Abstract

This investigation aims to explore the multifaceted impact of entrepreneurship education, AI integration, microfinance, and financial knowledge on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from a diverse pool of MSME owners and stakeholders. Through thematic analysis, the study examines the interplay between these factors and their implications for MSME growth and sustainability. Preliminary findings suggest that entrepreneurship education fosters innovative thinking, while AI integration enhances operational efficiency. Microfinance serves as a crucial resource for MSMEs' financial needs, complemented by adequate financial knowledge for effective management. The study sheds light on the intricate dynamics shaping the MSME landscape, offering insights for policymakers, educators, and practitioners to bolster MSME development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the dynamics between cash flow volatility, intellectual capital, human capital, and tax compliance awareness within financial landscapes. The research model incorporates these key components to comprehend their interplay and implications. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select participants from diverse financial sectors. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically to extract patterns and insights. The findings reveal intricate relationships among cash flow volatility, intellectual capital management, human capital development, and tax compliance awareness. Notably, organizations with robust intellectual and human capital frameworks demonstrate better adaptability to cash flow fluctuations and exhibit higher levels of tax compliance awareness. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the multifaceted factors influencing financial dynamics and highlights the importance of strategic resource management in fostering financial resilience and compliance.

Abstract

This research investigates the interconnectedness between profitability, solvency, good corporate governance, and tax compliance concerning corporate sustainable longevity. Employing a purposive sampling technique, data were gathered from key stakeholders within various industries. Utilizing thematic analysis, the study unveiled intricate relationships among the mentioned factors and their impact on the sustained success of corporations. Findings suggest that robust profitability and solvency are crucial for enduring corporate existence, while adherence to good corporate governance principles and tax compliance further enhances long-term sustainability. This study contributes to the understanding of how these multifaceted dimensions collectively influence corporate longevity, providing insights valuable for policymakers, corporate leaders, and stakeholders in fostering sustainable business practices.

Abstract

Background: Incomplete electronic medical record filling by doctors can hinder effective action or treatment by other health workers. This non-compliance problem includes incomplete filling and writing of less specific diagnoses, which can potentially lead to errors in nursing action planning. Purposes: This study aims to test the influence of management commitment and team orientation on compliance in filling electronic medical records with competence as an intervening variable in the inpatient installation of Hermina Hospital, Depok. Methods: This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The population is doctors at Hermina Hospital Depok who work in the inpatient installation totaling 133 people. The results of the sample calculation obtained 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the analysis method used SEM-PLS. Result: The results of the study showed that management commitment, team orientation, and doctor competence had a simultaneous effect on compliance in filling electronic medical records at Hermina Hospital, Depok. Management commitment and team orientation had a significant effect on doctor competence, which in turn also had a direct effect on compliance in filling out medical records. In addition, doctor competence mediated the relationship between management commitment and team orientation on compliance. Improving doctor competence is the main key to ensuring compliance. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study confirms that to improve compliance in filling electronic medical records at Hermina Hospital, Depok, attention is needed to management commitment and team orientation. Improving doctor competence is the main key in ensuring compliance, with competence functioning as a mediator between management commitment and team orientation towards compliance.

Abstract

Thrifting, while a popular affordable fashion alternative, raises concerns about safety and health risks for enthusiasts. The feature video "Thrift or Threat: Health Issues in The Thrifting Phenomenon" aims to raise public awareness, especially among younger generations, regarding the importance of hygiene and health when buying and wearing thrifted clothing. This work also provides accurate information on potential risks and preventive measures, while inspiring other content creators to address relevant social and health issues related to contemporary youth lifestyles. As director, the author gathered information and explored problems through direct interviews at Cimol Gedebage Market. The video's narrative structure employs a storytelling approach based on Freytag's Pyramid, with clear scene divisions: exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution. Findings indicate the director's crucial role in guiding the entire production process, from research and planning to filming and overseeing editing. This video is expected to enhance public awareness about hygiene and health in thrifting, and serve as an inspiration for content creators exploring pertinent social and health topics.

This research aims to investigate the interplay between communication style, good corporate governance (CG), corporate social responsibility (CSR), tax compliance, ethical leadership, and public trust. Employing an exploratory approach, the study utilizes a conceptual framework that integrates these factors to understand their relationships within organizational contexts. Sampling will involve selecting key stakeholders from various industries renowned for their commitment to ethical practices. Data analysis will employ thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes. The study anticipates uncovering insights into how effective communication, aligned with robust CG and ethical leadership, impacts CSR initiatives, tax compliance, and ultimately influences public trust in organizations.

Abstract

This study investigates the adoption of sustainable practices among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research aims to understand the factors influencing the uptake of sustainable practices in MSMEs, exploring the complexities of implementation within this sector. Employing a qualitative research design, data were gathered through semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis. A purposive sampling technique was utilized to select participants representing diverse MSMEs. The findings reveal multifaceted insights into the motivations, challenges, and strategies associated with sustainable practices adoption among MSMEs. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how MSMEs engage with sustainability initiatives and offers implications for policy, practice, and future research endeavors.

Abstract

The large number of skincare products and brands that have emerged has created a high level of competition. Every company is required to reach the desired target market. The target market can be achieved through consumer purchasing decisions. This target can be achieved with various factors, some of which are Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image. This research aims to determine the influence of Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions for Gen Z Women's Skincare Products in Batam City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research method is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling techniques. The research sample was 97 respondents. Data was processed using the SPSS v25 program. The research results show that Viral Marketing does not have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The magnitude of the influence of Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image in explaining the Purchasing Decision variable is 70.6%.
