Abstract

The gamelan industry in Indonesia, as a rich and historical cultural heritage, faces significant challenges in sales and marketing, particularly in terms of efficiency and market reach. This article focuses on the implementation of information technology through the development of a web-based marketing information system supported by a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy in the Sido Dadi Gamelan industry, located in Jatiteken Village, Sukoharjo Regency. This system is designed to facilitate more efficient and effective online sales, with a new product notification feature via email that is expected to expand market reach and enhance customer interaction. Additionally, the system aims to improve customer satisfaction through better relationship management, ultimately contributing to increased company profitability. The implementation of this information technology not only addresses the challenges faced by the gamelan industry but is also expected to strengthen the industry’s position in the global market through a more modern and structured marketing strategy.

Abstract

Salons and spas in Indonesia need to utilize information technology to improve business performance and provide customers with a more personalized experience. The integration of digital reservation systems, online marketing, and technology-based customer management will help improve operational efficiency and gain valuable customer feedback. Digital reservation systems enable salons and spas to improve business performance by providing easy access to customers, increasing the efficiency of scheduling management, and providing a more personalized experience, which is an important strategy in the competitive digital era. One of the alternative digital reservation systems that can be used by salons and spas in Indonesia is Android-based. This research resulted in an Android-based digital reservation system that focuses on customer experience. The object of the research is Spaque Salon & Day Spa, an MSME in Indonesia. Through mobile technology, customers can easily book and manage their treatments. Test results showed positive feedback regarding the user interface, reservation steps, and interactive features. The system also helps with schedule management, additional services, offers, as well as revenue and financial tracking. This research combines customer and technology perspectives, contributing to the salon and spa industry as well as mobile technology developers.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, wisatawan sering menggunakan internet untuk mencari dan memesan hotel. Ulasan hotel online adalah sumber informasi penting bagi calon tamu, namun sentimen dalam ulasan ini sulit diinterpretasikan karena bahasa yang kompleks dan kontekstual. Klasifikasi sentimen yang akurat dalam ulasan hotel berbahasa Inggris memerlukan strategi yang canggih. Penelitian ini fokus pada model RoBERTa Twitter, yang merupakan pengembangan dari BERT (BiDirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) Google, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman bahasa dan kinerja dalam konteks ulasan hotel. Dengan pendekatan pelatihan yang lebih komprehensif, model ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi analisis sentimen. Penelitian ini melibatkan tahapan identifikasi masalah, seleksi data, preprocessing, pemodelan, dan pengujian hyperparameter. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kinerja model yang memuaskan dengan akurasi sentimen 88%, namun akurasi untuk aspek tertentu lebih rendah, dengan fasilitas 75%, pelayanan 78%, kamar 81%, serta lokasi dan harga 84%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan akurasi analisis sentimen, mendukung keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam pemilihan hotel online.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, design, and develop a web-based information system to calculate the cost of electrical installation for simple residential homes using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The research background is the need for a system that can facilitate users in planning and estimating electrical installation costs based on technical specifications and power requirements. The system is designed to provide accurate cost estimates, including the cost of installing electrical points, sockets, lights, and other electrical components, enabling users to make more informed decisions. The RAD method is employed to accelerate the development process and ensure the system meets user needs through rapid iterations and prototyping. The results indicate that the system can deliver precise and user-friendly cost calculations, making it an effective tool for planning electrical installations in simple residential homes.

Abstract

Gociko Snack, a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME), often faces significant challenges in managing its inventory due to the unpredictable nature of market demand. Accurate sales forecasting is crucial for Gociko Snack to optimize stock levels, reduce storage costs, and avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations. Traditional methods of sales prediction are often unable to cope with the dynamic and complex market environment in which Gociko Snack operates. in solving the case This research uses the ARIMA (AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average) model for forecasting and application modeling using the CodeIgniter framework in a structured Waterfall system development methodology. Through rigorous testing and evaluation, the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) was set at 9.18, which shows the effectiveness of the application in predicting sales trends with a high success rate. This research contributes valuable knowledge and practical solutions to empower businesses to navigate and utilize data-driven decision making for long-term success and resilience.

Abstract

In the digital era, effective archive management and performance reporting are essential for organizations, especially Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) which has a great responsibility towards accountability and transparency. This research aims to design a Management Information System (SIM) to manage archives and performance reports with the assignment method, tailored to the needs of management in LAZ so that data management is more efficient and integrated. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) which consists of three stages: Requirements Planning, Design, and Implementation. This research resulted in a SIM design with access divided into three levels of management, namely top level management, lower level management, and technical level management. Top level management plays a role in assigning tasks as well as monitoring the progress of tasks, middle level management assigns and monitors tasks as well as receiving and editing tasks, while technical level management only plays a role in collecting tasks. Centralized task collection will make it easier for LAZ to manage and search for important documents, archives, and reports. LAZ can use this design in answering the challenge of managing document data in the form of archives and performance reports that support zakat accountability, as well as contributing to the development of SIM for non-profit organizations.

Abstract

Analisis sentimen digunakan untuk memahami pandangan dan pendapat masyarakat terhadap suatu hal, serta untuk mengidentifikasi tren topik pembicaraan. Dalam upaya merespon keluhan dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, Dinas Pariwisata kota Solo aktif memanfaatkan berbagai platform media sosial seperti Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, web ULAS, dan Halo Mas Wali sebagai sarana komunikasi interaktif dengan masyarakat. Melalui media sosial ini, dapat mempermudah pegawai dalam proses pengumpulan sentimen masyarakat, yang nantinya akan menjadi dasar untuk menetapkan kebijakan dan strategi pembangunan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan aplikasi analisis sentimen yang mampu mengklasifikasikan setiap tweet menjadi tiga kategori, yakni positif, netral dan negatif. Algoritma yang digunakan yaitu Naive Bayes. Naive Bayes adalah algoritma klasifikasi yang menggunakan probabilitas fitur untuk memprediksi label data, dengan asumsi fitur saling independen. Algoritma tersebut cocok untuk klasifikasi big data karena efisien pada data besar dan beragam. Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi analisis sentimen ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat secara otomatis melabeli data menggunakan metode Naive Bayes berbasis PHP dan MySQL. Proses crawling data dari Twitter dilakukan melalui Google Colab menggunakan bahasa Python. Dalam implementasinya, aplikasi ini dapat membantu dalam melakukan klasifikasi opini masyarakat terhadap tempat wisata di kota Solo. Dilakukan pengujian validasi data untuk menguji kesamaan hasil perhitungan sistem dan manual menggunakan 3 data training dan 1 data testing yang didapatkan hasil klasifikasi data testing positif. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan 500 data menggunakan metode naive bayes didapatkan hasil klasifikasi netral berjumlah 122 data, positif 302 data dan negatif 76 data dengan akurasi sebesar 70,2%%, presisi 67% dan recall 100%

Abstract

Pada saat ini di zaman teknologi, semua bidang tentu membutuhkan pemanfaatan teknologi terutama dalam perusahaan dan data-data secara umum dikemas dalam bentuk tabel-tabel yang mandiri dan biasanya sulit untuk dibaca, di fahami, di bandingkan, dan tidak menarik untuk dilihat maupun dianalisis. Diperusahaan sadasa akademi sangat membutuhkan sistem internal salah satu sistem yang dibutuhakan perusaahan adalah visualisasi data dashboard analytic yang dikemas dalam bentuk website. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pembuatan dashboard interaktif yang di akses melalui website, dashboard nantinya dapat membantu mempermudah perusahaan untuk melihat visualisasi tersebut, hasil dari visualisasi untuk dijadikan analisis ataupun analisa dalam proses bisnisnya untuk pengambilan keputusan. Hasil dari visualisasi yang dianalisis kelas online maupum offline paling banyak, kelas paling banyak peminat disetiap periode tanggal atau bulan dan penyebaran wilayah customer paling sering mengambil kelas di sadasa akademi dalam bentuk grafik, dan gambar. Abstract

Sistem pengelolaan magang pada Digimizu Digital Management belum terkomputerisasi sehingga dalam pengelolaan data magang masih menggunakan Kertas tulisan tangan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya kesalahan pengelolaan data magang, kertas mudah hilang atau sobek, dan pengelolaan data masih memerlukan waktu yang lama. Sistem informasi pengelolaan magang berbasis web ini bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan lebih menghemat waktu dan tenaga serta mengelola data peserta magang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan dengan menggunakan analisis PIECES. peracangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language yang terdiri dari use case diaram, activity diagram, dan class diagram. Abstract

TB. Sami Jaya is a construction materials provider company offering key components like sand, nails, cement, iron, heavy steel, and electronic products for infrastructure construction projects. In the era of rapid technological development, the company faces the challenge of making accurate sales predictions. This study aims to develop a sales prediction system using Support Vector Machine (SVM) to help TB. Sami Jaya optimize the supply of construction materials based on existing transaction data, collected from November to December 2023. By identifying relevant trends and patterns, the goal is to generate more reliable projections, thereby reducing the risk of inventory excess or shortage, which increases operational costs and decreases customer satisfaction. The model's performance is evaluated by comparing the prediction results with actual data using metrics such as Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). The Rational Unified Process (RUP) method is employed for information system development. The results indicate that using SVM for predicting sales of construction materials is effective and helps optimize inventory management.
