Abstract

The rapid growth of population and urbanization in Bekasi District has increased the demand for adequate road infrastructure, but it has also posed challenges in the maintenance and repair of existing infrastructure. The main constraint in addressing this issue is the limited available budget, although the Bekasi District Government has tried various innovative programs. In this context, it is important to have mechanisms that allow the public to report infrastructure problems quickly and accurately. Based on preliminary studies, many factors can cause road infrastructure damage. The aim of this research is to design and develop a Road Infrastructure Damage Complaint System in Bekasi District, providing easy access for the public to report road infrastructure damage and enabling authorities to prioritize infrastructure repairs more quickly and accurately, thus improving the quality of life for the community and building a complaint system that can help expedite the repair process.

Abstract

As time goes by, the development of information systems is increasingly enhanced by the advancement of sophisticated technology. Information systems are based on human needs to store and process information more effectively and efficiently. Sports that are currently popular, such as futsal, have garnered significant interest. Futsal is a sport played by five players one achteam,withtheo bjective of scoring goals by manipulating theball. Thegrowing demand for futsal fields has led to the need for a booking and scheduling system, where customers orpotential futsal players must visitthe location inperson to makea booking, which consumes time and costs. Before making abooking, customers must first check the availability of the field on the desired day and time, a process that is still done manually by going to the venue. Online booking is the process of arranging reservations for products or services. It involve screating amethodo fordering (forplaces,goods,etc.)tootherswhilebeingconnected to the internet. Therefore, online booking can be defined as the reservation of products or services conducted through an internet connection. To maximize the online booking system, the First Come First Serve algorithm is required to aid in the effective creation of the online booking system. The First Come First Serve (FCFS) algorithm is the simplest scheduling algorithm used by CPUs. Hence, the author has chosen the title “Design of the JB Futsal Booking System Using the First Come First Served (FCFS) Algorithm.”

Abstract

PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera is a company engaged in vacuum services dust & mites for various soft materials. The problem that exists at PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera when the cleaning staff does work at the customer's house is that currently the staff cleaner scheduling system that runs is still conventional such as estimating the time and distance that is not appropriate when going to the customer's location, there are additional orders when the work has not been completed, and making work reports that are still manual. The purpose of this research is to create a work scheduling system for PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera's cleaner staff to replace the previous manual system in order to make it easier for cleaner staff to carry out their work and in making the cleaner staff work scheduling system using the Greedy Algorithm for application in finding the closest route to the customer's location. Based on these problems, a system was created that can make it easier for cleaner staff to get work scheduling information via smartphone devices that can be accessed in real time and create computerized work reports. Abstract

Rumah Sakit Anna Pekayon Bekasi melayani pasien dari anak-anak hingga orangtua. Pendaftaran yang ada pada rumah sakit saat ini adalah dengan cara pasien datang secara langsung ke Rumah Sakit untuk mendaftarkan diri dan ada seorang petugas yang mencatat datanya. Berdasarkan wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan Rumah Sakit bahwa masih ada pelayanan dari Rumah Sakit yang masih perlu perbaikan dikarenakan pasien yang berasal dari daerah yang jauh dari Rumah Sakit ini jarang sekali yang mendapat pelayanan langsung karena belum adanya informasi tentang penjadwalan dokter dan juga belum ada layanan pemesanan dokter pada Rumah Sakit. Untuk mendapatkan pelayanan konsultasi dengan dokter, sebelumnya pasien harus datang ke Rumah Sakit lalu melakukan pendaftaran kepada petugas Rumah Sakit dengan memberikan data diri, selanjutnya petugas Rumah Sakit memasukan data pasien ke formulir pendaftaran yang menggunakan form berupa kertas, lalu petugas rumah sakit memasukan lagi data tersebut ke aplikasi pengolahan data yaitu Microsoft Excel. Setelah data pasien diinput, petugas selanjutnya memberikan nomor antrian kepada pasien. Dari semua permasalahan diatas tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu pasien untuk melakukan pemesanan secara online dan mempermudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai jadwal dokter di Rumah Sakit Anna Pekayon Bekasi dengan penerapan metode antrean multi channel single phase dan mempermudah karyawan dalam mendapatkan informasi pasien yang sedang konsultasi atau pemesanan sercara online.

Abstract

The gross motor skills of children in Muara Gembong sub-district, Bekasi district, are not in accordance with growth and development because the educational learning process due to the impact of Covid 19 is carried out online, so that it has an impact on decreasing Gross Motor Skills and decreasing students' physical fitness. The purpose of community service activities is to improve gross motor skills by using GeCe (Fast Motion) media, a tool used to measure speed, agility, flexibility. The method used is the lecture method for tool socialization activities, training on the use of tools, and mentoring. The results of the activity show that the application of the GeCe tool is able to improve the Gross Motor Skill of children in the Muara Gembong area. In conclusion, community service activities have a positive impact on the community in Muara Gembong District, especially helping in developing and improving Gross Motor Skills. The limitation in this activity is the relatively short time so that the objectives of the activity cannot be optimally achieved. Suggestions For the implementation of community service in the future it can be carried out in a better and sustainable manner because in the Muara gembong area there are still a lot of activities that need to be carried out in developing community activities in increasing human resources man.

Abstract

Higher Education facilitates the process of Internship students through several stages, which can be taken by students after fulfilling the requirements. The Process of Internship, starting with making an official letter of submission to the company where the internship is accompanied by the submission of proposals internships until the implementation of Internship Work in the company is completed. After the internship process is completed students then make a report Internship. Readiness of Study Program to the Faculty in managing the process of implementation of internship work vary. Especially readiness when the Study Program enrolls students until obtaining the scheduling of the seminar report Internship. Universities that have fewer students may not be a problem. But if universities have a large number of Faculties and Study Programs, so the number of active students owned is also a lot, this can be the first step of the complexity of a system. The problems that arise are conflicting schedules of supervisors, examiners and rooms. To facilitate the implementation of the process, e-Magang application is made to help the application process of Internship. The e-Internship application is built with the phase flow of the Scrum SDLC method in Project Management.

Abstract

This study aims to design an automated system tool for freshwater crayfish aquaculture based on the Internet of Things (IoT). In lobster cultivation, it is necessary to pay attention to important factors for the success of cultivation, namely environmental conditions, feed and water quality. Water quality that must be considered from the water temperature and pH of the water. In thisautomatic system, sensors are made that can monitor pH, temperature and feed automatically. The design of this tool for monitoring pH, temperature and feed can be controlled through the Blynk application and using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method can help in calculating the distance to the expected water quality. The tool made can be run remotely with a micro device called Wemos D1 as the central controller which is connected to the application and the temperature sensor used is a Thermocouple and a pH meter sensor. With this automatic system tool, it can be used properly so that it can produce lobster with good quality.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based tourism navigation information system using Dijkstra’s algorithm to determine the fastest rout in Jakarta City. The proposed navigation system assists tourist in planning their trips more efficiently by providing real-time information on the fastest routes, travel distances, and estimated traviel times. By implementing Dijkstra’s algorithm, the system calculates the optimal route based on the starting location from the user’s device and destination data stored in the database. This research employs the waterfall system development method, which inludes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The testing results demonstrate that the system accurately provides the fastest routes, enhancing convenience and travel efficiency for tourist.

Abstract

PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang layanan vacuum (sedot) debu & tungau untuk berbagai soft material. Permasalahan yang ada di PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera ketika staff cleaner melakukan pekerjaan di rumah customer yaitu saat ini sistem penjadwalan staff cleaner yang berjalan masih konfensional seperti estimasi waktu dan jarak yang tidak sesuai pada saat menuju lokasi customer, terdapat order tambahan pada saat pekerjaan belum selesai, dan pembuatan laporan pekerjaan yang masih manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuat sistem penjadwalan kerja staff cleaner PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera untuk menggantikan sistem yang sebelumnya masih manual agar mempermudah staff cleaner dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya dan dalam pembuatan sistem penjadwalan kerja staff cleaner menggunakan Algoritma Greedy untuk penerapan dalam pencarian rute terdekat menuju lokasi customer. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diciptakan sebuah sistem yang dapat memudahkan staff cleaner untuk mendapatkan informasi penjadwalan kerja melalui perangkat smartphone yang bisa diakses secara real time dan pembuatan laporan pekerjaan secara komputerisasi.

Abstract

Sumber Jaya Village, located in South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency, West Java, has an area of 636 hectares and is surrounded by several other villages. In 2022, the population reached 9,063 inhabitants. Despite its size, the village faces challenges in the development of information technology, where most of the information dissemination is still done manually and most of the village's potential has not been made public. This has resulted in difficulties for local people in accessing information from the village government and in conveying their suggestions and aspirations. The main problems in Sumber Jaya Village include the difficulty of accessing information and complaints, as well as the manual process of handling certificates from village officials. To overcome these problems, the Community Service Program (PKM) aims to implement the smart village concept with proposed solutions including application development and providing training to the community. PKM is arranged in three years.
