Abstract

Toko Pakaian Aisah adalah sebuah bisnis penjualan fashion yang terletak di Karanganyar. Mulai dari anak-anak hingga dewasa seperti kemeja, celana, baju muslim dan daster tersedia berbagai macam. Dalam melakukan penjualannya saat ini, Toko Aisah hanya menerima secara offline sehingga menunggu pembeli datang ke outlet. Namun, sesekali Toko Aisah memasarkannya melalui story WhatsApp lalu mengantarkan produknya menuju rumah pelanggan. Hal ini terjadi kendala apabila terdapat produk dengan stok yang minim, karena masih melalui WhatsApp stok produk hanya terupdate setelah Admin melakukan update sehingga menjadi rasa kecewa terhadap pelanggan yang hendak memesan produk sedangkan stok belum terupdate. Dengan demikian, dilakukan penelitian dengan topik Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pakaian Berbasis Website Pada Toko Pakaian Aisah Karanganyar agar menjadi solusi atas permasalahan yang dialami oleh pemilik usaha dalam manajemen penjualan.

Abstract

Mandala Bhakti Health Vocational School Surakarta is a vocational school that focuses on the health sector and has two majors, namely nursing and pharmacy. The use of computers at the Mandala Bhakti Health Vocational School in Surakarta has begun to be applied to help work in the field of school administration, especially the student payment administration section which serves all student payments including medical tests, tuition fees, practicum, competency tests, re-registration, and registration.However, the administrative process for student payments still takes quite a long time because students must first write a payment slip and wait for a payment receipt from the treasurer which is written manually and the recording process must be done twice, namely per day and class. In addition, the passbooks and receipts that are used by students to see the payments that have been made, are mostly lost and damaged, making students not know what bills to pay. Therefore, it is necessary to have a Student Payment Administration Information System that can speed up the payment process, simplify the reporting process, and grant access rights for students to view payment history and bill payments.This Student Payment Administration Information System was created based on a website using visual studio code software (text editor), MySQL database management system (DBMS), Xampp, and the PHP programming language. Methods of data collection are done using interviews, observation, and literature study. While in its construction, the author uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) development method which consists of requirements analysis, modeling analysis, modeling design, and construction.Testing the student payment administration information system uses black box testing which shows that the system is functioning properly without any errors. User testing was carried out using a questionnaire which showed the results that for the admin, treasurer, and principal access rights questionnaire the highest score was the 'agree' option with a percentage of 60%, while for the student access rights questionnaire, the highest score was the 'agree' option. with a percentage of 55%. This shows that the student payment administration information system is following the needs of its users

Abstract

Effective and efficient inventory management is crucial for the operational success of trading companies. CV. Al Salam, engaged in fabric trading in Sukoharjo, faces significant challenges in managing fabric stocks at their main warehouse. Currently, inventory management at CV. Al Salam is done manually, often leading to issues such as recording errors and document piles. This research aims to develop a web-based warehouse information system using technologies like PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript to address these challenges. The system is expected to provide real-time stock monitoring, automated restock notifications, and an interactive dashboard for data analysis. The Waterfall development method is employed, covering requirements analysis, design, development, and testing phases. Testing results show the system functions according to specifications with a 100% success rate, enhancing recording accuracy and speeding up reporting and goods distribution processes. The research findings indicate that this system successfully improves operational efficiency at CV. Al Salam by reducing recording errors and accelerating the reporting and distribution processes.

Abstract

Percetakan bima merupakan toko percetakan yang menyediakan barang dan jasa yang berlokasi di JL.Temugiring 3, Tunggulsari, Kelurahan Pajang, Kecamatan Laweyan, Kota Surakarta, yang telah berdiri dari tahun 2020.Percetakan Bima menghadapi beberapa tantangan, terutama terkait keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dengan hanya memiliki lima karyawan, namun harus menerima sekitar lima belas pesanan setiap harinya. Layanan percetakan yang mereka sediakan juga beragam, seperti mencetak undangan pernikahan dan membuat soal ujian sekolah yang memerlukan proses pemesanan yang rumit, ter-masuk pemilihan jenis kertas, jumlah pesanan, dan pengiriman desain.Sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan maka percetakan bima membutuhkan sistem informasi pemesanan yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan proses pemesanan. Sistem yang akan dibuat akan menampilkan produk yang akan dijual dan memproses pesanan pelanggan. Untuk pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem pemesanan memiliki 3 hak akses antara lain : Owner,Admin dan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This research paper aims to analyze the role of reservation systems in enhancing the customer experience in the salon and spa industry through a comprehensive literature review. The study adopts a qualitative research approach utilizing a systematic review of relevant academic articles, books, and research reports. The research focuses on identifying the benefits and challenges associated with reservation systems, as well as best practices and trends in the industry. The findings contribute to the understanding of the impact of reservation systems on customer experience and provide recommendations for improving reservation system effectiveness in the salon and spa industry.

Abstract

Evaluasi kepuasan pengunjung di Solo Technopark selama ini dilakukan secara manual, sehingga dinilai kurang efisien dan tidak mampu mengungkap faktor-faktor layanan secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem dashboard berbasis web guna menganalisis dan memantau tingkat kepuasan pengunjung secara cepat dan akurat. Metode CRISP-DM digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja, dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner mencakup sembilan indikator layanan (U1–U9). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh masing-masing indikator terhadap kepuasan, serta analisis tren diagnostik untuk mengetahui penyebab fluktuasi skor kepuasan antar periode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator Kompetensi Petugas (U5) dan Sikap Sopan dan Ramah (U6) memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung (R² = 0,751). Sistem dashboard yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dalam membantu manajemen mengidentifikasi masalah pelayanan dan merancang strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan sistem ini secara rutin sebagai alat evaluasi berbasis data dan pengambilan keputusan taktis.

Abstrak : Gaya belajar merupakan aspek penting dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama bagi anak usia dini yang berada pada tahap awal perkembangan kognitif. Identifikasi gaya belajar yang tepat dapat membantu pendidik dan orang tua dalam merancang metode pengajaran yang sesuai. Anak usia dini (0 - 6 tahun) masih berada dalam fase perkembangan awal, baik dari segi kognitif, motorik, bahasa, maupun sosial-emosional. Berd|as|ark|an hasil penelitian terhadap salah satu gaya belajar pada anak, diperoleh nilai Certainty Factor (CF) sebagai berikut: gaya belajar visual 94,29%, auditori 94,10%, dan kinestetik 91,25%.==================================================Abstract : Learning style is an important aspect in the learning process, especially for early childhood who are in the early stages of cognitive development. Identifying the right learning style can help educators and parents in designing appropriate teaching methods. Early childhood (0 - 6 years) is still in the early developmental phase, both in terms of cognitive, motor, language, and social-emotional. They are not yet able to express their learning preferences clearly, making it difficult to identify their learning style precisely. This research aims to analyze, design, and build an expert system with the Certainty Factor method to determine the learning style of early childhood. An expert system should be equipped with a method that can give a certainty value to the output of a system, a method that can be applied in calculating an uncertainty value of system output is the CF (Certainty Factor) method. With this CF method, the author can determine the learning style that is suitable for early childhood. From the results of this study, the Certainty Factor method can calculate or determine the level of a certainty value of an early childhood learning style obtained through an expert. This system can also be used as an independent consultation media, without the need for direct involvement from educational psychology experts, making it more efficient in terms of time and cost. Based on the results of research on one of the learning styles in children, the Certainty Factor (CF) value is obtained as follows: visual learning style 94.29%, auditory 94.10%, and kinesthetic 91.25%.

Abstract

Digimizu Digital Management specializes in Software and Photography as well as Digital Content while delivering on-demand services. The company operates without a computerized information system for managing both transactions and financial reports. The company handles orders manually via WhatsApp or face-to-face interactions while transaction records are kept on paper and within Microsoft Excel files. Data loss becomes possible alongside human errors and inaccurate reporting while real-time data access and monitoring face constraints. The company needs a web-based financial information system which should combine transaction automation with customer data management functions alongside quick and accurate financial report generation. The development of the financial information system utilizes the SDLC method with the Waterfall model and system weaknesses analysis through the PIECES method with UML (Unified Modeling Language) support. This system implementation will bring efficiency to Digimizu Digital Management's business procedures while decreasing errors in recording and enabling real-time financial activity tracking which will enhance overall company performance.

Abstract

Indonesia continues to report high maternal and infant mortality rates, underscoring the urgent need for effective community-based health information systems, particularly in rural areas served by Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Posts). Despite their crucial role in primary healthcare delivery, many Posyandu still rely on manual data recording, resulting in fragmented documentation, delayed health risk detection, and inefficient decision-making processes. This study adopts a design research approach, utilizing the User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology to develop a web-based health monitoring system tailored for non-technical users, specifically Posyandu cadres in Dukuh Village, Boyolali Regency. The UCD process involved four iterative stages: understanding the user context, specifying user requirements, designing high-fidelity interface prototypes using Figma, and conducting usability evaluation through the System Usability Scale (SUS). The developed prototype includes key features such as digital patient data entry, real-time health examination input, visual health monitoring graphs, and automatic report generation by category and period. Usability testing was conducted with five Posyandu cadres who participated in defined usage scenarios and completed the SUS questionnaire. The resulting average SUS score was 84, categorized as “Excellent,” indicating that the system is intuitive, accessible, and efficient for users with limited technological experience. These findings demonstrate that the UCD approach effectively aligns system functionality with user needs, enhancing usability and supporting timely, data-driven health service decisions. This model offers significant potential for scalability and adaptation in other Posyandu settings, contributing to more integrated and responsive public health interventions at the village level.

Abstract

Digital transformation at the village government level has become a crucial aspect of realizing efficient, transparent, and responsive public services. However, Nambangan Village currently faces administrative bottlenecks due to its reliance on a conventional service system. The process of issuing various certificates, such as the Certificate of Inability (SKTM), domicile letters, and cover letters, requires residents to physically visit the village hall. This practice leads to crowded queues, potential errors in population data recording, and low time efficiency in service delivery. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Village Public Service Information System that adapts to the operational needs of both village officials and the community of Nambangan Village. The system development method applied is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which encompasses the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages, supported by a MySQL database for integrated data management. The primary features implemented include online document submission, population data management, service tracking for village officials, public village information delivery, and a public grievance reporting system. Software quality assurance was functionally evaluated through the Black Box Testing method. The final outcome of this research is expected to provide an applicable technological solution for Nambangan Village to optimize public administrative governance and provide accessible services for the community without spatial or temporal constraints.
