Abstract

Air yang keruh tidak dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan budidaya ikan, karena air yang keruh dapat menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan daya ikat oksigen, berkurangnya batas pandang ikan, selera makan ikan berkurang, ikan sulit bernafas karena insangnya tertutup oleh partikel lumpur. Dalam upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, peneliti memanfaatkan teknologi penutup saluran kolam berbasis arduino dengan sensor kekeruhan air untuk menutup saluran air yang masuk ke dalam kolam ikan, sehingga air yang masuk ke dalam kolam ikan tetap bersih dan hasil panen ikan dapat lebih maksimal. Dalam proses perbuatan penutup saluran kolam berbasis arduino menggunakan metode R&D antara lain seperti potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk. Dari hasil penelitian ini dalam membuat alat Penutup Saluran Kolam Otomatis berbasis arduino mendapatkan hasil bisa berjalan sesuai rencana awal, yang dimana bisa menutup saluran secara otomatis ketika air keruh dari irigasi seperti yang pernah diuji coba.

Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is one of the government’s social policies aimed at improving food security for low-income households. However, the beneficiary selection process in the field is often carried out manually and subjectively, which may lead to mistargeting. This study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) model based on the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) to assist village officials in objectively determining the eligibility of prospective BPNT recipients, particularly in areas not yet supported by digital technology. The assessment was conducted using five main criteria, namely income, employment status, number of dependents, housing condition, and asset ownership. Eligibility determination was carried out by setting an average threshold value (≥ 0.305), where candidates with a final score equal to or above the threshold were categorized as eligible, while those below it were deemed ineligible. The analysis results showed that out of 11 prospective recipients, four candidates with scores of A4 = 0.925, A9 = 0.900, A5 = 0.700, and A1 = 0.450 were declared eligible to receive BPNT, while the remaining seven were deemed ineligible. The application of the SMART method has proven effective in improving transparency, objectivity, and proportionality in the selection process, making it a practical guideline for village governments or social service agencies in distributing aid fairly and accurately. In the future, this manual model can be integrated into web-based or mobile applications to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data documentation, accompanied by regular evaluations to ensure that the criteria remain relevant to the socioeconomic dynamics of the community.

Abstract

Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) adalah gangguan kesehatan yang disebabkan karena getaran mesin pada tangan secara berlebihan. HAVS memberikan efek rusaknya pembuluh darah, otot dan tulang menajadi lemah, serta kehilangan sensoris secara permanen.  Seseorang yang tedampak Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) salah satunya ialah pengendara Hand Tractor. Pada penelitian ini dibangun alat Kendali hand tractor dengan mengimplementasikan Internet Of Things melalui Wifi LAN Untuk mengurangi getaran yang diterima pengendara hand traktor. Alat kendali Hand tractor yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan smartphone Android sebagai remote control, Access point sebagai penghubung, rangkian elektronik berbasis Node MCU ESP8266 untuk menerjemahkan perintah dari Smartphone android menjadi gerak untuk menggerakkan tuas kompling utama untuk maju dan berhenti, Tuas Gas, dan kopling perseneleng untuk belok ke kiri dan belok ke kanan. Sebuah aplikasi android dikembangkan sebagai remote sumber perintah. Metoda yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Research And Development dengan sepuluh (10) tahapan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan alat kendali dapat menarik tuas kopling handtractor sehingga alat dinyatakan cukup mempu menggantikan pengendara handtractor.Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) is a disorder of the human hand caused by exposure to machine vibrations. HAVS causes damage to blood vessels, muscle weakness, permanent sensory loss, and bone damage. Hand Tractor Driver One of the workers affected by Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS). To reduce the vibrations received by the hand tractor driver, in this research an IoT-based hand tractor controller was built. The tractor controller implements the TCP/IP protocol in a small coverage area, namely a Local Area Network (LAN) with connecting access point devices. Android smartphone is used as the main remote control. An electronic circuit based on the Node MCU ESP8266 to translate commands from an Android smartphone into movements to move the main clutch lever to move forward and stop, the gas lever, and the shift clutch to turn left and turn right. The access point is used to connect Android applications with electronic circuits. This research uses the Research and Development method. The test results show that the controller can pull the handtractor clutch lever so that the tool is declared capable of replacing the handtractor driver.

Abstract

Gambar merupakan salah satu alat bukti tindak kejahatan. Gambar dapat memberikan banyak informasi dianataranya tentang pelaku, jam kejadian, cara terjadi dan lainnya. Ada banyak alat yang telah dihasilkan dengan menggunakan Node MCU ESP32 CAM. Penggunaan ESP 32 CAM karena memiliki fitur kemampuan menangkap gambar dengan modul kamera yang telah terpasang. Penggunaan ESP 32 CAM banyak digunakan pada proyek Internet of Things (IoT) karena memiliki modul Wifi yang terpasang onboard. Pada proyek penangkap gambar yang mendeteksi manusia maka ESP 32 CAM membutuhkan modul tambahan sebuah Sensor PIR Motion. Ada banyak jenis sensor PIR Motion dengan jarak jangkau yang beragam dan waktu respon yang berbeda. Pada penelitin ini dilakuakan pengujian beberapa jenis sensor PIR Motion untuk mendapatkan data PIR Motian dengan jangkauan terjauh dan respon tercepat. Dikembangkan rancangan alat penangkap gambar berbasis ESP 32-CAM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sensor PIR Motion terbaik ialah seri HC-SR501 dan rancangan rangkaian alat penangkap gambar dapat bekerja pada ruang gelap dan memiliki sumber tegangan sendiri dari batrai yang dapat diisi ulang.Pictures are one of the evidence of a crime. Images can provide a lot of information including about the perpetrator, the time of the incident, how it happened and others. There are many tools that have been generated using the Node MCU ESP32 CAM. The use of ESP 32 CAM because it has the ability to capture images with a camera module that has been installed. The use of ESP 32 CAM is widely used in Internet Of Things (IoT) projects because it has a Wifi module installed onboard. In the project of capturing images that detect humans, the ESP 32 CAM requires an additional module, a PIR Motion Sensor. There are many types of PIR Motion sensors with varying ranges and different response times. In this study, several types of PIR Motion sensors were tested to obtain Motian PIR data with the farthest range and fastest response. ESP 32-CAM based image capture tool was developed. The results show that the best PIR Motion sensor is the HC-SR501 series and the design of the image capture device can work in a dark room and has its own voltage source from a rechargeable battery.

Abstract

Closed circuit television disingkat CCTV merupakan alat bantu yang telah banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan maupun rumah tangga dalam melakukan pemantuan. CCTV pada umumnya dihidupkan secara terus menerus dalam kurun waktu yang ditentukan pengguna. Penggunaan CCTV secara terus menerus berdampak pada pemborosan daya listrik dan usia penggunaan perangkat lebih singkat. Maka diperlukan penelitian CCTV hemat energy dan hidup hanya pada waktu yang diperlukan untuk penggunaan perangkat CCTV yang lebih lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) yang hemat energi dan masa penggunaan perangkat yang lama. Terdiri dari dua blok uatama yaitu CCTV Sistem dan blok controller. Blok CCTV berfungsi menangkap gambar dan menampilkan pada layar LCD 14 Inchi. Blok controller dengan pemroses Utama NodeMCU ESP32 sebagai pengatur waktu CCTV mendapat tegangan listrik untuk hidup. CCTV Cerdas ini akan bekerja pada rentan waktu jam 21.00 malam sampai 06.00 pagi dengan mengimplementasikan modul Real Time Clock (RTC) untuk masukkan waktu. CCTV Cerdas mendapat tegangan supply jika sensor PIR Motion mendeteksi panas tubuh manusia pada radius 3 Meter.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian alat dapat disimpulkan bahwa CCTV Cerdas berbasis NodeMCU ESP-32 dapat bekerja dengan baik yaitu setiap kali sensor PIR mendeteksi panas tubuh maka akan menyalakan unit CCTV.Closed circuit television abbreviated (CCTV) has been widely used by companies and households for monitoring. CCTV users generally turn it on continuously. Continuous use of CCTV has an impact on wasting electrical power and shortening the device's lifespan. research was carried out on energy-saving CCTV and a longer CCTV usage period. The aim of this research is to build a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) that is energy efficient and has a longer device usage period. Smart CCTV Consists of a CCTV System block and a controller block. The CCTV block functions to capture images and display them on a 14 inch LCD screen. The controller block with the NodeMCU ESP32 main processor as the CCTV timer gets electrical voltage to turn on. This Smart CCTV will work between 21.00 pm to 06.00 am by implementing a Real Time Clock (RTC) module to enter the time. The CCTV block gets a supply voltage if the PIR Motion sensor detects human body heat in a radius of 3 meters. The test results show that the NodeMCU ESP-32 based Smart CCTV can work well. The CCTV block will always turn on whenever the PIR sensor detects human body heat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use digital public services based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the addition of digital literacy as an extended variable. Data were collected between May and August 2025 from 101 valid respondents who used services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. The analysis employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that Perceived Usefulness (PU) significantly affects Attitude Toward Using (ATU) and Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), while Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) strongly influences PU. Digital literacy demonstrates a significant direct effect on BI but does not serve as a moderating variable in the core TAM relationships. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates a moderate to high explanatory power, and the Q² values confirm the predictive relevance of the model. These results suggest that improving the adoption of digital public services requires optimizing system usefulness, simplifying the interface, enhancing users’ digital skills, and effectively communicating service value. This research extends the technology acceptance literature in the public sector while providing practical guidance for system developers and policymakers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat penggunaan layanan publik digital berbasis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan menambahkan variabel literasi digital. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada Mei–Agustus 2025 dengan responden valid sebanyak 101 orang pengguna layanan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil. Analisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness (PU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Using (ATU) dan Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), sedangkan Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) berpengaruh kuat terhadap PU. Literasi digital terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap BI, namun tidak berperan sebagai variabel moderasi pada hubungan inti TAM. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan daya jelaskan model pada tingkat moderat hingga tinggi, sedangkan nilai Q² mengonfirmasi relevansi prediktif model. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan adopsi layanan publik digital memerlukan optimalisasi kegunaan sistem, penyederhanaan antarmuka, peningkatan keterampilan digital pengguna, serta komunikasi nilai layanan yang jelas. Penelitian ini memperluas literatur penerimaan teknologi di sektor publik sekaligus memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengembang sistem dan pembuat kebijakan.

Abstract

LPK (Job Training Institute) Zahra Computer is a course institution located at Jln Ahmad Yani Gerung No 10, Gerung Utara, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. LPK Zahra faced problems in promotion related to the poster design which was not attractive and took a long time. Therefore, training was conducted using Canva as a solution to improve staff skills in promotional poster design. Methods of implementing the training include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the training show an increase in knowledge and skills in using Canva to create attractive designs. The evaluation was carried out through a questionnaire using the Google Forms, and the results showed the participant’s satisfaction with the training. In conclusion, this training succeeded in increasing the participants' knowledge and skills in making posters using Canva as a promotional medium. Suggestions for the future are continuous training to maximize the application of the knowledge that has been obtained.
