Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh penetepan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Toko Kelontong Lestari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Populasi terdiri dari 14.908 orang, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan Rumus Slovin maka sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 99 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Sederhana menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jika terdapat kenaikan pada variabel penetapan harga, maka variabel loyalitas pelanggan juga akan mengalami kenaikan, artinya penetapan harga yang telah diterapkan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan pada Toko Lestari, dengan persentase sebesar 74,5% harga menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Adapun 25,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti, kepuasan pelanggan, pelayanan, nilai pelanggan, kepercayaan, hubungan pelanggan, penjualan personal, waktu tunggu dan citra perusahaan serta variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Relationship Marketing Dan Service Quality Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Muamalat KC Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan populasi nasabah Bank Muamalat KC Gorontalo. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Relationship Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung 11,3701,98472, sedangkan Service Quality berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dengan nilai t hitung 4,9031,98472. Sedangkan hasil penelitian uji F menunjukan F hitung 74,812 F tabel 3,09 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Artinya Relationship Marketing dan Service Quality secara simultan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Muamalat KC Gorontalo. Nilai R Square dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Relationship Marketing dan Service Quality dalam menjelaskan variabel Kepuasan Nasabah sebesar 0,607 atau 60,7% masuk kategori kuat, sedangkan 39,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini seperti variabel Kepercayaan, citra perusahaan, Brand Image dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis, the results of this study are either partially or simultaneously the variables of experience and work skills are proven to have an influence on career development at the Office of Education and Culture of Gorontalo Province. Partially, work experience has a positive and significant effect on career development, this is based on the results of the Work Experience Variable t test = t count 2.835> t table 1.976 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. This shows that if employees have good work experience, employees will have a good opportunity to develop careers. The work skills variable has a positive and significant effect on career development. Based on the results of the X2 t test = t count 2.642> t table 1.976 and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. Work skills have a positive and significant effect on career development. So that if work skills increase, career development opportunities will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the model design of influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) in Gorontalo Province. This research believes that the quality of service remains the biggest problem demanding a pattern of services to increase customer satisfaction hindering the government-owned hospital to compete with other private hospitals. This study uses AHP analysis to formulate the interest weights of various factors as the basis for the formulation of the design model, and SWOT analysis to formulate strategies by considering the importance of those factors grouped into strength (S), weakness (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T). While, the results of AHP analysis were used as the basis for each factor weighting. This study findings conclude that model design of the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) in Gorontalo Province indicating higher weight, sequentially, on assurance, tangibility, empathy, reliability, and responsiveness. Those all, undoubtedly, are essential aspects to cover as the hospitals deliberately attempt to gain patient's satisfaction. The SWOT analysis highlights that, in addition to its affordable costs and cleanliness, the hospitals were excellent as the doctors and nurses were outwardly appealing, quick-responding, kind-hearted, and communicative. The hospital weakness lies on its lack of cutlery’s cleanliness standards, unkempt inpatient rooms, nurse-doctor's sluggish coordination, ignorance, specialist unavailability, and doctors’ and nurses' incompetence. Externally, the hospital could highly grasp ample opportunities. The hospitals are referral hospitals for small communities. Their good reputation leads the public to put their trust as the population remains exponentially growing. In addition to pharmacy, the hospitals are formally accredited allowing their quality service enhancement. However, the hospitals should consider other private hospitals, customer dissatisfaction, and science and technology development as threats to their sustainable excellent service.

Abstract

The large number of higher education in Indonesia, forced higher education especially universty to improve its competitiveness to maintain its students as consumers. One of the history of education in Indonesia is the issuance of Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 93 year 1999 which teacher institute (IKIP) wider mandate to University which called as LPTK university. The born of LPTK University make the number of competition between universities were increased. However, LPTK universities are perceived lose on competition with universities instead of former IKIP. To maintain from competition LPTK university is required to improve their image. This literature study focuses on how e-marketing factor utilization through the use of university website is expected to support LPTK university image. In addition, the information system developed by LPTK universities should be able to build convenience for their respective students. It is assumed through a good information system the image of the university also awakened. In turn e-marketing strategy and building a good information system will help improve the university brand image and inspire the interest of students to choose and continue their study at LPTK universities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen dan pengalaman pembelian terhadap minat beli di online shop shopee. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu sebanyak 96 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan populasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli di online shop shopee ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 2,290 > ttabel 1,985. (2) pengalaman pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli di online shop shopee ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 8,253 > ttabel 1,985. (3) kepercayaan konsumen dan pengalaman pembelian secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli di online shop shopee ditunjukkan dengan nilai fhitung 73,572 > ftabel 3,09 dengan taraf signigikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan R Square sebesar 61,3% dikategori tinggi, sedangkan sisanya 38,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) today provides many conveniences in various forms of business, including the service business. System User Satisfaction (User satisfaction) is the response and feedback that the user raises after using the information system. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the use of SIMPRODI application products and how SIMPRODI can provide good services for students. The survey research method was carried out and the data collected was 252 data. The data was then analyzed by PLS-SEM. The results showed that the quality of the system did not have a significant effect on the SIMPRODI intention to use, but the quality of information and quality of service was significant on the intention to use, then when the intention to use was higher the user satisfaction was better and vice versa when the SIMPRODI user satisfaction was high then intention to use is also getting higher.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of fundamental factors and systematic risk on expected stock returns on LQ-45 Index stocks. Fundamental factors in this study are proxied by: Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio. While systematic risk is proxied by market risk. This study used secondary data from a population of 45 LQ-45 index companies. In the meantime, the sample in this study were taken using purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The study findings revealed that Return On Asset (ROA) with a value of tcount < ttable (0.074 < 1.664) and significance value (0.941 > 0,05) did not affect the expected return of stocks: further, Return On Equity (ROE) with a value of tcount < ttable (-1.182 < 1.664) and significance value (0.240 > 0.05) did not affect the expected return of stocks. Furthermore, the Price Earning Ratio (PER) with a value of tcount > ttable (2.864 > 1.664) and significance value (0.005 < 0.05) affected the expected return of stocks. Lastly, market risk with a value of tcount < ttable (-6.535 < 1.664) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05) affected the expected return of stock. Simultaneously, Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio, and market risk affected the expected return return of stocks with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05), where the Fcount > Ftable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menentukan keputusan investasi saham pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak & gas dengan menggunakan analisis fundamental dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis ini bersifat lebih luas karena dapat mengetahui kondisi ekonomi dalam negeri seperti inflasi,nilai tukar, dan suku bunga. Dan juga dapat mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan petambangan minyak & gas yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2016-2018 yang diukur dari rasio liquiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Dengan sampel yang meliputi PT Ratu Prabu Energi Tbk, PT Elnusa Tbk, PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk, PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, dan PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk dengan menggunakan analisis kinerja keuangan, dengan variabel CR, DER, TATO, NPM. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CR, DER, TATO, dan NPM pada perusahaan pertambangan minyak & gas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018 kurang baik. Terlihat dari 5 perusahaan hanya terdapat 3 perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik yaitu PT Elnusa Tbk, PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk, dan PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk. Sedangkan untuk Ratu Prabu Energi Tbk menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang tidak terlalu signifikan dan masih kurangnya pertumbuhan kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk menunjukkan nilai negatif pada NPM yang cenderung artinya mengalami kerugian dan menandakan kurang baiknya kinerja perusahaan. Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to empower families and improve family welfare as well as gender equality and justice for women and men who provide time for the PKK. Proposals and problem solving methods in the Community Service program are to train as well as provide education to the PKK Mobilizing Team in an effort to manage their knowledge, experience, skills, as well as their skills in making products from non-organic waste, which can be used as added value so they can provide new business ventures and increase family income with the results of these products, especially in the Libuo village, Dungingi sub-district, Gorontalo City. The success of this activity is set at 80% of participants who take part in this training activity in order to make at the same time skilled in making non-organic waste-based products as well as gain knowledge about business management of a new business.
