Abstract

AbstrakHubungan baik antara organisasi dengan stakeholders sangat diperlukan untukmendukung kesuksesan organisasi.. UAD sebagai salah satu organisasi pendidikan, telahmenempatkan fungsi humas dalam berbagai peranan, termasuk dalam menjalankan fungsipencitraan dan menjalin hubungan baik tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuistrategi yang bisa dilakukan humas untuk menjalin hubungan baik dengan stakeholders external,terkait dengan sinergitas diantara keduanya. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti akanmenggunakan metode studi kasus. Pemilihan metode studi kasus, dilakukan untuk mengetahuibagaimana peranan maupun strategi-strategi humas yang bisa dijalankan untuk membangunkedekatan dengan stakeholders external. Adapun teknik pengumpulan dalam penelitian ini adalahdengan menggunakan wawancara, serta focus group discussion dengan para stakeholdersexternal UAD. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah publikasi ilmiah dalam bentukjurnal dan mendapatkan pengakuan Hak Kekayaan Interlektual (HAKI). Selain itu, penelitian inijuga diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi-strategi humas yang bisadijalankan ke depannya, untuk menjalin hubungan baik dengan stakeholders external.

Abstract

Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan sebuah program yang wajib dijalankan oleh suatu perseroan terbatas (PT).CSR sebagai sebuah tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, merupakan sebuah terobosan untuk menjalin hubungan baik dengan masyarakat.Pemerintah sendiri telah mewajibkan dan mengatur pelaksanaan program CSR ini melalui Undang-Undang Perseoran Terbatas Tahun 2002.Sebagai badan usaha milik negara (BUMN), PT Madubaru tentunya juga melaksanakan program ini.Penelitian ini sendiri merupakan penelitian lanjutan yang pernah peneliti lakukan di tahun 2010 lalu, yakni mengenai Community Relations PG/PS Madukismo. Di mana dalam penelitian ini, melihat bagaimana strategi-strategi yang dilakukan oleh PG/PS Madukismo dalam melaksanaan program ini, sebuah sebuah cara untuk memberikan kemanfaatan bagi masyarakat. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti memilih menggunakan metode studi kasus, guna menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program CSR tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan data, bahwa PT Madubaru telah melaksanakan program CSR tersebut dengan baik, adanya keterlibatan dari masyarakat, dan upaya-upaya pengembangan masyarakat. Hanya saja, upaya untuk membuat pelaporan kegiatan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komunikasi seperti sekarang ini masih belum tampak.Padahal upaya tersebut, dapat digunakan untuk mencari feedback terkait dengan program yang telah dilaksanakan kepada masyarakat luas. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kegagalan proses komunikasi dalam sebuahdinamika politik dalam konteks Pilkada. Pada pemilihan kepala daerah 2015 lalu di Sleman DIY,PDIP Perjuangan yang merupakan partai besar, dengan basis massa yang banyak, dan merupakanpartai pemenang pemilu ternyata mengalami kekalahan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Tipe daripenelitian ini adalah melakukan penelaahan secara mendalam terhadap strategi politik yangdilakukan oleh PDI Perjuangan serta strategi yang dilakukan oleh rival politiknya, sehinggamenyebabkan kegagalan kemenangan pasangan calon yang disusng oleh PDI Perjuangan.Beberapa aktivitas dilaksanakan seperti melakukan wawancara, mengumpulkan data dan mengkajipemberitaan-pemberitaan yang ada.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya kegagalan komunikasi politik PDIP dalamPilkada Serentak di Sleman 2015, hal tersebut karena PDIP kurang mengintegrasikan ranahkomunikasi internalnya, tidak memainkan isu-isu untuk menciptakan opini publik, dan mengelolamedia komunikasi dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Politik, Pilkada, dan PDI Perjuangan.

Abstract

The construction of new airport in Temon Kulon Progo get resistance from community. The community created a group called “Wahana Tri Tunggal” to do a massive rejection. The new airport is necessary to increase the number of tourists to Yogyakarta in every year. The development process is targeted to be completed in 2019. This research wants to perceive crisis management of government to resolve this issue. This research is qualitative research with case study method. To collect data, we did observations in Temon Kulon Progo and interviews with the Kulon Progo’s Government, PT Angkasa Pura 1, Bapeda DIY, and residents. The result points to the success of the strategic crisis management by the government. Currently, the majority of them has accepted government decision to relocate their settlement. This research gives insight into management strategies of the crisis by the government regarding land acquisition to build the new airport in Kulon Progo.

Abstract

Information and communication technology currently has grown to such an extent, not only to meet the needs for information only, but now has grown to the fulfillment of the will of entertainment. These developments, and then bring up the creative industries technology-based communication and information, one of them is online gaming. Creative industries in this area, has become a phenomenon by itself, and makes it as one of the important sectors for economic growth. However, based on the data we get, there are still constraints faced in the development of this industry, such as: the limitations of knowledge, capital, the absence of Government support, as well as the lack of adequate infrastructure. The negative impact was unavoidable as well as from the industry, for example, will the existence of addiction for the gamers who have an impact on crime and action elements of pornography are also inherent in this online game. Therefore, it takes the good cooperation between the developers of the game and also the Government to be able to develop the online gaming industry. There is awareness of the game developer to make a quality game play and has educational values.

Abstract

The hospitals have an important role in society. A healthy society is one of an indicator of public welfare. PKU Muhammadiyah as one of islamic hospital belonging to Muhammadiyah, have significant roles to realize health in the community. Excellent service is to be done by every hospital, is no exception as PKU islamic hospital. In this research, researchers used research methodology descriptive qualitative. The method selection, intended to see how image PKU as islamic hospital, in the citizens. The data collection method using interviews, and focus group discussion. Results in this research is in the form of articles journals accredited, and proceeding in seminar on national. With the this research, are expected to provide direction/evaluation of policies management PKU in relation to the process of forming image core. Keywords: hospital, image, and islamic.

Abstract

The Corporate Social Responsibility program is an obligation for companies operating in Indonesia. This research focuses on the application of the Triple Bottom Line concept in the Corporate Social Responsibility program implemented by PT Astra International Tbk in Kampung Berseri Astra Gedangsari. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature review, this study collects data from various sources, including the company's annual reports and online media, to evaluate the effectiveness of the CSR program, which focuses on social, economic, and environmental aspects. The research findings indicate that this program has successfully improved the quality of life of the local community through initiatives in education, entrepreneurship, health, and environmental preservation.

Abstract

The West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) Tourism Office is a government agency that manages all tourism activities in the NTB area. The NTB Dispar has implemented a strategy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and during this pandemic there have been many changes in people's lives. In this study, the researcher discusses the communication strategy process implemented by the NTB Dispar in 2021, especially the strategy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic by focusing on one tourism destination that is currently global, namely the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to increase tourist visits in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Dispar NTB implements a tourism communication strategy through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation in the form of identifying the target audience, determining communication goals, designing messages, choosing communication channels. , allocate the total budget and determine the promotion mix so that it can increase the number of tourist visits to NTB and can improve the community's economy.

Abstract

So far, studies related to information behavior, especially in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic, are still rarely carried out. Existing studies tend to only examine the behavior of information related to a hoax news. Therefore, this research will examine the information behavior of the public in relation to how they search, verify, use, and also disseminate information related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Information behavior of the public to obtain correct information is very much needed during the Covid-19 pandemic in the midst of a lot of false/hoax information circulating. This study aims to find out how the information behavior of the Indonesian society during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using mixed methods, which were quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online to the public, while qualitative data was obtained by conducting interviews as well as literature study. The results of this study indicate that the information behavior of the Indonesian people is good, it is proven that they always seek information related to Covid-19 intensely, are able to choose the right information, and take an attitude towards false/hoax information received.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative case study examining government digital communication in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Many companies have implemented CSR programs in Gunung Kidul, capitalizing on the area’s substantial tourism potential. However, the Regional Government, through the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA), has yet to maximize its monitoring and evaluation of these programs, as it currently relies on conventional approaches. The purpose of this study is to identify a government digital communication model for CSR implementation, with a focus on the tourism sector. This model is developed from Werner’s concept of digital communication, incorporating cyberspace, virtual communities, interactivity, and multimedia. Few studies have explored a digital-based communication model for CSR; thus, this research aims to address that gap. By adopting this model, stakeholders can collaborate more effectively to enhance CSR efforts in Gunung Kidul’s tourism sector.
