Abstract

Title : Study of Legin and Potassium Fertilizer on Growth of Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) Under Different NaCl Stress. The research purposed to study the effectively of legin and potassium fertilizer under different NaCl stress on growth of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). An experimental research 2 X 3 X 4 was held with split-split plot design. The first factor was legin as main factor consisted of without legin (L0) and with legin (L1), the second factor was NaCl concentration as sub factor consisted of 0 mM (S0), 30 mM (S1), 60 mM (S2) and the third factor was ZK potassium fertilizer dosages as sub–sub factors consisted of 0 kg/ha (K0), 25 kg/ha (K1), 50 kg/ha (K2), 100 kg/ha (K3). Thus the number of combinations was 24, then 3 replicates was carried out for every combination. The variables are height of plant, chlorophyll content, total area of leaves, fresh weight of shoot, dry weight of shoot, shoot-root ratio, length of root, and N content of plant. The obtained data were analyzed using analysis of variance procedure at 5% level, if showed significant continued by 5 % of Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) and regression analysis. The result showed that NaCl concentration decreased total area of leaves. The highest mean was 573.95 cm2 at NaCl concentration 0 mM and the lowest mean was 421.34 cm2 at NaCl concentration 60 mM. Legin decreased the shoot-root ratio at 2 WAP (Week after Planting); the means are 18.41 at without legin and 10.04 at with legin. ZK potassium fertilizer increased total area of leaves and dry weight of shoot. ZK potassium fertilizer that increased the total area of leaves is 25 kg/ha, while at dry weight of shoot is 50 kg/ha. Interaction between legin and ZK potassium fertilizer held at total area of leaves and N content of plant. Interaction between NaCl concentration and ZK potassium fertilizer held at height of plant, total area of leaves, and shoot-root ratio. Interaction between three factors held at height of plant, total area of leaves and N content of plant. The highest dry weight of shoot 3.35 g at with legin, NaCl concentration 60 mM, ZK potassium fertilizer 50 kg/ha and the lowest 1.41 g at without legin, NaCl concentration 30 mM, ZK potassium fertilizer 0 kg/ha. Abstract

One of the cultural world heritage sites in the cultural landscape in Bali province is the area of Catur Angga Batukaru. The aim of this research is to unearth the potentials which could be developed from the Balinese water-control systems (Subak) in the area of Catur Angga Batukaru. The results of the research show that, at present, there has been 20 water-control systems recorded in the area of Catur Angga Batukaru. The lines go through 19 water-control systems. The kind of tourism which could be developed included: (i) sightseeing tourism, where the tourist walk through the area and enjoy the sightseeing and views of the rice terraces together with some other plantation views in the area. (ii) Spiritual tourism, which located at Tamba Waras Temple, where people come to pray for an abundant of health or a recovery of those who are suffering some medical conditions, and at Muncaksari Temple, where people could come to pray for those who wish to be successful in business and trading. (iii) Trekking tourism, which deemed much suitable for adventurous tourists. The trekking paths would be through some rice field area, plantation, and some river crossing by. The attractions available would include some sightseeing of the local farmers busy in the field, planting red rice, taking care of the irrigation system, working on the soil, planting seeds, cleaning up the plant, and harvesting by using some traditional tools used in the associated culture called “ane-ane”, and lastly, some view of traditional religious ceremony in the rice field area as well as around the water-control system (Subak). All things considered, these potential activities are considered needed to be developed further by the community such as through the water-control system society and the village cultural authorities to be assisted bythe local government training and consultation. Lately, the safari tour has been passing through the area as well. The spiritual tourism at the least has also been developing. However, these circumstances have not been well-organized both by the local authorities and the government in it.

Abstract

One of the significant programs in paddy rice cultivation is the management of irrigation water efficiently and effectively. Commonly, the planting schedule for the subak system in Bali is performed simultaneously, which leads to the highest peak of irrigation water demand. The high demand for water causes a high risk of water shortage, especially during soil tillage. One of the solutions to save irrigation water is to use the intercropping farming method. This method allows farmers to cultivate more than a single crop in a given field area (Monoculture). Based on recent field observation, approximately 10% of the rice paddy field was chili pepper field as a second crop for the intercropping farming method. The result shows by using the intercropping farming method; the water-saving was not significant, which is less than 7 %. It is important to note that the data was collected during the chili pepper growing season from July to August. Additionally, during that time, the soil tillage period was quite long, which was 50 days.

Abstract

ABSTRACT          This research is motivated by the magnitude of the influence of the condition of the room or classroom to obtain good quality of learning. This study aims to determine the classroom management, supporting and inhibiting factors at kindergarten. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research instrument is the human instrument (the researchers themselves). Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the research data, descriptive methods are used.          The results showed that the management of class management in Group A TK Bintang Kecil Sukoharjo Margorejo Pati Regency consisted of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The plan includes the preparation of Prota, Prosem, RPPM, RPPH, and preparation for class administration. Organizing is carried out by the principal, namely the principal distributing tasks to the teacher by giving direction, then giving authority or responsibility to all teachers to manage the class well so that learning objectives are maximally achieved. While the class teacher is tasked with organizing each class which includes the setting of learning media and the selection of learning methods. The implementation includes two things, namely: first, the management of classrooms which includes seating arrangements, arrangement of teaching equipment, arrangement of class beauty and cleanliness, and ventilation and lighting. Second, is the arrangement of students. Stage of supervision, the principal always supervises the performance of teachers directly in teaching and learning activities in all classes once a week, namely on Wednesday.The supporting factors are (1) Teachers have a high spirit of solidarity and supportive knowledge, (2) adequate facilities and infrastructure, (3) Cooperation between parents and schools is well established. While the inhibiting factor is coordination that has not gone well.Keywords: Management, Classroom Management, Kindergarten.

Abstract

Angka kematian balita memperlihatkan perbandingan terbalik antara tingkat  pendidikan ibu dengan kematian anak. Anak-anak dari ibu dengan tingkat pendidikan rendah pada umumnya mempunyai tingkat kematian lebih tinggi dibandingkan anak-anak dari ibu berpendidikan lebih tinggi.  Seorang anak yang menderita penyakit kronis akan mengalami hambatan dalam pertumbuhan. Salah satu penyakit kronis yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan anak yaitu Tuberkulosis atau TB. Pedoman penanggulangan  TB  mempunyai tujuan utama pengobatan pasien TB adalah menurunkan angka kematian dan kesakitan serta mencegah penularan dengan cara menyembuhkan pasien.Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui efektifitas penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu balita terhadap TB paru pada anak. Jenis penelitian quasi eksperiment design dengan rancangan penelitian pre test - post test control group design. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri  30 responden ibu yang memiliki anak balita usia 1-5 tahun yang mengalami TB Paru, yaitu satu kelompok perlakuan 15 responden dan satu kelompok kontrol 15 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyuluhan kesehatan dengan metode bimbingan dan konseling melalui media lembar balik dan leaflet secara signifikan  meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu balita tentang TB Paru pada anak (p-value=0,0001), juga secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan sikap ibu balita tentang TB Paru pada anak (p-value=0,0001).Disarankan penelitian ini sebagai sumber informasi manfaat penyuluhan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang TB Paru pada anak, diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan metode dan media lain yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan kesehatan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Development of moral and the child's personality is formed in childhood so that any small irregularities if not detected and treated properly, will reduce the quality of human resources. Stimulation, especially in the family such as the provision of play equipment, socialization of children, involvement of mothers and other family members of the children's activities will enhance child development. Applying the results of research conducted by Prodi DIII Midwifery Purwokerto on Childhood Development Stimulation 4-5 Years In the village of the District Karangtengah Baturraden. Expected mothers Karangtengah village District of Baturraden can improve knowledge about Childhood Development Stimulation 4-5years and apply in their lives. An understanding of the stimulation of the mothers delivered through health education with lectures, demonstrations, discussions and through video on stimulation of development of children aged 4-5 years. Mothers / caregivers before given lectures and discussions on stimulation of development of children aged 4-5 years, first performed pre-test of stimulation progress made by the mothers / caregivers to the toddler. Health education is expected to increase the knowledge and understanding of mothers about the importance of appropriate stimulation to the child development stages 4-5 years on aspects of gross motor, fine motor, speech-language and sosislisasi-independence according to Pre Screening Questionnaire Development (KPSP).

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan produk Simpeda pada PT. Bank Kalbar Cabang Pembantu Sentebang Kabupaten Sambas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang memiliki  rekening tabungan simpeda pada PT. Bank Kalbar Cabang Pembantu Sentebang, dengan sampel  sebanyak  100  responden.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan  adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi sederhana, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji kelayakan model.Persamaan atau estimasi regresi diperoleh Ŷ = 2,179+ 0,316X. Hasil analisis korelasi sederhana (R) diperoleh angka 0,327 menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang rendah antara bauran pemasaran dengan  keputusan  nasabah menggunakan  produk  tabungan  Simpeda  pada  PT. Bank Kalbar Cabang Pembantu Sentebang. Koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan  bahwa  nilai  koefisien  determinasi  (R2)  yang  diperoleh  sebesar 0,107. Hal ini berarti bahwa 10,7% (1 x 0,107 x 100%) keputusan nasabah menggunakan produk tabungan Simpeda pada PT. Bank Kalbar Cabang Pembantu Sentebang Kabupaten Sambas dapat dijelaskan oleh bauran pemasaran, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 89,3% (1 – 0,107 x 100%) keputusan nasabah menggunakan produk tabungan Simpeda pada PT. Bank Kalbar Cabang Pembantu Sentebang Kabupaten Sambas dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam  penelitian  ini.  Hasil  uji  kelayakan  model  menunjukkan  nilai  F hitung sebesar 11.736 > F tabel 2,11 serta memiliki nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, artinya model regresi linear sederhana tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi keputusan nasabah yang dipengaruhi oleh bauran pemasaran. Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Keputusan Nasabah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji “Pengaruh Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Anggota Tabungan Umum Syariah Pada Koperasi BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Siantan Utara”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota Tabungan Umum Syariah pada Koperasi BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Siantan Utara dengan sampel sebanyak 71 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji vadilitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji kelayakan model.Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen kepuasan dan loyalitas anggota menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pertanyaan dalam kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan persamaan Y = 0,330 + 0,953X. Hasil koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai Rsebesar 0,421. Hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,177, yang berarti bahwa 17,7% loyalitas anggota dapat dijelaskan oleh dimensi kepuasan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 82,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji kelayakan model diperoleh nilai F hitung (14,863) lebih besar dari F tabel (3,98) dan memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari 0,05).  Kata kunci: Kepuasan, Loyalitas Anggota, BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Siantan Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan service handphone dan smartphone pada Toko KS Ponsel Sukadana. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode survei, yaitu merupakan penelitian yang diambil suatu sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang pokok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden yang menjadi konsumen pada Toko KS Ponsel Sukadana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas pelayanan service handphone dan smartphone pada Toko KS Ponsel Sukadana menunjukkan bahwa responden memberikan tanggapan tidak baik (-), di mana nilai gap < 1 pada indikator bukti fisik (tangible) sebesar -0,63, keandalan (reliability) sebesar -074, daya tanggap (responsiveness) sebesar -1,42, jaminan (assurance) sebesar -0,16 serta empati (empathy) sebesar -0,65. Ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan service handphone dan smartphone pada Toko KS Ponsel Sukadana harus terus ditingkatkan. Terkait penilaian responden terhadap kualitas pelayanan service handphone dan smartphone pada Toko KS Ponsel Sukadana yang diharapkan dengan pelayanan yang diterima menunjukkan bahwa responden memberikan tanggapan tidak sesuai harapan kelima dimensi sebesar -0,72. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Service, Smartphone

Abstract

Dalam rangka menjadikan air bersih sebagai pendorong kegiatan sosial dan bisnis, pemerintah Kota Pontianak memberi kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam memperoleh air bersih, yaitu melalui pasokan air bersih yang disediakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah yang bernama Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum atau yang lebih dikenal PDAM. PDAM adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam memenuhi pasokan air bersih.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan pemasangan sambungan baru Kantor Pelayanan Wilayah II (Pontianak Barat dan Kota) PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan pelayanan pemasangan sambungan baru Kantor Pelayanan Wilayah II (Pontianak Barat dan Kota) dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji kartesius.Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelanggan merasakan kepuasan terhadap pelayanan pemasangan sambungan baru Kantor Pelayanan Wilayah II (Pontianak Barat dan Kota) PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, PDAM
