A Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease characterized by impaired brain function due to damage or death of brain tissue caused by reduced or blocked blood and oxygen flow to the brain. Expert systems can be used as learning aids for medical students to diagnose stroke. Medical records of stroke cases can be reused as a reference for diagnosing stroke when there are new cases, known as the case-based reasoning (CBR) method. This study implements the Minkowski distance similarity method in CBR to calculate the similarity value between cases, where each similar case has the same solution. This study uses the Minkowski distance similarity method in CBR to obtain the most optimal value of r and the most appropriate threshold value in the expert system for stroke diagnosis. The diagnosis process is carried out by inputting the patient's condition, symptoms, and risk factors. Then the system will calculate the similarity value and take the case with the highest similarity value as the solution, providing that the similarity value must be greater than or equal to the threshold value. Based on system testing, the best accuracy value was achieved by applying a threshold value of 75 with an r value of 3 or 4, with an accuracy rate of 88,89%, a recall value of 88%, and a precision of 100%.

Rumah sakit merupakan tempat kerja yang mempunyai risiko tinggi terhadap penyakit akibat kerja maupun penyakit akibat kecelakaan kerja. Resiko kontak dengan agen penyakit menular, darah, cairan tubuh maupun tertusuk jarum suntik yang berperan sebagai transmisi berbagai penyakit, seperti hepatitis B dan HIV/AIDS. Kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri berpengaruh pada penularan penyakit dan virus COVID-19 yang sedang terjadi di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri dimasa pandemi pada tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh 2022. Metode yaitu survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang petugas kesehatan. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) pada tenaga kesehatan adalah kurang baik (43,8%) dan yang baik (56,3%). Diharapakan pihak rumah sakit dan tenaga kesehatan untuk terus meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mempertahankan sikap dalam penggunaan APD di rumah sakit.

Requirements engineering (RE) is an essential initial stage in software engineering. The RE process begins with the elicitation stage. This stage collects all user requirements that must be fulfilled by the system which will be developed. A goal-oriented approach is an effective approach used to automate the RE process. The development of goal-oriented input document standards is one of the important issues that has not been widely studied. Therefore, this study developed a goal-oriented input document standard for the requirements elicitation process. A tool is developed based on the form of the input document that has been generated. The development of standard forms of input documents begins with literature study and data collection, analysis, design of standard forms of documents, tool design, tool development, and testing. At the analysis stage, a logical framework and element structure is formulated in a goal-oriented approach. Furthermore, the standard form of input documents is developed. The standard form of the document becomes a guideline for developing tools to process data requirements from elicitation results. Tool testing is carried out using black-box testing. The test results show that the tool can work according to the planned function. The trial of the use of the tools was carried out using five requirements datasets. The results of testing and using the tool through the requirements dataset show that GoEliTools can be used to record data on the requirements of several users for the development of an information system.

Currently, many learning websites have been developed to assist people in self-learning from home. However, the developed learning websites are not yet user-friendly for individuals with dyschromatopsia. This is due to the design process not considering using colors that are easily distinguishable for users with dyschromatopsia. Based on the issues, a learning portal website interface that is friendly to individuals with dyschromatopsia is needed. In the design of this application, the method used is User-Centered Design (UCD). Through the UCD method, the needs of users with dyschromatopsia become the main focus of the research. Testing is conducted through usability testing using the Overall Relative Efficiency, Completion Rate, and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to measure user satisfaction. The test results show an Overall Relative Efficiency value ranging from 72.675% to 92.130%, Completion Rate testing yields an effectiveness value range of 82% to 96%, and SUS testing yields a score of 81.25. In addition, the author also conducted testing for color-blind accessibility, which resulted in the finding that the contrast ratio of all the pages on the CourseHack website meets the minimum contrast ratio standards.

E-learning is a learning process that utilizes an internet medium that connects teachers and students using multimedia-based teaching materials. M-learning is a learning model that has many similarities with e-learning; only the M-learning interaction model between teachers, students, and teaching materials is facilitated by mobile devices. Currently, quite a lot of mobile learning is being developed in Indonesia, but most of the research focuses on students. Not many have developed M-learning for the general people with the specific content or teaching materials in agriculture. An agriculture learning system is developed by applying the pear-to-pear (P2P) model between teachers and participants. The system applies two platforms, namely web and mobile. Admins and teachers use the web application, while the mobile application is used by the participants. Based on the system testing results, it is known that all functions in the system have been running well. Evaluation of the system's suitability with user requirements also shows that the system has accommodated all requirements.

GoEliTool is a tool for requirements elicitation during the requirements engineering process. Such a tool is specifically developed for elicitation through a goal-oriented requirements engineering (GORE) approach. GoEliTool was developed in the previous study. However, the first version of the tool still had many limitations to be corrected so that the process of data elicitation from stakeholders could be carried out more easily and effectively. In this study, the development of the tool was performed through an iterative, incremental approach based on the limitations found in the previous version. The development process consisted of three cycles, and there were three iterations in the second cycle. The tool test was conducted using a black box approach, and the user satisfaction test was conducted using two test questionnaires, namely the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The results of the black box test showed that the tool was able to work according to the test scenario. Furthermore, user satisfaction using the UEQ questionnaire showed that the tool was in the above-average category. Regarding the SUS questionnaire, it obtained a grade C result, which indicated the marginal acceptance category.

The information technology used in Jambuluwuk Village Office consists of computer devices that utilize a system provided by the village government to assist in the administrative services of Jambuluwuk Village. This system can be accessed easily by the community and village staff anytime and anywhere through the village's website at https://jambuluwuk.online/, using an internet connection. Despite the positive aspects of the website, there are some issues identified on the Jambuluwuk Village website. One of the problems is the inconsistent display in one of the menus, namely the Village Government menu, which discusses the organizational structure of the village administration. The organizational structure is important information for the residents, particularly the Jambuluwuk Village staff. Currently, the Village Government menu only displays the names of the village staff without utilizing charts or structures. This makes it difficult for the village staff to understand the organizational structure as there is no information explaining the hierarchy or levels of each division in Jambuluwuk Village. During the design and implementation of the Jambuluwuk Village website, the researcher utilized the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. This was done because the researcher focused on user requirements, and the method was optimized to fulfill the needs and desires of end users. Subsequently, the researcher conducted testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The website of Jambuluwuk Village has two actors: the admin and the users (village residents). The website is built using PHP, the Laravel framework, XAMPP, and the MySQL database.

Dutatani is an integrated information system in the agricultural sector developed by a Duta Wacana Christian University team. Dutatani has several subsystems, including the farmer data collection system. The team developed a web-based farmer data collection system. This system was developed using web version 1.0 when requesting or receiving a response from the server. The system needs to carry out loading and reloading the page. The condition results in additional time for processing and loading the whole page. AJAX technology is part of the web generation 2.0. A website can make page changes without reloading the page through this technology. This feature can speed up the reload time of a web page. In this research, AJAX technology has been applied to improve the performance of the farmer data collection system. The system development stage includes literature study, design, development, and evaluation of the system prototype. Evaluation is carried out by comparing system performance before and after implementing AJAX technology. The research results show that AJAX technology can improve the performance of server requests by 5.2%. A significant difference in performance occurs in the amount of data transfer, where AJAX can increase the performance of the data transfer bit size by 86%.

Kompetisi Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) yang rutin diselenggarakan setiap tahunnya membutuhkan persiapan dari siswa-siswa sekolah yang ingin mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. SMA Pangudi Luhur Yogyakarta ingin mengikuti kompetisi tersebut dengan mengirimkan beberapa siswanya, sehingga membutuhkan pelatihan OSN untuk siswa-siswanya. Tim PKM dari Fakultas Teknologi Informasi bersedia untuk mengadakan pelatihan OSN dengan menyiapkan materi-materi dengan topik algoritma, logika dan aritmatika sesuai dengan silabus OSN. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 14 pertemuan di kampus Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana. Pelatihan tersebut telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik dan berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan dari pihak sekolah. Pada materi algoritma didapatkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai post-test terhadap rata-rata nilai pre-test, yaitu meningkat dari 57,14 menjadi 97,14. Hasil evaluasi dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini secara umum sudah baik dan sesuai kebutuhan, walaupun ada beberapa permasalahan seperti jadwal pelatihan yang terpaksa mundur dan tingkat partisipasi siswa yang makin menurun pada beberapa pertemuan akhir.

Mission 21 Asia merupakan organisasi kemasyarakatan yang berpusat Basel, Switzerland. Mission 21 memiliki berbagai program pelatihan untuk pengembangan diri baik bagi anggota maupun masyarakat umum. Saat ini belum dilakukan pengolahan data yang terstuktur dan tersistem untuk program pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan. Kebutuhan pengelolaan data hasil pelatihan yang rutin diadakan oleh suatu institusi menjadi hal yang diperlukan untuk evaluasi dan pengukuran kinerja hasil pelatihan. Selain itu pengelolaan data alumni dari sebuah program pelatihan sangat dibutuhkan untuk memudahkan proses pencarian data. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut Mission 21 Asia dituntut untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk membantu pengelolaan data alumni dan mitra mereka yang tersebar di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (FTI UKDW) bekerjasama dengan Mission 21 Asia memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan data menggunakan Google Workspace mulai dari teori hingga implementasi. Materi pelatihan meliputi pemanfaatan Google Forms, pengelolaan data dilakukan baik secara online maupun onsite melalui aplikasi pengolah data, hingga mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi dashboard sederhana yang bisa dimanfaatkan secara langsung oleh para mitra Mission 21. Hasil pelatihan adalah peningkatan kemampuan peserta untuk membuat sistem data base alumni berdasarkan kebutuhan informasi yang diharapkan. Peserta memahami bagaimana mengolah informasi alumni melalui pengembangan sistem manajemen alumni.
