Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Time Balance (X1), Involvement Balance (X2), and Satisfaction Balance (X3) on Work Life Balance (Y) among employees in Nagan Raya Regency. The research employs a quantitative correlational approach to examine the relationships between variables. The study sample consisted of 384 respondents, determined using Cochran’s formula and selected through a stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, and data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that, partially, Time Balance (X1), Involvement Balance (X2), and Satisfaction Balance (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Work Life Balance (Y), with significance values of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly contribute to Work Life Balance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.808, meaning that 80.8% of the variation in Work Life Balance can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 19.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model, such as organizational support, company policies, individual characteristics, and employees’ psychological and social factors. The findings emphasize the importance of effective time management, involvement in social roles, and satisfaction with the balance between work and personal life in enhancing employees’ Work Life Balance.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience, service quality, and price discounts on the loyalty of Indomaret consumers in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey design. A sample of 100 consumers was selected using the accidental sampling technique, with the sample size determined by Cochran's formula for populations of unknown size. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach via SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2. Outer model test results indicate that all indicators meet the criteria for convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability. Inner model test results show an R-square value of 0.667 for consumer loyalty and a good model fit (SRMR = 0.079). Hypothesis testing results reveal that customer experience (β = 0.360; t = 3.853; p = 0.000), service quality (β = 0.250; t = 2.139; p = 0.033), and price discounts (β = 0.305; t = 3.417; p = 0.001) each have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, with customer experience exerting the greatest influence. These findings reinforce the application of Expectation-Confirmation Theory in the modern retail context and offer practical implications for Indomaret in strengthening its customer relationship strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of price and brand image on mobile phone purchasing decisions among users in West Aceh Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 270 respondents determined using the Isaac and Michael formula with a 10% margin of error and a multistage random sampling technique. Data were collected through direct distribution of questionnaires and, for the remainder, via Google Forms, targeting mobile phone users in West Aceh Regency. All data were processed and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicate that: (1) price has a positive and significant effect on mobile phone purchase decisions, with a T-statistic of 7.183 and a P-value of 0.000; (2) brand image also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, with a T-statistic of 8.373 and a P-value of 0.000. Simultaneously, both variables explain 40.0% of the variance in purchase decisions (R² = 0.400). These findings confirm that consumer perceptions of competitive pricing and positive brand image are important factors in driving mobile phone purchase decisions in West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of perceived scarcity, perceived urgency, and product quality to consumers' purchase intention toward G2G skincare products through TikTok live streaming. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 200 students from Teuku Umar University selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, validity testing, and reliability testing were conducted using R Studio, while the relationships among variables were analyzed using the Simplified Random Forest method with TIBCO Statistica. The results showed that the Simplified Random Forest model demonstrated good predictive ability with an explained variance value of 56.51%. All independent variables contributed to consumers' purchase intention. Product quality was the most dominant factor with an importance value of 1.000000, followed by perceived urgency at 0.851117, and perceived scarcity at 0.661773. These findings indicate that the better the product quality offered through TikTok live streaming, the higher the consumers' desire to purchase, while urgency and scarcity strategies also play a role in increasing buying interest. The consistency of these findings is reinforced by the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theoretical framework, in which product quality serves as the strongest stimulus in shaping purchasing responses.
