Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Direktorat Risk Management Bank Syariah Indonesia Gedung Graha Mandiri, Jakarta Pusat.Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data ini menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik dan sistem penghargaan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Direktorat Risk Management Bank Syariah Indonesia Gedung Graha Mandiri, Jakarta Pusat.Implikasi. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai perusahaan dapat meningkatkan lingkungan kerja non fisik dan sistem penghargaan karena pengaruh antar variabel tersebut sebesar 58,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the work performance of employees of PT Advindo Kikaku, South Tangerang. This research is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 68 respondents. The results showed that: (1) work motivation has a positive effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 18,469 + 0,588X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0,650 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 42,3 % while the remaining 57,7% is influenced by other factors, hypothesis testing obtained t count 6,951 > t table 1,668 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 so, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 20,790 + 0,530X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0,653 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 42,6 % while the remaining 57,4% is influenced by other factors.  hypothesis testing obtained t count 7,002 > t table 1,668 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 so, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted (3) Work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 15,522 + 0,343X1 + 0,315X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0,707 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 50 % while the remaining 50% is influenced by other factors, the hypothesis test is assessed by f count of 32,468 > f table of 3,99 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Korin Technomic Tangerang. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all 55 employees of PT Korin Technomic. This sampling technique uses saturated samples with a sample size of 55 people. The data analysis method in this research uses the SPSS IBM Version 26 application. Includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, multiple coefficient test, t test and f test. The results of this research are that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a determination value of 36.7% and in hypothesis testing the calculated t value > t table or 5.549 > 2.006 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a determination value of 51.5% and in the hypothesis test the calculated t value < t table or 7.496 < 2.006 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 4.537 + 0.318 X1 + 0.580 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 60.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or 39.521 > 3.172. This is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline and the work environment on employee performance at PT Korin Technomic Tangerang.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) aims to optimize physical and mental health through the implementation of work-life balance within the Indonesian Fitness Sports Community (ORKI) in Tangerang. This activity is based on the need to raise public awareness about the importance of maintaining a balance between work and personal life to achieve holistic health. The methods employed include morning exercise, archery, and focus group discussions (FGDs), designed to strengthen participants' understanding of the close relationship between physical health, mental well-being, and life balance. The results of the activity demonstrate active participation and high enthusiasm from ORKI members, who not only gained an understanding of the importance of holistic health but also acquired new insights on managing time, involvement, and satisfaction in daily life. This activity strengthens the collaboration between Pamulang University and ORKI in promoting a healthy, productive lifestyle that benefits the community.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the industry, business organizations must be able to compete for the sustainability of business operations. Quality human resources are indispensable in carrying out company activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Compensation and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Putra Sinar Gas. The method used was quantitative with a sampling technique using saturated sampling and a sample of 50 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Compensation (X1) affects employee performance (Y) with a determination coefficient value of 0.581 or 58.1% and the hypothesis test is obtained by calculating t > t table (8,160 > 2,012). Leadership Style (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a determination coefficient value of 0.384 or 38.4% and the hypothesis test was obtained by t calculation > t table (5,465 > 2,012). Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a determination coefficient value of 0.585 or 58.5% and the hypothesis test was obtained F count > F table (33,144 > 3,190).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT Elektronic City Indonesia Tbk Sudirman branch, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique consisted of 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical hypothesis tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12,370 + 0.699X1. Hypothesis tests obtained a calculated t-value > table t or (6.462 > 2.011). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Elektronic City Indonesia Tbk Sudirman branch. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 21,546 + 0.478X2. The hypothesis tests obtained a calculated t-value > t-table or (6.566 > 2.011). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT Elektronic City Indonesia Tbk Sudirman branch. Work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9,542 + 0.453X1 + 0.316X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (37.400 > 3.20). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is simultaneously a significant influence between work discipline and work motivation on employee performance of PT Elektronic City Indonesia Tbk Sudirman Branch.

Abstract

elitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Supra Primatama Nusantara Cabang Mangarai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 56 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji Regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t secara parsial dan uji f secara simultan. Hasil penelitian bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (8,147 > 2,007) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka Ho1 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,756 > 2,007) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka Ho2 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Disiplin kerja lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (46,363 > 3,180) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka Ho3 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Disiplin kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh Hasil nilai R-square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,636 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersamasama memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan 63,6%, sedangkan sisanya 36,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: kunjungan ibu hamil untuk melakukan pemeriksaan Antenatal Care (ANC) sangat penting karena akan mengurangi komplikasi kehamilan yang dapat mempengaruhi angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Selama melakukan kunjungan asuhan antenatal, ibu hamil akan mendapatkan serangkaian pelayanan pemeriksaan kehamilan dan informasi sekitar kehamilan. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi Gambaran Alasan Kunjungan Antenatal Care pada ibu hamil. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan multiple holistic pada ibu hamil primigravida. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam. Data yang didapatkan dilakukan transkripsi dan di analisis secara konten dan interpretasi pemaknaan. Hasil:  Terdapat 5 tema yang di dapatkan yaitu kepatuhan kunjungan antenatal care, Pemahaman positif akan tujuan antenatal care, Support system Antenatal care adalah keluarga, Alasan utama antenatal care adalah kehamilan pertama, Respon positif terhadap antenatal care Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan terhadap 4 partisipan, maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa ibu hamil primigravida patuh dalam melakukan kunjungan antenatal care sesuai dengan yang di tentukan oleh departemen kesehatan, adapun dari hasil studi kasus ini alasan ibu hamil primigravida mengunjungi pelayanan antenatal care yaitu persepsi rasa ingin tahu ibu terhadap kehamilan, adanya dorongan keluarga, pengalaman kehamilan pertama, perasaan ibu primigravida dan mendapat informasi terkait kehamilan. Perawat memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi ibu hamil dalam antenatal care visit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee branding and corporate reputation on the intention to apply among Generation Z students (a case study of Management Program students at Universitas Pamulang), both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with an associative quantitative approach. The population consists of a group of individuals, and data collection is carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing, supported by the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results show that employee branding significantly influences the intention to apply. This is evidenced by the statistical analysis, which demonstrates a strong relationship and a substantial contribution of employee branding to the intention to apply. Similarly, corporate reputation also significantly affects the intention to apply, supported by strong statistical relationships and a meaningful contribution. Simultaneously, employee branding and corporate reputation have a significant effect on the intention to apply. This conclusion is supported by the results of hypothesis testing, showing a very strong relationship and a considerable contribution of these factors to the intention to apply. The study concludes with a regression equation demonstrating the relationship between the variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the effect of Recruitment and Training on Employee Performance at PT Star Abadi Ratu Indonesia Bogor West Java. This type of research uses Quantitative Method with associative approach. Data collection techniques in this study use observation techniques, questionnaires and library studies. Data obtained by the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS version 26 calculations, at a significance level of a 5% hypothesis test. This research was conducted at PT Star Abadi Ratu Indonesia Bogor West Java. Based on the results of this study, there is a significant influence partially and simultaneously between Recruitment and Training on Employee Performance. The Recruitment hypothesis test obtained a value of tcount>ttable (7.350> 1.674) tcount is greater than ttable with a significance value of 0.000 which means less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Training Hypothesis Test obtained tcount>ttable (10.156>1.674) tcount is greater than ttable with a significance value of 0.000 which means it is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05). And the Recruitment and Training hypothesis test obtained Fcount>Ftable (60.138>3.17) Fcount is greater than Ftable with a significance value of 0.000 which means it is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05) thus Hₒ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted meaning that both partially and simultaneously recruitment and training have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Star Abadi Ratu Indonesia Bogor West Java
