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan dapat menjelaskan variabel yang mempunyai kontribusi terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng, dan masih banyak dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel penelitian ini. Variabel Budaya organisasi adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Implementasi Penyusunan Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja Pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng, dengan nilai koefisien Beta Standardized dari variabel Motivasi, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap Implementasi Penyusunan Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja Pada Dinas Kominfo Statistik Dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research are: (1) To knowing the influence of motivation againts Implementation of Performance Based Budgeting at the Office of Communication ,Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District, (2) To knowing the influence of Competency Againts Implementation of Performance Based Budgeting at the Office of Communication ,Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District, 3) To knowing the influence of Organizational Culture Againts Implementation of Performance Based Budgeting at the Office of Communication ,Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District, (4) To knowing the influence of Motivation, Competency and Organizational Culture simultaneously againts Implementation of Performance Based Budgeting at the Office of Communication ,Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District. The research method used in this research is the Oncoming Research used quantitative research. The type of research used is non-experimental explorative experiments that are comparative and related to correlational research. The sample in this research is the employee in Office of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District. In this case the numbers of employees are 50 people; the method of sampling is done by census method. Result of the research shows that the motivation, competency, and organizational culture have positive and significant influence simultaneously to the Implementation of Performance Based Budgeting at the Office of Communication ,Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District, can be seen from the result of analysis that yield the coefficient of determination (R Squared = R2). This means that the variables of motivation, competency, and organizational culture simultaneously can explain the variables that have contributed to the performance of employees at the Office of Communication, Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District, and still many influenced by other variables that are not included in this research variables. Organizational culture variable is the variable that is the most significant influence to the Implementation of Performance Based Budgeting at the Office of Communication ,Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District, with the value of Beta Standardized coefficients of the variables Motivation, competency, and organizational culture on the Implementation of Performance Based Budgeting at the Office of Communication ,Information, Statistics and Encrpytion in Bantaeng District. Keywords: Motivation, Competency, Organizational Culture

Abstract

This article aims to informed and saw the effect of learning facilities utilization, learning discipline and learning motivation of the students' learning outcomes in Economic Faculty Padang State University.This research is   and associative.The study population all students Stata 1 Grade 2012-2014 of Economic Faculty Padang State University 1344 people, the number of samples 364 people.The sample collection technique proportionally stratified random sampling.Data and data sources are primary data and secondary data. The test instrument validity and reliability.Analyzed using descriptive and inductive analysis. The results showed that: 1) Facilities utilization learning significantly and contribution influence student learning discipline  2) Learning discipline significantly and contribution influence learnign,3) Facilities utilization learning, learning discipline  and learning motivation have a significant and contribution on students' learning outcomes in Economic Faculty Padang State University.                         Keywords: Learning Facility Utilization, Learning disciplibe, learning motivation, and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the school environment, peers, and study motivation on the student achievement in SMK business management marketing majors south jambi subdistrict jambi city. By using proportional random sampling technique analysis, the obtained of samples with the number of students is 109. The results showed, in the school environment to support Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in a school environment in order to support the smooth implementation of the learning process, should be able to pay attention to the need for means of support. Thus, students can develop their skills with the help of friends his age to be more motivated to improve learning outcomes, especially in the field of vocational students of business management marketing majors south jambi subdistrict jambi city.   Keyword : School Environment, Peers, Study Motivation, Study Achievement.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR), quality of service and promotion brand image of Telkomsel in Padang. Type of research is causative. The population in this study is the people of Padang who know CSR program, feel quality of service and know the promotion by Telkomsel in Padang. Sample based on Non Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used multiple regression and hypothesis testing using F-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that 1) corporate social responsibility (CSR) have a significant influence on brand image of the Telkomsel in Padang. 2) The quality of service have a significant influence on brand image of Telkomsel in Padang. 3) Promotion have a significant influence on brand image of Telkomsel in Padang. From the research, it appears that the promotion variables have a greater influence than the variables CSR and quality of service. Furthermore, CSR variables has the second largest effect than the variable quality of service and variables that have the smallest effect in this study is the variable quality of service. So that means the promotion variables have a very important role in enhancing the brand image of the Telkomsel in Padang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.  Populasi yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Paparabun Perfume yang berdomisili di kota Padang. Secara umum diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat positif bagi Paparabun, akademisi dan praktisi Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang pelanggan Paparabun Parfume. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder dan primer. Untuk melakukan pengumpulan data dan informasi maka dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Didalam model penelitian ini digunakan dua kategori variabel. Pertama variabel dependen yaitu loyalitas pelanggan. Kedua adalah variabel independen yaitu kualitas produk, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan. Untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis model regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama ditemukan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Paparabun Parfum. Pada pengujian hipotesis kedua ditemukan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Paparabun Parfum. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelangga menggunakan Paparabun Parfume Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas Pelanggan,    Paparabun Perfume

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to analyze the influence of smart campus information technology assessment, implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, the knowledge management skills of leadership and motivation of faculty performance UNP. The study population is a lecturer at the State University of Padang. The sample size was determined based on the requirements of SEM analysis using maximum likelihood estimation model to obtain the 175 respondents with randome proportional sampling technique. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling software AMOS19. The results of the study is the assessment of smart information technology campuses significant effect on knowledge management, leadership skills significantly influence the Management of knowledge, leadership skills significant effect on faculty performance, and motivation significantly influence the performance of the lecturer. Abstract

This Research is aimed to analyze the influence of a leadership, the managing of policy, education level and the benefit of irrigation sector toward P3A participation in irrigation of Water Resource and Irrigation Sector Managing Program or( WISMP). This Research is using a survey method with the analyze of descriptive of associative with the regreation of  double program. The member of Respoundenceare about 187 people consist of  P3A member of WISMP in Kuranji Regency. The example of this research is choosed by the Sampling of Random Method it based on strata identification for education from the member of P3A WISMP. The Result of the research conclude that leadership, managing policy and irrigation benefit, they are significant influenced to ward participation to P3A members in irrigation  program in a WISMP Program. Its means with the development of leadership, managing policy and benefit of irrigation will increase of member participation of P3A in irrigation managing, meanwhile, level of education, not really signification influence toward member P3A participation in managing irrigation, although the education always improving. That way of the leadership, managing policy, education level and the benefit of irrigation have a positive effect to all of them. So with the conclusion we get the Leadership influence, policy management, education management and benefit of irrigation toward member of P3A participation in of WISMP only 45,50 % while 58,50% is again influenced by other variable. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence Leadership, Compensation and Organizational Climate on job satisfaction of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Padang. This study uses quantitative methods. The study population was all public servants who work in Padang BPBDs totaling 58 people, and samples were taken with a stratified random sampling with a sample size of 51 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The results were analyzed by the method of data collection path analysis (path analysis) using SPSS. The results based pathway analysis showed that (1) the direct effect of leadership variables amounting to 7.39% and the indirect effect of 4.06% on job satisfaction through organizational climate, (2) variable compensation amounted to 10.63% direct effect and influence 3% directly to job satisfaction through organizational climate, (3) the direct effect of organizational climate variables for 25.76% of the employee satisfaction BPBDs Padang, while 49.16 is influenced by other factors outside the study. Abstract

This study as a purpose to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control to intention of credit card ownership. The object of this study is customer of Bank which do not have credit card. This research was conducted on 105 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis is processed by using SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) and data is processed by using SmartPLS tools. The results of this study indicate that the attitude proved to have a significant effect on intention of credit card ownership because it has a T-value above 1.96 that is 3,372, subjective norms have not proven significant effect to intention of credit card ownership because it has T - value below 1.96 that is 1.537, perceived behavioral control found the results proved to have a significant effect to intention of credit card ownership because it has T - value above 1.96 that is 3,689. Therefore, the result of this study stated that attitude and perceived behavioral control has significantly effect to intention of credit card ownership, whereas subjective norm has no significant effect to intention of credit card ownership.
