Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic had a major impact on Indonesia's economic growth. One of the sectors affected is tourism. To boost the tourism industry, we must not forget the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) which are one of its supporters. During this pandemic, as many as 75% of SMEs had experienced a significant decline in sales. Most of these business actors apparently do not have a planning strategy for dealing with a disaster (disaster preparedness plan). In fact, this capability can help them prepare for business sustainability both during and after the pandemic. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to increase the empowerment of SME’s HR in order to improve the welfare of community-based tourism in Yogyakarta and Lombok. In general, the stages of activity are divided into two, namely 1) mapping SME’s entrepreneurs; 2) implementation of the online and offline training and mentoring program on entrepreneurial competence. The output expected from this activity is to select young entrepreneurs from each region who will later be given the opportunity to follow pitching and match making events with angel capital (entrepreneurs, CSR, local government, or banking). Meanwhile, the results of this activity are independent entrepreneurs who can become the driving force in their community

Abstract

AbstrakDalam sebuah perusahaan, sumber daya manusia memiliki andil penting, sehingga memerlukan perhatian kepuasan kerjanya, karena perihal itu akan memberi pengaruh pada kinerja yang dihasilkan. Salah satunya faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yakni lingkungan kerja. Kepuasan kerja yang ditandai dengan taraf ketidakhadiran tanpa keterangan, pada PT Manunggal Perkasa selama 3 tahun terakhir cukup fluktuatif dan lingkungan kerja yang dirasa masih kurang optimal. Tujuan kajian ini ialah guna menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan non-fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Manunggal Perkasa baik secara parsial, simultan, secara langsung dan tidak langsung, dengan menyebarkan kuisioner pada 151 responden sebagai sampel. Pada kajian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif serta jalur menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari kajian ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya lingkungan kerja fisik dan non-fisik mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, baik secara parsial ataupun simultan. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan sejumlah 20,9% dan sejumlah 79,1% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara tidak langsung pada kepuasan kerja sejumlah 10,11%, pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja fisik sejumlah 7,8% sedang pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja non-fisik sejumlah 13,03%.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kepuasan Kerja.AbstractIn a company, human resources have an important role, so it requires attention to job satisfaction, because it will have an influence on the resulting performance. One of the factors that influence job satisfaction is the work environment. Job satisfaction, which is marked by the level of absence without explanation, at PT Manunggal Perkasa for the last 3 years is quite volatile and the work environment is still not optimal. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the physical and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Manunggal Perkasa either partially, simultaneously, directly and indirectly, by distributing questionnaires to 151 respondents as samples. This study uses descriptive data analysis techniques and paths using IBM SPSS version 24 software. The results of this study show that the physical and non-physical work environment has a significant influence on job satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. The magnitude of the simultaneous influence is 20.9% and 79.1% is influenced by other factors. The indirect effect of the physical and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction is 10.11%, the direct effect of the physical work environment is 7.8%, while the direct influence of the non-physical work environment is 13.03%.Keywords: Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja dari fisik dan non fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandung Lodaya Jawa Barat secara simultan dan parsial. Pada penelitian mempergunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan sampel populasi melalui metode kuesioner kepada 36 pegawai. Selanjutnya menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Method of Succesive Interval (MSI), Uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik dinilai “sangat baik”, lingkungan kerja non fisik “baik” dan kinerja pegawai “sangat memuaskan”. Lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Analisis jalur menunjukkan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh 55% serta lingkungan kerja non fisik sebesar total 29,7% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa meningkatnya kinerja pegawai perusahaan dapat diperbaiki melalui lingkungan kerja agar dapat meningkatkan faktor lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of online training and technology readiness on entrepreneurial motivation, especially for MSMEs from 5 Super Priority Destinations and Bali who take part in online training organized by Telkom University in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. To increase MSMEs' knowledge of digital business management, online training is currently trending. One of the challenges in conducting online training is the readiness and understanding of the technology of the participants. Based on the description above, it is necessary to know how much influence training and technology readiness have on SME entrepreneurship motivation in 5 Super Priority Destinations (Lake Toba, Borobudur, Mandalika, Likupang, and Labuan Bajo) and Bali. The population in this study were 300 SMEs spread across 5 Super Priority Destinations and Bali who participated in online training activities. Structured questionnaires were given to MSME actors to test hypotheses. Data processing will be analyzed using path analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that online training has an effect on technological readiness, and technology readiness on entrepreneurial motivation, the rest is still influenced by other variables.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh pelatihan online dan kesiapan teknologi terhadap motivasi berwirausaha khususnya bagi UMKM dari 5 Destinasi Super Prioritas dan Bali yang mengikuti pelatihan online yang diselenggarakan oleh Telkom University bekerjasama dengan Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan UMKM tentang manajemen bisnis digital, saat ini sedang tren pelatihan online. Salah satu tantangan dalam melakukan pelatihan online adalah kesiapan dan pemahaman teknologi peserta. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, perlu diketahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan dan kesiapan teknologi terhadap motivasi berwirausaha UKM di 5 Destinasi Super Prioritas (Danau Toba, Borobudur, Mandalika, Likupang, dan Labuan Bajo) dan Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 300 UKM yang tersebar di 5 Destinasi Super Prioritas dan Bali yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan secara online. Kuesioner terstruktur diberikan kepada para pelaku UMKM untuk menguji hipotesis. Pengolahan data akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan online berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan teknologi, dan kesiapan teknologi terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, sisanya masih dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Telkomcel's customers started to complain and lost their trust and their customers got worse and worse. In order to take back the customer's trust, Telkomcel implemented two main strategies, namely the Push Strategy and the Pull Strategy in its marketing activities. This study aims to provide an overview of Specific Service Quality in three dimensions, namely Tangible, Empathy and Assurance, Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention at Telkomcel Timor Leste, and to determine the effect of service quality on Repurchase Intention with customer satisfaction interventions at Telkomcel East Timor. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to 200 people at several universities in Timor Leste such as UNTL (Timor Loro Sae National University), UNPAZ (Universidade Da Paz), UNITAL (Universidade de Oriental) and DIT (Dili Institute of Business) ISC (Institut Unggul Cristal) 200 students, lecturers and administrative staff on campus randomly using a Likert scale and non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis technique, with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the work environment and work motivation have on employee performance both partially and simultaneously in the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Service. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Data collection methods taken in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, because all members in the population can be used as a sample, amounting to 141 employees of the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Service. The analysis used in processing the data in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results obtained in this study stated that there was a positive and significant influence between work environment variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Service both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance, the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, then the influence of both Knowledge Sharing and Work Motivation on Employee Performance, at PT Altrak 1978 Sampit Branch, Central Kalimantan. This study uses quantitative methods with questionnaire data collection techniques distributed to all employees because the sampling technique used is a saturated sample, so all 142 population members will be sampled. Based on the data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software version 25. There is a simultaneous and partial significant influence of each variable, both knowledge sharing and work motivation, on employee performance, with a total influence of knowledge sharing of 53.8%. Meanwhile, the total effect of work motivation is 26.9%.

Abstract

Niat keluar perusahaan merupakan sikap individu akibat stres yang berujung pada keinginan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap niat keluar karyawan pada generasi milenial sektor ritel di Indonesia. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi untuk memperluas pemahaman, wawasan dan menjadi panduan bagi perusahaan untuk merumuskan strategi yang efektif untuk mengurangi tingkat keinginan berhenti, khususnya di kalangan generasi milenial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif-kausalitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial yang bekerja di sektor retail di Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel 360 responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan hasil nya diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-Amos. Temuan pada penelitian ini yaitu stres kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berhenti, dimana role ambiguity mempunyai pengaruh lebih dominan

Abstract

Education has an important role in state development and economic growth, with significant changes in the world of education according to the times. This transformation contributes greatly to the progress of society, including in the field of HR management in educational institutions such as the Al-Muttaqin Foundation Islamic Development Institute (LPI). Efficient human resources and employee performance are critical to the success of public organizations. This study examines work discipline, work environment, and employee performance at LPI Al-Muttaqin Foundation as well as the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Using a quantitative approach with questionnaires distributed to 110 employees at LPI Al-Muttaqin Foundation Tasikmalaya City through the saturated sample method, the data were analyzed using descriptive and path analysis with IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that work discipline is in the "discipline" category, while the work environment and employee performance are in the "good" category. Work discipline and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The total effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance is 78.9%, with 21.1% influenced by other factors.
