The existence of Islamic Economics in recent years has risen. This makes the development of Islamic Economics more diverse. This needs to be addressed wisely by examining various points of views, including the thoughts of Islamic Economists regarding the Islamic Economic System, so that the knowledge about the Islamic Economic System is fundamentally known by various parties. This research uses a qualitative method using library research method with a comparative approach. This literature research explains and compares the thoughts of two contemporary Islamic Economists, namely Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi. The data analysis technique used is content analysis and comparison. Union intersection tool is used to compare several dimensions of the thoughts of the two Islamic Economists regarding Islamic Economic System. The results of the research show that the thoughts of Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi regarding Islamic Economic System are related to each other and classified into the same dimensions of basic views, economic ethics and government roles. Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi is famous for his approach of axiomatic approach and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi through ethical approach. Both support integrating Islamic norms and ethics that are sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith into every economic activity.

Pergerakan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) selalu diperhatikan oleh investor saham syariah dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan JII merupakan Banchmark (tolak ukur) kinerja saham-saham syariah yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kinerja JII dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik faktor internal maupun eksternal. Dari internal JII dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel makroekonomi domestik, sedangkan dari eksternal kondisi ekonomi negara asing juga turut mempengaruhi pergerakan JII. Salah satu variabel eksternal adalah pergerakan indeks saham syariah Dow Jones Islamic Market (DJIM). Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 variabel indeks DJIMI yaitu Dow Jones Islamic Market Index United States (IMUS), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index Europe (DJIEU), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index Japan (DJIJP), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index Malaysia (DJIMY) dan Dow Jones Islamic Market Index China/Hongkong (DJICHK). Metode yang digunakan adalah Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap JII pada jangka pendek. Sedangkan pada jangka panjang, IMUS dan DJICHK mempengaruhi JII secara signifikan negatif sedangkan DJIJP dan DJIMY memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap JII. Sementara DJIEU tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap JII baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

The majority of Indonesia's population is women so that it provides a great opportunity for the cosmetic industry to fulfill women's needs based on the factors of interest. However, the demand to consume halal products is also an absolute thing for Muslim consumers, including cosmetics. This study aims to determine which variables influence consumer buying interest. The population in this study were Muslim students at Diponegoro University Semarang who had bought or used halal cosmetic products with a purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data with online questionnaires via google form and secondary data with references from past researchers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variable brand, brand ambassador, digital selling has a partial influence on buying interest. However, product quality and halal labeling have no influence on consumer buying interest in cosmetics. Simultaneously, all independent variables have an influence on purchase intention.Populasi penduduk Indonesia mayoritas adalah perempuan sehingga memberikan peluang yang besar kepada industri kosmetik untuk melengkapi kebutuhan perempuan berdasarkan faktor yang diminati. Namun, tuntutan untuk mengkonsumsi produk halal juga merupakan hal yang mutlak bagi konsumen beragama Islam termasuk pada kosmetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang menjadi pengaruh minat beli konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi muslim Universitas Diponegoro Semarang yang pernah membeli maupun menggunakan produk kosmetik halal dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan kuesioner online melalui google form dan data sekunder dengan referensi peneliti masa lampau. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel merek, brand ambassador, digital selling memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli. Namun kualitas produk dan labelisasi halal tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen kosmetik. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli.

This research aims to analyze the factors that can influence the millennial generation in using mobile banking. The approach in this research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that has been developed by Davis (1989), namely benefits and convenience, and by adding three external variables, namely security, experience and compatibility . The research model was empirically tested using survey data from the millennial generation of students at Diponegoro University. The result of the analysis shows that all constructs in the TAM model namely benefits, convenience and the three external variable, security, experience and compatibility have a positive and significant effect on the use of mobile banking in the millennial generation partially or simultaneously. The implication of the results of this research is relevant for the millennial generation to be more confident on using mobile banking that can simplify their banking activities.

AbstrakPembentukan BUMDes merupakan cara untuk memanfaatkan Undang-Undang yang memberikan kewenangan kepada pemerintah desa untuk melakukan inovasi dalam pembangunan desa, terutama meningkatkan perekonomian desa dan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat desa. Kenyataannya banyak desa yang gagal menjalankan BUMDes dikarenakan kurang siapnya desa dan potensi yang minim dari desa. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kondisi dan tata kelola BUMDes yang sedang berkembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kondisi BUMDes di Kabupaten Jepara sudah berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan pembentukan BUMDes dan mampu membantu meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Namun masih terdapat kendala dalam pengelolaan BUMDes di beberapa daerah seperti jenis usaha yang dijalankan masih terbatas, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang mengelola BUMDes dan partisipasi masyarakat yang rendah karena masih rendahnya pengetahuan mereka. Abstract The establishment of Institutional village enterprises (BUMDes) is a way to utilize the constitution that authorizes the local government for doing innovation in rural development, especially to increase rural economy and Welfare for Rural Communities. In fact, many villages that failed to run BUMDes due to lack of readiness and village potential. This research aims to explain the condition and governance of developing BUMDes. This research used qualitative methods. The result of this research shows that the condition of BUMDes in Jepara has been running in accordance with the purpose of forming BUMDes and able to help increase the rural economy. However, there are still problems in the management of BUMDes in some areas such as the type of business that carried on still limited, limited human resources that manage BUMDes and the participation of rural community are low due the lack of knowledge.

Food security can be realized with a food system that is well managed. This can be reflected from well food distribution system between regions. Indicators of food security is inadequate needs of areas experiencing food deficits. This study aimed to carry out mapping the area of food surpluses and deficits in order to achieve food security. The analysis tool used is the balance of Foodstuffs (NBM) which is used to obtain a surplus and food deficit through calculation of the amount of food production and consumption in the region.

The study analyzes the role of governance BMT Mekar Da'wah and social capital in processing Musharaka financing. This study uses qualitative method . The source of data and information are employees in BMT Mekar Dawah such as the branch manager, head of the division of financing, marketing head of the division and customers of BMT Mekar Dawah as key persons. Collecting data uses purposive sampling technique. The data are primary data that based on interviews with key persons associated with the research. The analysis technique used is the interactive model. The results showed that corporate governance at BMT Mekar Da'wahs 6C (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition of economy and constrain) based on the concept that applied to the collection of information on prospective customers who will conduct financing filings with the provisions. Social capital is owned by BMT Mekar Da'wah is trust formed by a good relationship with society as cooperation in several community events. Besides, the shared value formed from their belief to religiosity of people who manage BMT is also one of social capital.

One of the common measurements used to evaluate a companys performance is the efficiency performance which indicates a companys efficiency score in utilizing inputs to produce outputs. This study aims to evaluate the performance of state-owned Indonesian Islamic banks by measuring their technical efficiency along with the determinant factors of their efficiency over the period 2014-2017. In this study, DEA, a non-parametric technique method, is employed to measure the efficiency of four state-owned Indonesia Islamic banks. Another method, Tobit-regression, is used to identify the determinant factors of their efficiency. Four state-owned Indonesian Islamic banks are chosen as the object of this study, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah , Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, and BTN Syariah. The results of calculation using DEA methos show that the average efficiency level of all state-owned Indonesian Islamic banks over four consecutive yerars is 100%. It means that all the state-owned Indonesian Islamic banks operating in Indonesia have been able to optimize all their resources and are considered efficient over the period 2014-2017. Tobit-regression model results show that bank size, capitalization, and profitability significantly affect all state-owned Islamic banks efficiency, while bank expenses do not have a significant effect on their efficiency.
