Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sales growth dan return on investment (ROI) secara bersama-sama terhadap harga saham pada PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan jenis data kuantitatif dari sumber data sekunder. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah daftar tabel yang berisi data penjualan bersih tahun sekarang, penjualan bersih tahun sebelumnya, laba bersih setelah pajak, total aktiva dan harga saham PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk selama 30 tahun sejak terdaftar di BEI yaitu dari tahun 1990 sampai tahun 2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk selama 10 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2020.Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling purposive. Dengan kriteria (1) data laporan keuangan tersedia selama 10 tahun berturut-turut yaitu tahun 2011-2020 (2) data sampel 10 tahun sudah mewakili  data populasi yang ada untuk kebutuhan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji heterokedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi, uji f dan uji t. Hasil  penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh  terhadap harga saham pada PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk sedangkan Return On Investment (ROI) berpengaruh parsial terhadap harga saham pada PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. Pada uji f menunjukan bahwa Sales Growth dan Return On Investment (ROI)  berpengaruh simultan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk dengan tingkat hubungan kuat dan besarnya pengaruh tersebut adalah sebesar 58,9%, sedangkan sisanya 41,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti Return On Equity, Return On Asset dan lain-lain. Kata Kunci : Sales Growth; Return On Investment;Harga Saham Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth and return on investment (ROI) together on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. This study uses associative research with quantitative data types from secondary data sources. The research instrument used in this study is a list of tables containing data on net sales for the current year, net sales for the previous year, net income after tax, total assets and share prices of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The population used in this study were all financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk for 30 years since being listed on the IDX, namely from 1990 to 2020. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk for 10 years, from 2011 to 2020. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling technique. With criteria (1) financial statement data is available for 10 consecutive years, namely 2011-2020 (2) sample data for 10 years already represents existing population data for research needs. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, f test and t test. The results showed that partially showed that Sales Growth had no effect on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk while Return On Investment (ROI) has a partial effect on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The f test shows that Sales Growth and Return On Investment (ROI) have a simultaneous effect on stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk with a strong relationship level and the magnitude of the influence is 58.9%, while the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as Return On Equity, Return On Assets and others.Keywords: Sales Growth;Return On Investment;Share Prices

Abstract

Stock returns are one of investors' considerations in making investment decisions. Company stock returns are determined by the high demand and supply price of shares in the capital market. One of the factors that influences stock returns in a company is the company's financial performance. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) on share returns in Telecommunications Sub-Sector Companies listed on the BEI. The instrument used in this research is a list of tables in the form of financial reports consisting of balance sheet data in the form of total assets, total debt, total capital. As well as a profit and loss report consisting of total sales, net profit and share price of Telecommunications Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this research is all telecommunications companies registered on the IDX, namely 22 companies. The sample in this research was 7 telecommunications companies listed on the IDX from 2017-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Research data was collected by means of documentation and literature study and then analyzed by hypothesis testing, t test and f test. The research results show that Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns in telecommunications sector companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan subsektor material konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan empat perusahaan, yaitu PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR), PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), dan PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, GPM, DER, dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor-faktor lain di luar model lebih berkontribusi terhadap variasi pertumbuhan laba perusahaan dalam subsektor ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of hedonic shopping and flash discount on impulse buying, with positive emotion as a mediating variable among e-commerce consumers. To achieve this objective, a quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, where data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 200 respondents who had previously made impulse purchases during flash discount programs. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships among the variables in the research model. The results show that hedonic shopping has a direct effect on impulse buying with a path coefficient of 0.198, while flash discount exhibits a stronger direct effect with a coefficient of 0.482. Both independent variables also significantly influence positive emotion, with hedonic shopping showing a coefficient of 0.399 and flash discount a higher coefficient of 0.487. Positive emotion itself has a significant positive effect on impulse buying with a coefficient of 0.319. The R² value for positive emotion is 0.667, and for impulse buying it is 0.834, indicating that the model explains 83.4% of the variance in impulse buying behavior. These findings confirm that both hedonic shopping and flash discount play important roles in driving impulse buying, either directly or through the mediation of positive emotion. The practical implication is that e-commerce companies should pay attention to consumers’ emotional experiences when designing promotional strategies and shopping experiences
