Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. In collecting data, researchers used interviews, questionnaires, and observation to obtain complete and accurate information and then processed it using SPSS tools. With the number of respondents as many as 65 employees at Cv. Agung Jaya Putra Furniture Cirebon. Based on the results of the research tests that the researchers conducted, that the influence of leadership and work discipline on job satisfaction at Cv. Agung Jaya Putra Furniture Cirebon The results of testing the hypothesis prove that leadership has an effect on job satisfaction. The results of hypothesis testing prove that work discipline has no effect on job satisfaction. And the results of testing the hypothesis prove that leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Wanasalam Village is one of the villages in Majalengka Regency, West Java, with various potential resources. One of the resources owned by Wanasalam Village is the existence of youth organizations that are active in carrying out social and economic activities. One of the things the youth group works on in Wanasalam Village is the use of upholstery leather waste which is used to be processed into creative industrial products that have economic value. However, production activities carried out by Karang Taruna members have not optimally carried out bookkeeping or financial management so that they often experience problems in knowing the performance of economic activities carried out. Based on this, the community service team at Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati conducted SME-based financial management training activities. Lecture methods, discussion methods and demonstrations are training methods used in community service activities. This service activity focuses on increasing knowledge and skills in managing finances for economic activities carried out. The result of this activity is that youth members are able to apply simple financial management to economic activities carried out by their organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the authority of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance. The research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Griya Nata Cirebon with a total sample of 66 respondents. The determination of respondents selected through the technique of Probability Sampling with the type of sample is Random Sampling. Sampling from some populations without any difference is called probability sampling. The data analysis method used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression analysis, as well as t-test and F- a test which was processed through the IBM SPSS 23 (Special Package for Statistical Science) application. The results showed that the work discipline and sustainable leadership style on employee performance. The variable of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance has a significant positive effect of 27.5% and the remaining 72.5% is influenced by other factors. For PDAM Tirta Griya Nata Cirebon, it is important to pay attention to the leadership style given to employees and improve employee work discipline in order to create high employee performance and have a good impact on PDAM Tirta Griya Nata Cirebon.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of cohesiveness and leadership both partially and simultaneously on the performance of Grage Mall Cirebon employees. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative using statistical tests using the SPSS softwere tool version 21.0. In this study, the population was all employees of Grage Mall Cirebon which amounted to 53 employees. As for the sampling technique, it uses saturated sampling. The data collection methods used are field studies, questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that the cohesiveness variable partially affects employee performance with a t value calculated > t table, namely 2.096 > 2.008 and has a significant value smaller than 0.05 or 0.041< 0.05. Variabel leadership partially affects performance with a t value calculated > ttable which is 12,825>2,008 and has a significant value smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 Ftable which is 106,940>3.18 and has a significant value smaller than the level of thevalue of 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This researcher aims to test Work Motivation and Work Discipline against the Work Productivity of PD Sri Tanjung Indramayu. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study was PD Sri Tanjung Indramayu employees totaling 67 employees. This research sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The data withdrawal technique uses questionnaires and the data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the researchers showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of Work Motivation on Work Productivity in terms of the -tcount of the < -ttable, namely 13,014 < 1,997 with a sig of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study also show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity as seen from the –t count of the < -t table, namely 11,014 < 1,997 with a sig value of 0.005 < 0.5 by means of simultaneous variables Work Motivation and Work Discipline have an effect and significant effect on work productivity shown by F calculate > F table, which is 94.615.

Abstract

Limitations of the leader's communication style with work performance, teacher job satisfaction, teacher commitment, and teacher motivation and teacher ability as a positive work culture have yet to show collective participation. The existence of harmony between theoretical expectations and reality urges a review to analyze leadership communication styles and teacher work culture towards collaborative management. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive plan. The subjects were teachers and school leaders, totaling 310 respondents. Supervised data collection techniques by developing instruments based on research indicators. Technical analysis using SPSS Version 26.0 with correlation analysis. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the level of the principal's basic tendency to power, the basis of expert power, the level of the basic tendency of the principal's coercive power, the level of the basic tendency of the principal's legitimate power, the principal's supervisory communication style, the teacher's work culture, the level of teacher competence, an organizational structure with a level of collaborative management at the level. The research conclusions show a negative and significant relationship between the age of leadership in secondary schools, the education level of school principals, and the level of collaborative management. The implications of this research can provide a positive picture and impact for leaders to communicate and collaborate massively and actively with teachers.

Abstract

Badan Peningkatan Penyelenggaraan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (BPPSPAM) mengumumkan bahwa sebanyak 380 PDAM diseluruh Indonesia yang telah dinilai kinerja pegawai dalam penilaian kinerja tersebut sebanyak 157 PDAM keadaan kurang sehat atau berkinerja buruk. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif menggunakan tipe kausal digunakan untuk membangun hubungan kausal antara Budaya Organisasi,Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. budaya organisasi (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung 2,040>ttabel 1,672, dan nilai sig sebesar 0,046<0,05.kompetensi (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung 4,223>ttabel1,672, dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000<0,05. Fhitung sebesar 10,140>Ftabel sebesar 3,16 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,00<00,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effect of work stress on cyberloafing behavior mediated by work-life balance at PT KAI DAOP 3 Cirebon City. This study uses quantitative research with a correlation design that aims to explain the relationship between variables and predict scores. The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents and data was obtained through questionnaires. The results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the work stress variable (X) and the work-life balance variable (Z) of 19.5%. While the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was no significant influence between the work stress variable (X) on the cyberloafing variable (Y) and there was a significant influence between the work stress variable (X) and the work-life balance variable (Z) on the cyberloafing variable (Y) by 18.7%. The conclusion and implication of the study as a whole is that it highlights the importance of work-life balance in coping with work stress and cyberloafing. The results also suggest that work-life balance mediates cyberloafing behavior and may be an influential factor in most employees and a small percentage unaffected by work-life balance and other factors outside of the study.

Abstract

University students are an intellectual group that is currently enrolled in classes. Students engage in employment and business off campus in addition to their coursework. In order to reduce emotional exhaustion in students who work part-time, this research aims to investigate the relationship between work overload, work-life balance, and self-efficacy. It is hoped that this research will serve as an assessment tool for employers, encouraging them to focus more on employee work-life balance, self-efficacy, and work-life balance. emotional weariness. The methodology used in this study is quantitative. Purposive sampling together with statistical techniques were used to properly assess the data. SmartPLS 3 software is used in this study to evaluate the theoretical framework. Combining assessments of discriminant and convergent validity allowed for the verification of construct validity. Internal consistency testing was used to assess construct reliability. The significance is evaluated using the bootstrapping technique. The study's findings indicate that the emotional tiredness experienced by students who work part-time is significantly influenced by job overload, work-life balance, and self-efficacy.
