Seasoned Equity Offering is a public stock offering after the Initial Public Offering. This study aims to determine the effect of accrual quality and management of real activity toward market reaction and performance of companies employed Seasoned Equity Offering (SEO) in high-technology companies in Asia Pacific. Sample of this research is employed by using purposive sampling with this following criteria; high technology companies in Asia Pacific that offering SEO in 2001-2015 and sample data of company should be available on OSIRIS database. In ultimate, the total final sample is obtained from 40 companies spread in Australia, China, Indonesia, India, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan. This research is a study of events (event study) using 5-year-window that is two years before SEO, current year of SEO and two years after SEO. The hypothesis is analyzed using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) for each events t-2, t-1, t0, t+1 dan t+2. The test results showed evidence that accrual quality had positive effects on performance of companies employed SEO. Yet, the results of second hypothesis testing, accrual quality measured by deviation standard, do not influence market reaction. This study can also prove management of real activity measured by abnormal cash flow. Abnormal can degrade the performance of SEO companies after the event, while the abnormal of cost discretioner does not influence performance. The fourth hypothesis testing results showed evidence that negative effect of SEO market reaction is definitely caused by pessimistic reaction of investor toward the performance of company employed SEO.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran orang tua dalam membimbing serta mengatasi kesulitan belajar anak di tengah pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peran orang tua dalam Pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring sangatlah penting, karena dalam pembelajaran daring ini anak lebih banyak berinteraksi dengan orang tua, sehingga orang tua memiliki peranan besar dalam proses pembelajaran daring ini. Dalam pembelajaran daring ini orang tua juga kerap kali mengalami kendala seperti tidak memiliki gadget/Hp yang memadai, sinyal internet yang kurang lancar, terbatasnya biaya untuk membeli pulsa, dan masih banyak lagi. Tetapi di samping itu semua banyak dari orang tua yang mengusahakan kenyamanan anak dalam pembelajaran daring ini.

The main strategies to achieve effective results for the health and survival of children by encouraging breastfeeding, monitoring of child growth and improved communication for behavior change. This study aims to determine the status of development of children aged 4-5 years old in the village Karangtengah Baturraden District of Banyumas. Conducted an observational study with cross sectional design, with independent variables: the stimulation provided the mother and the dependent variable: the development of children aged 4-5 years. Measuring tool using instruments KPSP to 41 children and gave questionnaires to 41 mothers in September to October 2015. Data were analyzed using chi square test. The results showed a picture capabilities gross motor development and fine motor skills according to developmental age 4-5 years, children aged 4-5 years as many as 33 children (80.5%) have the ability to date, and as many as 8 children (19.5%) experienced developmental disorders, there is a significant association between stimulating the development of children aged 4-5 years with p=0.000. Based on this study suggested the family needs to increase stimulation, especially aspects of speech-language-independence and socialization ability to stimulate children's development, health education needs to be done to mothers of stimulation to stimulate the child's basic abilities

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja guru kimia SMU di DKI Jakarta. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, telah dilakukan penelitian dengan jumlah sampel 118 orang guru kimia yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan desain korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja guru kimia. Artinya semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional guru kimia maka semakin tinggi kinerja mereka. Hal ini berarti pula bahwa apabila seorang guru kimia SMU mempunyai kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi, maka guru tersebut akan menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dan memuaskan.

Nowadays, many teenagers' promiscuity is getting affected, where many cases after cases are related to juvenile delinquency. There are many factors that cause promiscuity among adolescents, the most dominant of which is caused by the formation of the wrong educational character in the family environment. The research methods used in solving problems include analytical methods. Image captions are placed as part of the image title (figure caption) and not as part of the image. Modern life is where everything has changed drastically in terms of technology, science and so on. Practical life is pampered with various kinds of technological facilities that make it easier for humans to interact with each other. The ease of technology obtained by humans makes the culture of society gradually eroded by the times. Teenagers face various kinds of problems which are often difficult to solve. The problems that exist among adolescents are extreme and the impact is enormous. One example that becomes a joint homework that must be completed immediately is the way of promiscuity of teenagers.

Gout is estimated to occur in 840 people out of every 100,000 people. The prevalence of gout in Indonesia occurs at the age of under 34 years at 32% and above 34 years at 68%. Gout sufferers if not treated quickly, then the following year is expected to increase. Gout in chronic conditions causes kidney, heart, and other infections that can cause death. One of the non-pharmacological treatments in dealing with gout is by using medicinal plants, one of which is binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Tenore) Steen). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of binahong leaf decoction on reducing uric acid in the work environment of Mapilli Polewali Mandar District Health Center. The research method is quasi experiment. The method of taking samples with consecutive sampling, the number of samples is 10 people. The results of the study obtained statistical tests using the pired sample test formula to determine the effect of giving binahong leaf boiled water on uric acid levels before and after the intervention, in getting the difference in uric acid levels before intervention had a mean of 8.33 with a standard deviation of 1.22 and a decrease after the intervention it was 7.07 with a standard deviation of 1.81. with a value of p = 0,000 (p <0.05), meaning that there is an effect of giving binahong leaf boiled water to reduce gout.

Bima is a region in eastern Sumbawa Island. It has been a port town docked by many merchant ship from many region for centuries. It cannot be denied that trading activity in Bima Port is dominated by merchants from Bugis-Makassar and Malay who played up their trade widely into another island such as Flores and other eastern region, because Islamization and its closely relationship between South Sulawesi and Malay merchants. Since 16th century, Bima considered as one of the most important trade town, with the result that VOC endeavour to make a monopoly trade with ruler of Bima. The number of sailors and merchants from any direction makes Bima more crowdly. The great commodity of Bima is Kayu Sapan.

AbstractThis study aims to determinte he effect of profitability proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), company growth, and capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Firm Value proxied by Price Book Value (PBV) in Registered Automotive Companies. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 Period. The population in this study amounted to 15 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling with criteria, obtained a total sample of 12 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test and F test to calculate simultaneously, t test to calculate partially and the coefficient of determination to measure changes in the independent variable to the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the profitability proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and capital structure proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). ) has a negative and insignificant effect, while simultaneously ROE, Growth and DER have a positive and significant influence on firm value as proxied by PBV. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi pendidikan keluarga dalam menanamkan nilai agama moral (ibadah shalat) anak usia dini di desa Kajen RT 06 RW 02 Margoyoso Pati. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan langkah yaitu redukasi data (Data Reducation), Penyajian data (Data Display),Verifikasi (Conclusion drawing) dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu menanamkan nilai agama dan moral (ibadah sholat) anak usia dini di desa Kajen RT 06 RW 02 dengan pembiasaan, keteladanan dan pengawasan. Faktor pendukung pendidikan keluarga dalam menanamkan nilai agama dan moral (ibadah shalat) anak usia ini di desa Kajen RT 06 RW 02 Kecamatan Margoyoso Kabupaten Pati yakni dekatnya akses fasilitas pendidikan serta dukungan dan pengawasan dari orang tua. Sedangkan yang jadi penghambat orang tua dalam menanamkan ibadah shalat pada anaknya adalah asiknya bermain gawai (gedged) serta kesibukan orang tua dan lingkungan bermain pertemanan dengan teman sebaya.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement terhadap organizational commitment. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Adapun unit analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai administrasi Universitas Pendidikan Indoenesia dengan sampel sebanyak 184 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioenr secara online (google form). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SPSS 22.00 for windows. Adapun hasil penelitianya menemukan bahwa adanya pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 94,4%, sedangkan dari variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini sebesar 5,6%. Hal ini menunjukan antara keterlibatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan/positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.
