Abstract

Pada dasarnya teknologi merupakan fasilisator yang saat ini telah mewadahi segala aspek dankegiatan-kegiatan manusia, baik dibidang Pendidikan, Kesehatan, Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Budaya. Menurut hasil dari penelitian Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Binjai belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan Sumber data yang ada untuk memprediksi jumlah data nikah berikutnya lebih banyak atau lebih sedikit. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan merupakan salah satu sistem pemrosesan informasi yang didesain dengan menirukan cara kerja otak manusia dan menyelesaikan masalah. Dalam penerapannya JST sering digunakan pada peramalan atau prediksi, dalam prediksi metode JST yang sering digunakan yaitu metode Backpropagation. Berkaitan denganhal tersebut, untuk membantu dan mempermudah dalam memprediksi jumlah tingkat data nikah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Binjai. Untuk 1 interasi dengan menggunakan metode Backpropagation hasilnya 0,562312667.

Abstract

Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) adalah rangkaian kegiatan dan ekonomi yang meliputi pengolahan, pengerjaan, pengubahan, perbaikan bahan baku atau barang setengah jadi menjadi barang yang berguna dan lebih bermanfaat untuk pemakaian dan usaha jasa yang menunjang berbagai kegiatan. Pada saat ini, jumlah IKM di Kabupaten Langkat terus meningkat, banyaknya data IKM yang pengelompokannya masih acak dan tidak teratur menyebabkan bagian Perindustrian cukup kesulitan dalam mengelompokan data IKM tersebut berdasarkan Kecamatan, Jenis Industri dan Hasil Produksi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan Algoritma K-Means dalam mengelompokan data IKM di Kabupaten Langkat serta untuk memberikan informasi tambahan mengenai perkembangan dan pertumbuhan IKM yang berada di Kabupaten Langkat. Diperoleh hasil pengelompokan menjadi 3 cluster yaitu pada cluster 1 berjumlah 7 data dimana kelompok industri kecil dan menengah pada Kecamatan (X) Kutambaru dengan Jenis Industri (Y) adalah Industri makanan ringan dan Hasil produksi (Z) adalahTempe, cluster 2 berjumlah 6 dimana kelompok industri kecil dan menengah pada Kecamatan (X) Sawit Seberang dengan Jenis Industri (Y) adalah kerajinan/anyaman dan Hasil produksi (Z) adalah Ukir Batu akik, dan cluster 3 berjumlah 6 data dimana kelompok industri kecil dan menengah pada Kecamatan (X) Brandan Barat dengan Jenis Industri (Y) adalah Bangunan/Mebel/Logam dan Hasil produksi (Z) adalah Industri Kayu.

Abstract

Internal Quality Audit is an independent and documented systematic testing process to ensure that the implementation of activities in higher education is in accordance with the procedures and the results are in accordance with the standards to achieve the goals of the institution. Quality can be guaranteed by ensuring that each individual has the skills he needs to do the job properly. Quality orientation in development life in Indonesia is something that is very urgent, must be supported and developed in order to respond to the trend of global competition. There are significant differences in the accreditation and quality assurance system with the previous version, it is necessary to develop a strategy by building an artificial intelligence-based system. The method used is to build an online system by involving experts and assessors to develop concepts in accordance with the points of the 9 criteria accreditation forms, to build a digital quality audit form for matching and the level of conformity between the implementation of higher education standards and the standards set, the benefit is to help universities implement digital and intelligent based internal quality audits, know the tri dharma standards of higher education that must be improved, maintained and deviated

Abstract

One way to find out the marriage certificate data is to group the prospective bride and groom data that has been recorded at the Langkat Ministry of Religion. The analysis was carried out using the Clustering method using the K-Means method which was translated into a software. This software is used for grouping data. The output is to find out the grouping of marriage certificate data with the closest relationship between the age group of the groom, occupation and address. The results showed that the age of the groom-to-be between 19-28 years old had a civil servant job at the address/district of Kutambaru. Keywords: age, occupation, address/location and clustering

Abstract

This research concerns the application of a new paradigm learning that provides flexibility for educators to formulate learning designs and assessments according to the characteristics and needs of students. To improve the quality of education in Indonesia, the government has made various breakthroughs and most recently is a new paradigm learning system to create a Pancasila student profile that accommodates all differences in students, is open to all and provides the needs needed by each individual. Therefore an application system is needed to support learning a new paradigm based on artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence plays a role in knowing the level of abilities and needs of students and follow-up learning according to the needs and abilities of students available in online learning media. With the e-learning application, a new paradigm based on intelligence is produced by smart adaptive e-learning that can accommodate each individual or student with a background of different levels of abilities, weaknesses, talents and interests with artificial intelligence and machine learning technology approaches that will identify students with a diagnostic assessment that is used as a recommendation for planning learning according to the needs and abilities of students

Abstract

Research on models of internal quality assurance systems in tertiary institutions online and digitally based on artificial intelligence in supporting the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program in accordance with the cycle of determination, implementation, evaluation, control and improvement. The system is supported by an artificial intelligence approach to determine the implementation and achievement of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka standard and to help universities detect early the impact of the implementation of Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka on the development of student competence. The implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program is recorded in a database with cycles of Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control and Improvement to analyze compliance with the establishment, implementation, evaluation, control and improvement of standards for one cycle each year. At the evaluation stage, standard achievement will be produced whether it exceeds, is achieved or deviates to be followed up at the control and improvement stage. With this application, it helps tertiary institutions carry out the standards for the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka program standards to be carried out and developed according to the cycle of Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control and Improvement

Abstract

The online learning system is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. This is in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia regarding Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Educational Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Abdi Negara Vocational School is one of the schools in Binjai City that carries out offline and online learning for its students, learning began in March 2020 when COVID-19 began to hit Binjai City. The COVID-19 pandemic has had many impacts on the state of society, one of which is in the field of education. All educational institutions are trying hard to maximize their respective ways of learning according to the circumstances of their students. Abdi Negara Vocational School which follows government regulations through the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia also carries out online learning, with the aim that teachers, staff and students are not infected with COVID-19 and can break the chain of spreading the virus. With these conditions, SMK Abdi Negara Binjai needs to build a system that can classify student learning interests, so that it can be used as material for consideration and evaluation of student learning outcomes. Data grouping can apply the Data Mining process with the K-Means algorithm Clustering method which is a process of processing very large amounts of data using statistical, mathematical methods, to utilizing Artificial Intelligence technology to produce a data group. The system is designed with the MATLAB R2014a programming application, after testing with the system the results are that in group 1 there are 836 data, group 2 there are 178 data and group 3 there are 91 data with a total of 1105 student data from the questionnaire results on August 31, 2022 .

Abstract

MIS Al Washliyah Binjai, merupakan salah satu Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Swasta yang berlokasi di alamat jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 148, Kota Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Dalam mengetahui kemampuan dasar siswa di sekolah, pihak sekolah menggunakan cara dengan menanyakan kemampuan siswa kepada guru pengajar disekolah. Penentuan kemampuan siswa tersebut masih merupakan pemikiran oleh guru – guru dan bukan berdasarkan kemampuan siswa itu sendiri. Untuk itu perlunya sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan kemampuan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada siswa untuk dilakukan perhitungan dengan sistem aplikasi agar dapat memberikan penilaian terhadap kemampuan dasar siswa dalam mata pelajaran yang sesuai untuk siswa tersebut, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dasar siswa tersebut dalam pelajaran yang sesuai disekolah. Untuk itu penulis akan membuat suatu sistem aplikasi alternatif yang dapat melakukan penentuan kemampuan dasar siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah untuk diketahui apakah siswa tersebut menonjol dalam bidang pelajaran dengan menggunakan sistem yang berbasis website. Aplikasi yang dibuat penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL sebagai data penyimpanannya. Sistem dibuat semudah mungkin agar lebih mudah digunakan dan dipahami oleh pengguna nantinya dalam menentukan kemampuan dasar siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bunga ialah sebagai alat perkembangbiakan generatif tumbuhan biji tertutup. Didalam bagianbagian bunga mempunyai macam-macam atau juga jenis-jenis bagian dalam bunga yang setiap fungsinya pada masing-masing bagian bunga tersebut berbeda-beda juga, sehingga diperlukan suatu pembahasan yang panjang dan juga luas mengenai bagian-bagian bunga Bunga secara sehari-hari juga dipakai untuk menyebut struktur yang secara botani disebut sebagai bunga majemuk atau inflorescence. Bunga majemuk adalah kumpulan bunga-bunga yang terkumpul dalam satu karangan. Dalam konteks ini, satuan bunga yang menyusun bunga majemuk disebut floret.Bunga sebenarnya adalah modifikasi daun dan batang untuk mendukung sistem pembuahan tertutup. Sistem pembuahan tertutup, yaitu karena bakal biji terlindung di dalam bakal buah atau ovarium dan ini juga menjadi ciri khasnya yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklasifikasi 12 motif batik Banten menggunakan metode SVM. Penelitian dilakukan secara beberapa tahap yaitu resize untuk menyamakan dimensi citra, grayscale untuk menyederhanakan citra dengan mengubah menjadi citra aras keabuan, median filter untuk menghilangkan noise pada batik, dan ekstraksi ciri sebagai masukan untuk klasifikasi menggunakan SVM. Hasil klasifikasi menggunakan SVM orde 1 yaitu sebesar 85%, dan untuk orde 2 sebesar 87,2.

Abstract

Data mining is a series of processes to extract new information from a pile of data. Student learning achievements are the results obtained by students after undergoing the learning process. There are quite a lot of data on student achievement in SMK Taman Siswa Binjai. But the student data has not been utilized to the maximum, making it difficult for the School to monitor the progress of students in the school. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system to find out the implementation of Data Mining based on the K-Means Clustering Method and to know the centroid distance between 1 group and other groups and to know the implementation of Data Mining based on Apriori Algorithm and to know the Support and Confidence of student learning achievement towards eye scores study, discipline, and majors. With this system can provide benefits to the school to be able to provide knowledge about student achievement while attending teaching and learning activities and to students to be able to know their learning achievements are good what needs to be improved again and can improve it again. By implementing k-means and a priori data mining of student achievement data in 2016 - 2018, there were 604 data, and from 100 data produced 3 clusters, where 1 48 data clusters, 2 24 data clusters, 3 28 data clusters, and with the algorithm a priori produce 16 rules that are formed and get the best rule, if someone has a good enough course value (70.00 - 76.99) and has enough discipline, then most likely will be in the Department of Motorcycle Engineering with a supporting value of 9% and 88% certainty value.
