Abstract

The rapid development of the fashion industry has influenced consumer behavior in selecting clothing products, including dresses. Allfaza Collection, a store located in Depok City, still uses a manual ordering and transaction system, requiring customers to visit the store in person to make purchases. This poses a challenge for customers outside the city or those who prefer online transactions. Additionally, the absence of a product recommendation feature makes it difficult for customers to choose products that suit their preferences. This study aims to develop a web-based reservation system for daster dress orders, incorporating a product recommendation feature to assist customers in selecting suitable products. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, interviews with the store owner, and customer surveys to understand their product selection preferences. The research results indicate that the developed information system successfully enhances the efficiency of daster dress order transactions at Allfaza Collection. System testing was conducted using the White Box and User Response methods, demonstrating that the system facilitates customer purchases and provides real-time inventory information. With this system, customers can easily access the product catalog, place orders, and receive product recommendations based on their preferences, thereby improving customer satisfaction and store management efficiency.

Abstract

Transformasi peran perempuan tani di Indonesia menjadi kunci dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya melalui peningkatan kewirausahaan berbasis pertanian. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi upaya pemberdayaan perempuan tani melalui budidaya markisa dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kirai Emas 12 di Depok, Jawa Barat. Dengan kondisi lahan terbatas, KWT ini menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan pemasaran produk markisa. Melalui pelatihan budidaya markisa menggunakan sistem hidroponik dan strategi pemasaran digital, program ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi pertanian yang efisien serta membuka peluang pasar lebih luas melalui platform digital. Hasil yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan hasil produksi markisa, adopsi teknologi modern dalam budidaya, serta kemampuan pemasaran melalui e-commerce dan media sosial. Program ini juga berfokus pada pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai agen perubahan dalam ekonomi lokal. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, KWT Kirai Emas 12 tidak hanya memperoleh keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi, yang pada gilirannya memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga dan komunitas. Implementasi solusi berbasis teknologi ini sejalan dengan tujuan SDGs, terutama dalam mengurangi kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kesetaraan gender.

Abstract

Information technology is now increasingly developing, the need for quality information is very necessary. Technological developments have greatly influenced the order of life or certain rules and systems that can be utilized in various fields, one of which is education. Along with the increasingly rapid development of technology, every school should be able to make good use of advances in information systems. This is proven by advances in information technology such as internet technology and websites which are able to process data input and output quickly and accurately, especially in the implementation of New Student Admissions (PPDB). However, currently there are still many schools in Indonesia that have not implemented an online-based PPDB system. One of them is Waled Kota Public Elementary School. This school still uses conventional methods of conducting PPDB, where the system is still handwritten to record student data in its PPDB. In the 2020/2021 academic year there were 98 applicants and in the new academic year the school is expected to be able to accept as many as 160 prospective students. Based on the data obtained, with a system that is still conventional in the process, the performance of employees in the administration section is not optimal, wastes a lot of energy and takes a very long time to serve new student admissions, resulting in slow announcements of information for prospective new students. To overcome this problem, an information system is needed to carry out the PPDB process. With this system, it is hoped that the PPDB process can run more quickly and efficiently and the results of new student admissions can be monitored directly by prospective students, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of services provided by the school.

Abstract

The advancement of science and technology has continuously increased in line with various human needs. In addition, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in the number of smartphones connected to the network in Indonesia increasing to 370.1 million in January 2022. The problem that arises is children who are lazy to study, especially learning to recite the Koran and how to make educative learning methods for children to know hijaiyah letters or learn to recite the Koran. Data collection techniques used in are: interviews, observation, and literature study. MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) is a system development method that is suitable for developing multimedia systems because of the use of computers to represent and combine text, sound, images, and animation in an application system. By making this application it can help in good interaction between users because of the menu feature to play games together. An educational application game was created that provides a learning experience as well as playing so that children are more diligent in learning hijaiyah letters or the Al-Qur'an. The display design of the application is designed to be attractive to give new impetus for children to recognize hijaiyah letters, so they don't get bored and lazy when learning to recognize hijaiyah letters.

Abstract

IBI Laundry is a laundry service business that still relies on manual systems for order processing and customer data management, resulting in various issues such as disorganized data, risk of information loss, and inefficient service delivery. Therefore, a web-based system is needed to support faster, more accurate, and integrated operations. This research aims to design a web-based E-Laundry system to assist IBI Laundry in managing transactions and customer data digitally. The development method used in this study is Extreme Programming (XP), which emphasizes team collaboration, iterative development, and rapid user feedback. The stages in this method include planning, design, coding, and testing. The result of this research is a web-based E-Laundry system with features such as laundry status tracking, customer data management, and transaction reporting. The implementation of this system improves service efficiency and organization, as well as enhances customer satisfaction with IBI Laundry's services. This study is expected to be an innovative solution for the digitalization of laundry services and serve as a reference for similar system development projects.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan tani di Indonesia, terutama di perkotaan, menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam hal keterbatasan lahan, pengetahuan budidaya, serta pemasaran produk. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah melalui pengembangan kapasitas kewirausahaan yang melibatkan penerapan teknologi informasi dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini berfokus pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kirai Emas 12 di Depok, Jawa Barat, yang mengelola usaha pertanian markisa. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat yang melibatkan pelatihan budidaya hidroponik, pemasaran digital, dan manajemen usaha berbasis teknologi, anggota KWT Kirai Emas 12 berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan mereka. Pelatihan teknik hidroponik memungkinkan mereka untuk mengelola tanaman markisa meskipun dengan lahan terbatas, sementara pelatihan pemasaran digital membuka peluang untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar produk mereka. Selain itu, pengembangan keterampilan manajerial membantu anggota dalam mengelola usaha secara lebih terstruktur dan profesional. Program ini menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan baik secara sosial maupun ekonomi, dengan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota, memperkuat ekonomi lokal, dan memberikan peluang pasar yang lebih luas. Keberlanjutan program ini terjaga dengan adanya pelatihan lanjutan dan pembentukan kader lokal untuk melanjutkan pengembangan usaha. Secara keseluruhan, program ini menjadi model pemberdayaan perempuan tani yang dapat diterapkan pada kelompok tani lainnya di Indonesia.

Abstract

Learning basic coding is an important skill in today's digital world. It is especially relevant for middle school students who need to develop computational thinking early on. This study aims to create and test the effectiveness of an interactive website with artificial intelligence (AI) as a learning tool for coding for students at SMPN 3 Tangerang Selatan. The website offers interactive modules such as step-by-step tutorials, practical exercises, and AI features that provide automatic feedback, error correction, and personalized learning recommendations based on students' progress. The research uses a software development approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), involving 50 students from SMPN 3 as test subjects. Data was collected through surveys, coding understanding tests, and observations of student participation before and after using the website. The results showed a significant improvement in understanding basic coding concepts such as variables, loops, and conditions, by 35%. Additionally, student engagement increased by 40% compared to traditional learning methods. The AI features were found to be effective in reducing individual learning difficulties, with student satisfaction reaching 85%. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that an AI-based interactive website can be an innovative choice to improve the effectiveness of coding learning at the middle school level. This study encourages further development for wider implementation and contributes to the field of educational technology, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is a crucial aspect in human resource management, especially in an effort to identify outstanding individuals who contribute significantly to the achievement of organizational goals. However, there are still many companies that face obstacles in the assessment process that are not objective, lack clear indicators, and are done manually, causing injustice and reducing employee motivation and loyalty. This study aims to design and implement a decision support system based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods in determining the best employees at PT. Sakura Is The Main Character. The AHP method was chosen because of its ability to process multicriteria problems quantitatively and systematically through paired comparisons to determine the weight of each criterion. The system developed is implemented in the form of a web-based application to facilitate the evaluation process digitally and structured. The results showed that this system is able to provide an objective, transparent, and accurate assessment based on predetermined criteria, namely performance, discipline, skills, and responsibility. Thus, this system is expected to improve the quality of decision-making and create a fairer work environment and motivate employees to continue to improve their performance.
