Abstract

Every individual as part of the environment is actually responsible for playing an active role in protecting the environment for a better quality of life. In this interest, the environment as a public space functions dynamically in supporting various activities. This is where the contribution of each individual is needed in maintaining environmental quality. One way is by maintaining the continuity of the existence of the biological environment in order to maintain the order of the ecosystem. However, facts on the ground show that understanding of the environment is still limited to natural knowledge compared to taking applicable actions through practice in the field. This is not only the responsibility of the world of education, but requires the collaboration of all parties. One of them is through the guardian program or the foster program rolled out by the Wanadri organization with conservation-based educational content targeting all people, especially the younger generation. This research was conducted using a natural-ethnographic approach, considering that environmental preservation efforts are an alternative in providing education by local cultural approach. The purpose of this research is to construct, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the program in fostering self-awareness and self-respect for each participant in various concrete actions. It is hoped that this program will become aspirational education, not only knowledge on the environment, but character building where each individual is part of a social life that is responsible in a sustainable manner

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia nationally has standards in its management. In general, education management standards are made to standardize the quality of management in schools/madrasas. However, it is specifically necessary to analyze each point in order to develop the quality of education services in schools/madrasas that implement it. This analysis must be able to support further progress for the development of educational institutions to become more professional and adapt to the needs of the community. Abstract

Academic supervision is closely related to the quality of learning. How to increse the quality of learning is the poblem in education world. In the simple way, a quality of learning process requires a professional teacher. Education policy is a public policy that regulates specifically related to the absorption of resources, allocation and distribution of resources as well as regulation of behavior in the realm of education. The purpose of this research is to find out whether academic supervision can improve teacher professionalism and identify factors that can increase the professional understanding of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SD Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. Researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain research data. The sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling, namely five teachers with masters degrees. Researchers used in-depth interviews with the aim of gathering information according to the research objectives. The results of the research findings indicated that the implementation of academic supervision as one of the policies in the world of education can increase the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers. This is closely related to the quality of learning carried out by the teacher. Planning well, being objective and factual are factors that can increase teacher enthusiasm and self-confidence.

Abstract

Perubahan dalam kurikulum menjadi suatu keharusan. Pertumbuhan IPTEKS yang sangat cepat mengharuskan pendidikan untuk tidak terpaku pada kurikulum yang sudah ada dan nyaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui perencanaan manajemen kurrikulum dan sisitem penilaian perguruan tinggi dalam mengaplikasikan kurikulum MBKM Kurikulum Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia ini dirancang guna pelatihan bagi mahasiswa untuk mewujudkan dunia pendidikan tinggi tidak terpisah dan berjarak dengan dunia kerja yang riil yang ada di masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mengkaji fenomena melalui pengumpulan data non-numerik untuk memahami makna, pengalaman dan perspektif. Teknik pengumplan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Observasi, Wawancara Mendalam (Indepth Interview) dan dokumentasi. Sementara dalam menganalisa data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisa data Milles dan Huberman dimana analisis data meliputi tiga tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara simultan. Manajemen Kurikulum MBKM (MerdekaBelajar Kampus Merdeka) di Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia dengan paradigma integrasi nilai-nilai Ulul Albab, pendekatan pembelajaran Ulul Albab menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dengan konsep Ulul Albab. Sistem penilaian dalam perencanaan kurikulum MKBM di Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia yaitu berbasis learning outcome berdasar pada Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL) pada setiap program studi.
