Abstract

CV Expressa faces problems in budget management due to a slow manual process, less transparent, and vulnerable to errors. This study aims to design a web -based budgeting information system to improve efficiency and accuracy. System development uses the SDLC Waterfall method (Analysis of Needs, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance) with Laravel Technology (PHP) and PostgreSQL Database. Features include budget submission, tiered approval, reporting, and audit trail. Blackbox testing test results show all functions run optimally, supported by automatic notifications and printed reports. This system is proven to speed up the process, reduce errors, and increase budget transparency at CV Expressa

Abstract

Penjualan diperlukan suatu pengawasan atau monitoring guna menunjukkan dari keberhasilan yang dicapai dari tujuan dari organisasi atau instansi. Perusahaan dagang yang memiliki berbagai cabang, maka pimpinan harus memperoleh informasi dan laporan dari cabang-cabang tersebut. Memonitoring atau mengawasi perkembangan penjualan perlu dilakukan pimpinan supaya dapat mengevaluasi tingkat penjualan di berbagai cabang dari suatu perusahaan. Toko ABC salah satu toko yang memiliki beberapa cabang selama ini   proses   pencatatan data transaksi atau penjualan dilakukan dengan mencatat ke dalam buku laporan penjualan. Selanjutnya buku tersebut, difoto dan dikirim ke grup Whatsapps yang di dalamnya beranggotakan karyawan cabang, pusat dan pimpinan. Memonitoring atau mengawasi perkembangan penjualan perlu dilakukan pimpinan supaya dapat mengevaluasi tingkat penjualan di berbagai cabang dari suatu perusahaan. Jauhnya kantor cabnag dengan kantor pusat menyebabkan sulitnya pimpinan perusahaan untuk melakukan evaluasi penjualan secara langsung di cabang. Model Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Evalusi Penjualan, yang diharapkan hasil prototipe dapat diimplementasikan pada perusahaan dagang terutama para pelaku usaha menengah yang memiliki kantor cabang Hasil monitoring tersebut pimpinan dapat mengevaluasi penjualan di setiap cabang – cabang. Metode analisis dalam penelitian yang digunakan adalah PIECES untuk menganalisis sistem yang berjalan dan yang akan dikembangkan. Serta, model perancangannya menggunakan flowchart dan Data Flow Diagram. Sistem akan dikembangkan dengan metode prototype. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database yang digunakan MySQL sebagai pengolah basis datanya. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan dua jenis pengujian diantaranya black box dan white box. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi Sistem informasi monitoring dan evaluasi penjualan berbasis Web tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pimpinan dapat mengawasi proses transaksi penjualan di seluruh cabang, dengan adanya laporan transaksi dan laporan stok di seluruh cabang. Selain itu, pimpinan juga dapat menjadikan seluruh laporan tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. AbstractSales require an oversight or monitoring to determine the success achieved from the goals of the organization or agency. A trading company that has various branches, the management must obtain information and reports from these branches. Monitoring or supervising sales developments needs to be done by the leadership in order to evaluate the level of sales at all branches of a company. ABC store is one of the stores that has several branches. So far, the process of recording sales transaction data is carried out by recording it in a sales report book. Furthermore, the book is photographed and sent to the Whatsapps group, which consists of branch admins, central admins and leaders. Monitoring or supervising sales developments needs to be done by the leadership in order to evaluate the level of sales at all branches of a company. The distance between the branch office and the head office makes it difficult for company leaders to monitor sales directly at the branch. Sales Monitoring Information System Model, it is hoped that the results of this prototype can be implemented in trading companies, especially medium-sized businesses that have branch offices. The results of the monitoring, the leader can evaluate the sales in each branch. This research will develop a sales monitoring information system by integrating the existing sales information system at the branch store with the existing system at the central store. The system development method used in this research is prototype, the design model uses flowcharts and Data Flow Diagrams. This study uses PHP as the programming language for coding and MySQL as the database processor. Testing this system using black box testing. The results of designing a Web-based sales monitoring information system application by integrating the sales system at the branch store so that the head and central store admin can oversee the sales transaction process, transaction reports and stock reports in all branches. Leaders can also make the entire report into consideration in making decisions.

Abstract

Operational activities at the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) produce various files or documents or reports or archives every year. The problem facing institutions is that the number of these reports will continue to increase over time. The management of these files has been carried out digitally using various types of information technology. The focus of information technology is not only being able to store files but also being able to find them again, so this research was conducted to optimize the performance of the search feature on file management information systems. This optimization is carried out by applying the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) Algorithm. The research stage is to design an algorithm for the system, build an application based on the design that has been carried out, prepare the data to be tested, and carry out testing. This research has resulted in a prototype LAZ file search. The results of testing this prototype is that the KMP Algorithm has no significant impact on search than the usual SQL Query on PHP. The test results show that the search time for files in all folders only increases by 0.095%, and the search time for files in one folder increases only by 0.007%.

Abstract

Toko Roti Trimo Lowung Karanganyar adalah usaha di bidang F&B yang menerima pesanan roti satuan hingga partai besar. Staf gudang melakukan pencatatan persediaan bahan baku secara manual dalam buku, kemudian menginputnya ke Microsoft Excel. Proses ini sering menimbulkan masalah seperti ketidakruntutan pengeluaran bahan baku yang mengakibatkan kadaluarsa. Dengan demmikian, diperlukan sistem informasi persediaan bahan baku untuk pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pengelolaan stok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode FIFO, yang diterapkan dalam proses peletakan dan pengambilan bahan baku, sehingga bahan yang pertama masuk akan keluar terlebih dahulu.  Hasil pengembangan sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi persediaan bahan baku ini mampu melakukan pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pengelolaan stok secara efektif, mengurangi risiko kadaluarsa, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional pada toko roti trimo lowung. Hasil pengujian black-box juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi secara baik serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Toko Pakaian Aisah adalah sebuah bisnis penjualan fashion yang terletak di Karanganyar. Mulai dari anak-anak hingga dewasa seperti kemeja, celana, baju muslim dan daster tersedia berbagai macam. Dalam melakukan penjualannya saat ini, Toko Aisah hanya menerima secara offline sehingga menunggu pembeli datang ke outlet. Namun, sesekali Toko Aisah memasarkannya melalui story WhatsApp lalu mengantarkan produknya menuju rumah pelanggan. Hal ini terjadi kendala apabila terdapat produk dengan stok yang minim, karena masih melalui WhatsApp stok produk hanya terupdate setelah Admin melakukan update sehingga menjadi rasa kecewa terhadap pelanggan yang hendak memesan produk sedangkan stok belum terupdate. Dengan demikian, dilakukan penelitian dengan topik Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pakaian Berbasis Website Pada Toko Pakaian Aisah Karanganyar agar menjadi solusi atas permasalahan yang dialami oleh pemilik usaha dalam manajemen penjualan.

Abstract

Mandala Bhakti Health Vocational School Surakarta is a vocational school that focuses on the health sector and has two majors, namely nursing and pharmacy. The use of computers at the Mandala Bhakti Health Vocational School in Surakarta has begun to be applied to help work in the field of school administration, especially the student payment administration section which serves all student payments including medical tests, tuition fees, practicum, competency tests, re-registration, and registration.However, the administrative process for student payments still takes quite a long time because students must first write a payment slip and wait for a payment receipt from the treasurer which is written manually and the recording process must be done twice, namely per day and class. In addition, the passbooks and receipts that are used by students to see the payments that have been made, are mostly lost and damaged, making students not know what bills to pay. Therefore, it is necessary to have a Student Payment Administration Information System that can speed up the payment process, simplify the reporting process, and grant access rights for students to view payment history and bill payments.This Student Payment Administration Information System was created based on a website using visual studio code software (text editor), MySQL database management system (DBMS), Xampp, and the PHP programming language. Methods of data collection are done using interviews, observation, and literature study. While in its construction, the author uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) development method which consists of requirements analysis, modeling analysis, modeling design, and construction.Testing the student payment administration information system uses black box testing which shows that the system is functioning properly without any errors. User testing was carried out using a questionnaire which showed the results that for the admin, treasurer, and principal access rights questionnaire the highest score was the 'agree' option with a percentage of 60%, while for the student access rights questionnaire, the highest score was the 'agree' option. with a percentage of 55%. This shows that the student payment administration information system is following the needs of its users

Abstract

Effective and efficient inventory management is crucial for the operational success of trading companies. CV. Al Salam, engaged in fabric trading in Sukoharjo, faces significant challenges in managing fabric stocks at their main warehouse. Currently, inventory management at CV. Al Salam is done manually, often leading to issues such as recording errors and document piles. This research aims to develop a web-based warehouse information system using technologies like PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript to address these challenges. The system is expected to provide real-time stock monitoring, automated restock notifications, and an interactive dashboard for data analysis. The Waterfall development method is employed, covering requirements analysis, design, development, and testing phases. Testing results show the system functions according to specifications with a 100% success rate, enhancing recording accuracy and speeding up reporting and goods distribution processes. The research findings indicate that this system successfully improves operational efficiency at CV. Al Salam by reducing recording errors and accelerating the reporting and distribution processes.

Abstract

Percetakan bima merupakan toko percetakan yang menyediakan barang dan jasa yang berlokasi di JL.Temugiring 3, Tunggulsari, Kelurahan Pajang, Kecamatan Laweyan, Kota Surakarta, yang telah berdiri dari tahun 2020.Percetakan Bima menghadapi beberapa tantangan, terutama terkait keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dengan hanya memiliki lima karyawan, namun harus menerima sekitar lima belas pesanan setiap harinya. Layanan percetakan yang mereka sediakan juga beragam, seperti mencetak undangan pernikahan dan membuat soal ujian sekolah yang memerlukan proses pemesanan yang rumit, ter-masuk pemilihan jenis kertas, jumlah pesanan, dan pengiriman desain.Sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan maka percetakan bima membutuhkan sistem informasi pemesanan yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan proses pemesanan. Sistem yang akan dibuat akan menampilkan produk yang akan dijual dan memproses pesanan pelanggan. Untuk pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem pemesanan memiliki 3 hak akses antara lain : Owner,Admin dan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This research paper aims to analyze the role of reservation systems in enhancing the customer experience in the salon and spa industry through a comprehensive literature review. The study adopts a qualitative research approach utilizing a systematic review of relevant academic articles, books, and research reports. The research focuses on identifying the benefits and challenges associated with reservation systems, as well as best practices and trends in the industry. The findings contribute to the understanding of the impact of reservation systems on customer experience and provide recommendations for improving reservation system effectiveness in the salon and spa industry.

Abstract

Batik is a recognized intangible cultural heritage of Indonesia, featuring diverse motifs and deep-rooted philosophical meanings. Solo is one of the regions known for its distinctive batik patterns. However, manual identification remains challenging due to visual similarities between motifs. This study aims to develop an automatic classification system for identifying four Solo batik motifs Parang, Sidoasih, Sidomukti, and Truntum using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The dataset includes 250 labeled digital images collected from online repositories and prior research. The data were split into training, validation, and test sets. Preprocessing steps involved resizing to 224×224 pixels, normalization, and data augmentation. The CNN architecture comprises three convolutional layers, max pooling, a flatten layer, and two dense layers. The model was trained for 20 epochs using the Adam optimizer and categorical cross-entropy loss function. Evaluation results showed that the model achieved an accuracy of 89.36% and a loss value of 0.5172. The macro and weighted f1-scores exceeded 0.88, indicating high classification performance. These results demonstrate the potential of CNNs in recognizing complex batik motifs and highlight the role of AI in preserving cultural heritage through technology.
