Lembaga keuangan terbagi menjadi lembaga keuangan, bank dan lembaga keuangan non bank. Perasuransian merupakan salah satu, lembaga keuangan non bank yang memiliki kinerja paling tinggi. Efisiensi merupakan salah satu indikator untuk melihat kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengelola input untuk menghasilkan output. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kinerja perusahaan asuransi umum syariah dengan asuransi umum konvensional dalam mengelola input untuk menghasilkan output. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) di mana hasilnya berupa skor berkisar 0-1. Hasil analisis menggunakan Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) menunjukkan bahwa skor efisiensi asuransi syariah lebih rendah dibanding asuransi umum konvensional. Hasil panel Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) menunjukkan bahwa modal, klaim netto, beban administrasi dan umum, dan komisi dibayar berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan, sedangkan aset tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan. Terakhir berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan independent sample t-test hasilnya menjelaskan bahwa terdapat variasi perbedaan nilai skor efisiensi antara asuransi umum konvensional dan asuransi umum syariah.

This research analyzes price perception, product quality, halal awareness, halal certification, and halal marketing as factors affecting purchase decision through purchase intention as an intervening variable. The data collected through a questionnaire survey consisting of 130 Muslim consumers in Semarang who purchased halal processed meat products use Structural Equation Model – AMOS analysis. The results of the analysis show that price perception has an insignificant effect on purchase intention and purchase decision. The product quality has a significant effect on purchase intention and an insignificant effect on purchase decision. Halal awareness has a significant effect on purchase intention and an insignificant effect on purchase decision. Halal certification has a significant effect on purchase intention and an insignificant effect on purchase decision. Halal marketing has a significant effect on purchase intention and an insignificant effect on purchase decision. The effect of mediation, quality product towards purchase decision through purchase intention as an intervening variable can mediate as a full mediation.

Implementasi Local Economic Development (LED) sudah dilakukan baik ditingkat nasional maupn tingkat regional. Local Economic Development (LED) dilaksanakan sebagai jawaban atas kekurangefektifan paradigma pembangunan sektoral dan nasional yang belum mampu meningkatkan kinerja perekonomian daerah. Program pembangunan tersebut masih didominasi oleh arahan pemerintah dan kurang partisipasi masyarakat sehingga potensi lokal belum terdayagunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pola kelembagaan klaster usaha dan menganalisa daya lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kelembagaan klaster pemula maupun berkembang mampu mengembangkan potensi ekonomi lokal di Jawa Tengah, bahkan sebagian klaster-klaster sudah mempunyai kriteria daya saing internasional. Kain tenun sebagai kain budaya menjadi sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu sentra pengrajin kain tenun berada di desa Troso kecamatan Pecangaan kabupaten Jepara, yaitu pada UKM Ampel Jaya dan UKM Tiara. Permasalahan yang dihadapi salah satunya adalah masalah manajemen usaha dan produksi. Pada umumnya pengrajin tenun Troso memproduksi kain tenun berdasarkan pesanan dari klien atau pedagang kain dari luar daerah. Oleh sebab itu, maka diperlukan kecermatan agar dapat berproduksi seefisien mungkin. Pengrajin sering kali menghitung biaya produksi hanya berdasar perkiraan dan tidak ada ukuran yang jelas dalam menghitung besar biaya produksi. Tim Pelaksana IbPE memperkenalkan metode perhitungan biaya produksi dengan menggunakan Kartu Biaya Pesan Produksi untuk penetapan harga jual dan pengendalian biaya. Penerapan kartu ini juga sekaligus melengkapi program tahun sebelumnya yaitu tentang penggunaan Papan Informasi Produk dan Papan Informasi Stok. Dengan memanfaatkan media yang ada, UKM mitra dapat terbantu dalam menganalisa kondisi usahanya secara lebih jelas dan akurat sehingga bisa menjadi bahan rujukan dalam mengambil keputusan bisnis yang tepat.

This research aims to see the role of the Technology Acceptance Model theory that can influence the millennial generation in using e-money and its relationship with hifz mal. The basic variables are ease and usefulness, and also three other variables, namely security, trust and experience. The research model was empirically tested using a data collection method through questionnaires for millennial generation of e-money users, namely students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 22 application. The results showed that usefulness and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on the use of e-money. Meanwhile, convenience, security and experience do not play a role in influencing the millennial generation in using e-money. The connection with hifz mal is that the use of e-money provides convenience and benefits for its users while providing security guarantees, so that Muslim users of electronic money avoid things that are not in accordance with the Islamic economic system.

The existence of Islamic Economics in recent years has risen. This makes the development of Islamic Economics more diverse. This needs to be addressed wisely by examining various points of views, including the thoughts of Islamic Economists regarding the Islamic Economic System, so that the knowledge about the Islamic Economic System is fundamentally known by various parties. This research uses a qualitative method using library research method with a comparative approach. This literature research explains and compares the thoughts of two contemporary Islamic Economists, namely Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi. The data analysis technique used is content analysis and comparison. Union intersection tool is used to compare several dimensions of the thoughts of the two Islamic Economists regarding Islamic Economic System. The results of the research show that the thoughts of Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi regarding Islamic Economic System are related to each other and classified into the same dimensions of basic views, economic ethics and government roles. Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi is famous for his approach of axiomatic approach and Yusuf Al-Qardhawi through ethical approach. Both support integrating Islamic norms and ethics that are sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith into every economic activity.

Pergerakan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) selalu diperhatikan oleh investor saham syariah dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan JII merupakan Banchmark (tolak ukur) kinerja saham-saham syariah yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kinerja JII dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik faktor internal maupun eksternal. Dari internal JII dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel makroekonomi domestik, sedangkan dari eksternal kondisi ekonomi negara asing juga turut mempengaruhi pergerakan JII. Salah satu variabel eksternal adalah pergerakan indeks saham syariah Dow Jones Islamic Market (DJIM). Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 variabel indeks DJIMI yaitu Dow Jones Islamic Market Index United States (IMUS), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index Europe (DJIEU), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index Japan (DJIJP), Dow Jones Islamic Market Index Malaysia (DJIMY) dan Dow Jones Islamic Market Index China/Hongkong (DJICHK). Metode yang digunakan adalah Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap JII pada jangka pendek. Sedangkan pada jangka panjang, IMUS dan DJICHK mempengaruhi JII secara signifikan negatif sedangkan DJIJP dan DJIMY memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap JII. Sementara DJIEU tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap JII baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

Mukhabarah is a profit sharing partnership between the land owner and the sharecropper, where the land owner surrenders his land to the sharecropper and the capital is fully borned by the sharecropper. Mukhabarah which are take a place in Brakas Village, people are more familiar with "maro". The profit sharing collaboration was based on verbal agreements based on trust without witnesses and it is not determined how long the collaboration will be. The study aims to analyse what the agricultural system are used, what are the reasons for profit sharing, and how "maro" system is compatible with the Mukhabarah. The research is used qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection methods through observation, interviews, and document review. The results found that smallholders and landowners preferred to profit sharing rather than rent. Furthermore, the implementation of profit sharing cooperation in Brakas Village was a mukhabarah agreement in Islamic law, but in practice was not fully in accordance with the existing Islamic concept, because there were some things that were not appropriate.

Nazhir's problem is one of the problems in waqf practice that is often encountered in the management of waqf today. These obstacles are due to the low quality of human resources, lack of understanding of Nazhir, and lack of guidance given to Nazhir. This paper will discuss about the security of waqf in the city of Semarang, selling nazhir and implementing strategies by the Indonesian Waqf Board in order to create Nazhir professionalism. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems between waqf assets, Nazhir and the Indonesian Waqf Board and to formulate what solutions can solve them. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data observation, observation, and document review. The results showed that there were still many waqf assets found without complete administration so that representatives of BWI Central Java were focused on strategies to control existing waqf assets and the training received by Nazhirs in Semarang City was not sufficient to produce professional Nazirs. The mindset, understanding and work ethic of the Nazhirs are still traditional to create a productive climate of waqf which is beneficial for the economy of society.

The majority of Indonesia's population is women so that it provides a great opportunity for the cosmetic industry to fulfill women's needs based on the factors of interest. However, the demand to consume halal products is also an absolute thing for Muslim consumers, including cosmetics. This study aims to determine which variables influence consumer buying interest. The population in this study were Muslim students at Diponegoro University Semarang who had bought or used halal cosmetic products with a purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data with online questionnaires via google form and secondary data with references from past researchers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variable brand, brand ambassador, digital selling has a partial influence on buying interest. However, product quality and halal labeling have no influence on consumer buying interest in cosmetics. Simultaneously, all independent variables have an influence on purchase intention.Populasi penduduk Indonesia mayoritas adalah perempuan sehingga memberikan peluang yang besar kepada industri kosmetik untuk melengkapi kebutuhan perempuan berdasarkan faktor yang diminati. Namun, tuntutan untuk mengkonsumsi produk halal juga merupakan hal yang mutlak bagi konsumen beragama Islam termasuk pada kosmetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang menjadi pengaruh minat beli konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi muslim Universitas Diponegoro Semarang yang pernah membeli maupun menggunakan produk kosmetik halal dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan kuesioner online melalui google form dan data sekunder dengan referensi peneliti masa lampau. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel merek, brand ambassador, digital selling memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli. Namun kualitas produk dan labelisasi halal tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen kosmetik. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli.
