Abstract

Higher Education facilitates the process of Internship students through several stages, which can be taken by students after fulfilling the requirements. The Process of Internship, starting with making an official letter of submission to the company where the internship is accompanied by the submission of proposals internships until the implementation of Internship Work in the company is completed. After the internship process is completed students then make a report Internship. Readiness of Study Program to the Faculty in managing the process of implementation of internship work vary. Especially readiness when the Study Program enrolls students until obtaining the scheduling of the seminar report Internship. Universities that have fewer students may not be a problem. But if universities have a large number of Faculties and Study Programs, so the number of active students owned is also a lot, this can be the first step of the complexity of a system. The problems that arise are conflicting schedules of supervisors, examiners and rooms. To facilitate the implementation of the process, e-Magang application is made to help the application process of Internship. The e-Internship application is built with the phase flow of the Scrum SDLC method in Project Management.

Abstract

This study aims to design an automated system tool for freshwater crayfish aquaculture based on the Internet of Things (IoT). In lobster cultivation, it is necessary to pay attention to important factors for the success of cultivation, namely environmental conditions, feed and water quality. Water quality that must be considered from the water temperature and pH of the water. In thisautomatic system, sensors are made that can monitor pH, temperature and feed automatically. The design of this tool for monitoring pH, temperature and feed can be controlled through the Blynk application and using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method can help in calculating the distance to the expected water quality. The tool made can be run remotely with a micro device called Wemos D1 as the central controller which is connected to the application and the temperature sensor used is a Thermocouple and a pH meter sensor. With this automatic system tool, it can be used properly so that it can produce lobster with good quality.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based tourism navigation information system using Dijkstra’s algorithm to determine the fastest rout in Jakarta City. The proposed navigation system assists tourist in planning their trips more efficiently by providing real-time information on the fastest routes, travel distances, and estimated traviel times. By implementing Dijkstra’s algorithm, the system calculates the optimal route based on the starting location from the user’s device and destination data stored in the database. This research employs the waterfall system development method, which inludes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The testing results demonstrate that the system accurately provides the fastest routes, enhancing convenience and travel efficiency for tourist.

Abstract

PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang layanan vacuum (sedot) debu & tungau untuk berbagai soft material. Permasalahan yang ada di PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera ketika staff cleaner melakukan pekerjaan di rumah customer yaitu saat ini sistem penjadwalan staff cleaner yang berjalan masih konfensional seperti estimasi waktu dan jarak yang tidak sesuai pada saat menuju lokasi customer, terdapat order tambahan pada saat pekerjaan belum selesai, dan pembuatan laporan pekerjaan yang masih manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuat sistem penjadwalan kerja staff cleaner PT Yukbersihin Sejahtera untuk menggantikan sistem yang sebelumnya masih manual agar mempermudah staff cleaner dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya dan dalam pembuatan sistem penjadwalan kerja staff cleaner menggunakan Algoritma Greedy untuk penerapan dalam pencarian rute terdekat menuju lokasi customer. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut diciptakan sebuah sistem yang dapat memudahkan staff cleaner untuk mendapatkan informasi penjadwalan kerja melalui perangkat smartphone yang bisa diakses secara real time dan pembuatan laporan pekerjaan secara komputerisasi.

Abstract

Sumber Jaya Village, located in South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency, West Java, has an area of 636 hectares and is surrounded by several other villages. In 2022, the population reached 9,063 inhabitants. Despite its size, the village faces challenges in the development of information technology, where most of the information dissemination is still done manually and most of the village's potential has not been made public. This has resulted in difficulties for local people in accessing information from the village government and in conveying their suggestions and aspirations. The main problems in Sumber Jaya Village include the difficulty of accessing information and complaints, as well as the manual process of handling certificates from village officials. To overcome these problems, the Community Service Program (PKM) aims to implement the smart village concept with proposed solutions including application development and providing training to the community. PKM is arranged in three years.

Abstract

Era industri 4.0 dimana era adanya disrupsi ekonomi dimana dapat menggerus sistem-sistem pasar yang selama ini telah berjalan secara tradisional, fenomena toko-toko atau pasar-pasar menjadi sepi pengunjung dengan banyaknya bermunculan toko-toko online menyebabkan para pelaku penjual di toko harus mau tidak mau beralih dari toko fisik menjadi toko digital. Salah satu upaya yang harus kita lakukan adalah melalui pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang bisa dimulai dari individu atau perorangan. Juga tidak kalah penting adalah kegiatan di dunia pendidikan, karena tidak terkecuali permasalahan pandemi ini berimbas pada Perguruan Tinggi. Bagi individu pelaku bisnis, dalam hal ini adalah yang mau berkembang untuk dapat prioritas dalam edukasi serta pendampingan. Penyelenggaraan dapat diadakan di Fakultas ataupun ruang aula Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya (Ubhara Jaya) kampus Bekasi dengan materi mencakup perencanaan pembuatan toko online, registrasi ke channel toko online atau ke market place untuk membuka toko online. Materi yang akan disajikan ini dibuat sederhana namun dapat dipahami oleh semua yang hadir dari akademisi hingga staff universitas, dan yang pasti harus mudah dipraktekkan dalam usahanya. Harapan ke depan dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan munculnya toko-toko online dari para individu atau perorangan. Sehingga kebutuhan masyarakat akan dapat dipenuhi oleh toko online ini. Bahkan jika masing-masing staff dan akademisi akan berkembang maka hasil-hasilnya akan dapat dipasarkan dieksport sampai manca negara melalui toko online.

Abstract

Talents Mapping is an application tool for recognizing one's talents based on 34 talent themes adopted from Gallup's research, so that someone can also find out their personal strength and typology's strength. Talend mapping training is motivated by a request from the leadership of SMK Negeri 11 Bekasi so that teachers can get to know their respective talents so that in teaching and educating students more optimally and teachers after receiving this activity can teach back to their students. This training begins by recording teachers' emails to create a classroom account to ask preliminary aptitude test questions and share material. The training was conducted at the Computer Lab of SMK Negeri 11 on 12 July 2020 with 46 teachers participating. The results of the training for teachers using the lecture method, filling out the instruments, and comments from resource persons. The teachers fill in the questions about themselves at www.temubakat.com, then the answers are mapped using talents mapping to find out the potential talents of each teacher.

Abstract

Water quality monitoring is a critical component in ensuring environmental sustainability and public health. The degree of acidity (pH) is one of the key parameters used to assess water quality, as it directly affects the suitability of water for domestic and industrial applications. Conventional water pH measurement systems are typically local and rely on manual data recording, resulting in limited data accessibility, susceptibility to human error, and the absence of structured historical records. This study presents the design of an Internet of Things (IoT) platform as a two-way communication system between water pH sensing hardware and a cloud-based digital platform. The proposed system consists of a pH sensor, a network-enabled microcontroller, a cloud platform for centralized data management, and a web-based dashboard as the user interface. Two-way communication enables the system not only to transmit real-time measurement data but also to receive configuration commands from users. Experimental results indicate that the proposed IoT platform improves the efficiency of water pH monitoring, reduces reliance on manual data recording, and provides structured historical data to support long-term analysis.

Abstract

Laptop damage diagnosis at PT Tsurtech Solution is currently carried out manually, which can take more time and requires the technician's experience to identify problems accurately. This research aims to design and implement a web-based expert system to assist in diagnosing laptop damage based on symptoms inputted by users. The system is developed using the Forward Chaining algorithm, a data-driven reasoning method that matches facts (symptoms) with a set of predefined rules to conclude the type of damage. The system is built using the Waterfall development method, assisted by UML diagrams, and implemented with PHP programming language and MySQL database. Blackbox Testing is used to evaluate the system’s functionality. The results show that the system can be used as a supporting tool to help both users and technicians perform initial laptop damage diagnosis more quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam proses seleksi karyawan terbaik di PT. XYZ menggunakan algoritma Random Forest. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah proses penilaian karyawan yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui Microsoft Excel, sehingga rawan terhadap kesalahan perhitungan, duplikasi data, serta memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk menentukan karyawan berprestasi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan sistem berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan model klasifikasi machine learning guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan objektivitas proses evaluasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahap pengumpulan data, yaitu studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan hasil penilaian karyawan berdasarkan empat kriteria utama: kedisiplinan, kinerja, sikap kerja, dan keahlian, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk menentukan peringkat akhir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Random Forest memberikan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam proses klasifikasi dengan nilai akurasi mencapai 91,2%, serta menghasilkan peringkat karyawan yang konsisten dengan hasil evaluasi HRD. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan antarmuka pengguna yang sederhana dan informatif, yang memudahkan admin, HRD, dan karyawan dalam mengakses informasi sesuai hak akses masing-masing. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan algoritma Random Forest dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kecepatan, objektivitas, dan transparansi proses penilaian karyawan di PT. XYZ.
