Abstract

Sektor kesehatan merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pembangunan nasional yang sangat bergantung pada kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja perawat melalui kepuasan kerja di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh perawat aktif sebanyak 297 orang, dengan sampel representatif sebanyak 170 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kinerja perawat secara langsung. Kepuasan kerja ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif yang paling kuat terhadap kinerja (koefisien 0,420) dan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi (intervening) yang menjembatani pengaruh motivasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja tenaga perawat. Secara simultan, variabel-variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 47,8% variasi kinerja tenaga perawat di RSUD Syekh Yusuf. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja perawat dapat dioptimalkan melalui penguatan motivasi kerja, penyediaan jenjang karir yang transparan, dan peningkatan kepuasan kerja perawat

Abstract

Influence of Health Education on Female Age Behavior (WUS) in IVA Examination in Early Detection of Cervical Cancer at Kassi-Kassi Health Center of Makassar (Guided Een Kurnaesih and Reza Aril Ahri). Currently, the coverage of early detection of cervical cancer is still very low, due to a lack of knowledge and public awareness to participate in the early detection of cervical cancer programs. IVA examination is an early detection program for cervical cancer applied by the government. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of Health Education on the Behavior of Women Aged Fertile (WUS) in IVA Examination on Early Detection of Cervical Cancer at Kassi-Kassi Health Center of Makassar City The research design used was a quasi-experimental pre-post design with a comparison group which attempted to reveal the effectiveness of the independent variable to the dependent variable by stretching the control group in addition to the experimental group with the number of samples 66 Wus. The result of the research shows that health education influences knowledge, attitude, and action of WUS in IVA examination on early detection of cervical cancer at Kassi-Kassi Health Center Makassar 2018, from T-Test statistic test p sig = 0,000 <0,05. Health Education in the IVA examination in the early detection of cervical cancer gives the effect of increasing knowledge, attitude, and action to become more positive, it is expected the authorized institution can do it in a wider range and better quality

Abstract

Workplace accidents are a serious issue in the industrial sector. They can affect worker health and safety, as well as company productivity. Data from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Social Security Agency for Employment) indicates that 370,747 workplace accidents were recorded in Indonesia in 2023. Unsafe actions and unsafe conditions can contribute to workplace accidents. This study aims to determine the relationship between unsafe actions and unsafe conditions and the occurrence of workplace accidents among power plant workers at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Tello Makassar in 2025. This is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of all 66 power plant workers. A total sampling technique was employed, meaning the entire population served as the study sample. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results show no significant relationship between unsafe conditions and workplace accidents (p=0.762). However, unsafe actions show a significant relationship (p<0.001). It can be concluded that unsafe actions are associated with workplace accidents among power plant workers at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Tello Makassar, whereas unsafe conditions are not significantly associated.
