Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian mendeskripsikan tahapan kognitif siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan dalam pembelajaran geometri di kelas VIIIC MTsN Batu Tebal. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Prosedur penelitian ada tiga tahap, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyelesaian. Instrumen penelitian tes tahapan kognitif dan wawancara. Instrumen tes dikembangkan dengan cara menyusun tes, uji validitas, tes uji coba, dan analisis butir. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verification. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan tahapan kognitif siswa laki-laki berada pada tahap kognitif 1 (visualisasi) sampai 2 (deduksi informal) dan siswa perempuan berada pada tahap kognitif 1 (visualisasi) sampai 2 (deduksi informal). Secara umum siswa laki-laki memperoleh rata-rata 13.17 dan siswa perempuan 12.44, berarti kemampuan siswa laki-laki lebih tinggi dari siswa perempuan. Kata kunci: Tahapan Kognitif Van Hiele, Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the students mathematics learning outcomes with the application of quantum teaching learning model with mind mapping techniques in class IX MTsN Sungayang 2013-2014 school year. This is a quasi-experimental study, the design of randomized controlled group only design. Other research procedures can be divided into three stages: preparation, execution and completion. The research instrument used is the achievement test. The data analysis technique used is the t test. The results show the value of the research hypothesis was accepted with a P-Value of 0.05. The finding is due to the influence of the characteristics of the application of quantum teaching learning model with mind mapping techniques. The application of this model will lead to the learning atmosphere will be more fun and also enhance students understanding of mathematical concepts. Joyful learning will improve students understanding of the material. Research hypotheses that have been proposed in this study received. Therefore concluded, student learning outcomes in the experimental class (quantum teaching learning model with mind mapping technique) is better than the control class (conventional).Key words: quantum model of teaching, mind mapping, learning mathematics

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the indirect effect of entrepreneurialorientation through SMEs performance. The population of this research is using industrypalm oil of Province Riau District. Method of sampling is using Cluster Sampling. Totalsampling 163 industry palm oil who have met the criteria as respondent to this research.This research uses the questionnaries to collect the data. Analysis of the data usedStructural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the software WarpPLS 5.0. to identify independent variables that influence the dependent variable andVariance Accounted For (VAF) analysis to detect whether an indirect relationshipthrough market orientation . The findings of the research showed that mediation wassignificant in market orientation in the correlation between entrepreneurial orientationon SMEs performance.Keywords : Entrepreneurial Orientation, Market Orientation, and SMEs Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran penting Wayang Kertas sebagai jembatan ajaib bagi anak-anak dalam menguasai keterampilan mendengarkan. Pembahasan mencakup bagaimana bentuk tradisional cerita ini menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anak dalam mendengarkan, memahami, dan terlibat dalam cerita. Studi ini mengeksplorasi cara wayang kertas menarik minat audiens muda, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung untuk mengasah kemampuan mendengarkan yang krusial sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi tinjauan literatur. Berdasarkan hasil studi, ditemukan bahwa: Pemanfaatan jenis wayang sebagai medium, berbagai jenis wayang dari modifikasi dan pengembangan, berbagai tujuan penggunaan, dan berbagai sasaran penggunaan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Wayang Kertas menjadi media belajar anak yang menarik dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mendengar anak.

Abstract

This research begins with a review of several findings which show that students' learning motivation is in the medium or even low category. It was revealed by the results of research, Rahmi (2012) that student motivation was 15.3% in the high category, 69.2% in the medium category, 15.5% in the low category. The researcher's initial assumption showed that female students were more motivated in learning compared to male students. From the research results, some literature states that some male students have low learning motivation due to attention, lack of desire to learn. It can be seen from the low motivation of students to do homework and do exercises at school, while female students tend to be diligent and systematic in dividing time to study and carry out schoolwork.

Abstract

Old age is the final stage of human life. The aging process is a lifelong process, not only starting from a certain time but starting from the beginning of human life. Older age is like the sun that is sinking, emitting an orange color that is full of meaning when footsteps become slower and hair turns white very quickly, this is a time when someone can enjoy the results of their sweat and hard work, but besides that, loneliness increasingly haunts them, ties Social issues are starting to weaken and the loss of a life partner is a contributing factor to this loneliness. Is it true that family support is a lamp that illuminates the darkness Therefore, researchers are very interested in the impact of family support on feelings of loneliness in the elderly in the Batusangkar blue house. The author used observation and interview methods to obtain results that family support has a very big impact in reducing feelings of loneliness. loneliness in the elderly. In the midst of life's long journey, a touch of affection, words of encouragement, and the physical presence of family members can provide calm.

Abstract

Early adulthood ranges from 20-40 years. One of the important developmental tasks for early adults is having intimate relationships, (papalia, d.e., old, s. w.,& feldman, 2008) That is why many adult women are often trapped in romantic relationships with men that will either end happily or end in misery depending on what hopes or expectations underlie and motivate women's relationships in the early adult stages. According to most women, love will fail if someone does not try to actively develop their entire personality until they reach a productive orientation: that the fulfillment of one's love cannot be achieved without the ability to love other people, without humility and determination, as well as confidence and discipline. While adult women believe that love is just a matter of luck, something that will come if someone is lucky, but that does not mean that adults think love is not important. Hungry for it, women entering adulthood often watch films and read countless stories about the romantic love of couples. Both those that will have a happy ending and those that will have a tragic ending. That's the reason why researchers studied whether hope changes the way adult women view love.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and muslims' view of Allah on whistleblowing decisions. This research is quantitative research. The sample selection in this study uses a purposive sampling method in which the respondents are the government employees in Regional Revenue Agency of West Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques used in this study were using a questionnaire. This study succeeded in finding the results that attitudes, subjective norms and Muslim's view of Allah have an effect on whistleblowing decisions. While the behavioral control perception variable has no effect on whistleblowing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Sustainability, Profitability and Value Added which are moderated by Company Value on Stock Returns. In this research, sustainability is proxied by environmental, social & governance (ESG), profitability is proxied by return on assets (ROA) while added value is proxied by economic added value (EVA) and market added value (MVA). The population in this research is the Sri-Kehati Index which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The sample in this research consisted of 19 companies. This research use a panel data analysis technique with moderated regression analysis (MRA) in E-views 12. The results of this research show that environmental, social & governance (ESG), market value added (MVA) have no influence on stock returns. Meanwhile, return on assets (ROA), economic value added (EVA) and company value have a positive effect on stock returns. Company value weakens the influence of ROA and EVA on stock returns, and company value strengthens the influence of MVA on stock returns.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja ASN dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi SLAWE, yang tercermin dari beberapa indikator seperti keterlambatan pelayanan, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, serta keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja ASN dalam menjalankan Aplikasi SLAWE berdasarkan empat indikator utama yang dikemukakan oleh Bernardin dan Russell, yaitu kemampuan, motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepemimpinan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam terhadap informan yang dipilih secara purposive, serta studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ASN masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam menjalankan aplikasi SLAWE, seperti kurangnya pelatihan teknis, minimnya dukungan infrastruktur teknologi, lemahnya motivasi kerja, serta lingkungan kerja yang belum kondusif. Meskipun demikian, aplikasi SLAWE dinilai cukup membantu masyarakat dalam memperoleh layanan administrasi kependudukan secara lebih mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas ASN, perbaikan sistem dan infrastruktur, serta penguatan aspek kepemimpinan guna mendukung efektivitas pelayanan publik digital ke depan. Kata kunci: kinerja ASN, pelayanan publik, SLAWE, administrasi kependudukan .
